Chicha morada to drink - very good with a light nutmeg presence. The lomo saltado was amazing very filling. The sauce it comes in is the star

The food is simply outstanding. The ingredients are fresh and high quality, and every dish reflects the love and care put into the cooking. The service was exceptional: attentive, friendly, and always ready to recommend the best from their menu. You can feel the pride they have in their culture and cuisine. Casita Andina is truly a hidden gem in Plantation. Whether for an intimate dinner or a family gathering, this place does not disappoint. Highly recommended!

Stumbled upon this place while waiting for an appointment. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming to me they had just open for the day . I checked out the large menu and it had so many great options . I opted for the pollo Saltado. I waited and it was brought out to me . I sat and ate some while there and took the rest to go since I had a little time before my appt . It was delicious. Seasoned really good and tender . The sauce was yummy . It came out fresh and in a timely manner . I definitely would be back soon to try some other items. Pollo saltado with fries and rice Passionfruit drink Water

Oh M Geeee!!! Such a wonderful find while lost in Broward. It's a quaint place with such friendly service. The chef is great, comes out, and speaks with you to describe plates. Has a small mom and pop shop feel I hope they never lose. The food was wonderful. Everything we tried, even the kids' stuff, was delicious. I'm not usually a fan of Chicha but the one here was really good. I had the Pollo Lomo Salgado a lo pobre and I don't like sauce on my fries and let me tell you the chef told me to trust him... I'm so glad I did. The plate would not have been as good with dry fries! A big time recommend for Casita Andina!

Loved the service and food! Try the chaufa andina, out of this world!! The chicha morada was perfectly sweet and loved the cafe con leche as well. Can't wait to be back!

Pesce Saltado A Lo Pobre once something was not on the menu, but they made it for me anyway. Out of this world. The chef is from New York has had multiple restaurants there and it shows in his cooking. Portions are huge and very tasty.

The food was extraordinarily delicious! So many layers of flavor and fresh ingredients. We are established clients due to the quality service and equally excellent quality food.

The lunch special is under $20 and the portion size is much larger than the picture shows as the bowl is quite deep. The fillet was so good; perfectly prepared with rice and vegetables that were delicious. The presentation was quite modern and lovely. The service was excellent, and the restaurant is brand new and beautiful on the inside. My only recommendation would be to add low-carb, light beer to their drink options. It pairs perfectly with Asian fair. Look forward to returning!

I had a great time the first time, and yep it's still that girl. Let's talk about the vibe real quick. The ambiance is everything. Modern, and just really well put together. From the furniture textures to the contrast in colors it all feels super intentional but still chill. Like, they knew what they were doing when they designed this place. 10/10 on the setting alone. Let's get down to the items shall we? What We Had Drinks ____________________ + Naori Signature Drink ($15) : 8.4/10 This one's made with Pisco Berries and Triple Sec. It's a layered, fruity cocktail that's a little more complex. Personally, I prefer the Pisco Sour it's cleaner and more balanced for my taste. But if you like citrusy and berry-forward drinks, you might love this one. Again, these are my reviews based on my taste buds. You might feel differently and that's ok honey. + Espresso Martini ($16) : 9/10 Strong, chocolatey, and gets the job done. + Lychee Martini ($16) : 8.6/10 Clean and balanced. Not too sweet, just smooth and refreshing + Pisco Sour ($16) : 10/10 My fave. Fruity, with this nice cold foam on top. Pretty sure there were peach or passionfruit notes in there. So good. * Shots - We also did a round (Don Julio, I think), and it kept the vibe going. Appetizers/Entrees __________________ +Nikkei Tiradito ($19) : 10/10 Thin tuna slices with a shouyu sauce that had a little citrusy kick. I could've had another plate just for myself. +Grilled Octopus ($20) : 8.4/10 This was good! Cooked well, had a nice char. Not my favorite thing on the table, but still strong comes with Peruvian corn and potato. +Arroz Chaufa Special ($24) : 10/10 Babyyy this dish was everything. Wok-fried rice, perfectly seasoned. That filet was so tender, and the shrimp just brought it all together. Easy standing ovation for me. * Dessert - I honestly can't remember what we ordered for dessert, but it was decent. Nothing crazy. I'd give it a 7/10. Overall Experience: 10/10 Customer Service: 10/10 Would I Be Back? Without a doubt. I even told my mom about this place and I think she went a couple months ago! This establishment has been Tamied™.

The restaurant is small, with room for about 40 diners. It's bright and airy and on a Monday afternoon at lunchtime the World Cup games blasted on the TV and the restaurant was about half full. It features lunch specials for less than $20 that include an appetizer, entree, and beverage. There was one main server and what seemed like an owner, who also was serving. She served us and though she lagged at times, she was very congenial. Hubby had the lomo saltado lunch special and paid extra for a ceviche appetizer. I love tacu tacu, so I had a pollo saltado with the rice dish. Both meals were delicious. We especially liked that they weren't too salty (often a problem with Peruvian saltado dishes). And I asked to have my onions cooked well and they obliged. My onions were perfect, cooked but with a slight crunch. I was a bit disappointed in the tacu tacu. I thought it was a tad dry. The gravy did help, but I didn't have enough and didn't think it possible to ask for more. Next time I will ask for extra gravy and stick with plain rice. They charge an extra 4% to use a credit card. (Something that has been cropping up a lot in restaurants.) We managed to dig out $65 cash between us to pay the bill. I guess we have to start carrying more cash, or pay the extra charges.

And now we're back.... a Friday night and they have some outside tables available (if you wanted some quieter atmosphere) because inside was dinner drinking and karaoke... we had a table good for hubby and I to watch. There was a large group (a party of some sorts) and a lot of great singers; and so many people jumped up to dance along with many of the songs. We tried a couple of varieties of the peruvian classic drink, Pisco Sour... once traditional and one with a mango twist. They were very good (not my thing but very good for what they are). We shared one of their ceviches (amazing) I ordered Tacu Taco with chicken and my husband got some seafood dish; I can't remember what it was called but I know we could've shared one dish since the servings are huge. The vibe did not disappoint. They play great music, the atmosphere is fun, and the service was friendly. The only thing that threw me off a bit was the timing of the food. I received my dish first, but it took about 10 more minutes for the person I was dining with to get theirs. I also noticed the same thing happening at a few tables around us, so it seems like the kitchen was running a little behind that day. Now, the food itself? Delicious. I ordered the shrimp ceviche, which was fresh and flavorful, and the filet mignon lomo saltado. The steak was a bit tough to chew, but the flavor of the sauce was spot on and really well seasoned. Overall, despite the slight delay with the dishes, I enjoyed the meal and would come back to try more. Their Peruvian-Asian fusion options sound especially interesting, and I'd love to explore more of the menu.

Main course I was pleasantly surprised to see there was an option of a plate with half tallarines verdes and half lomo saltado (the menu says "steak" and you can choose how you'd want it); I've never seen this kind of split-a-plate before so I thought I'd be perfect because you get to try two things, it's a great value. Both the tallarines and the lomo were flavorful. I just wished there was some way to keep the juices from the lomo away from the tallarines because at the bottom of the plate the pasta tasted like lomo, not like pesto hahaha -still, yummy-. Against by best judgement and my capacity I ordered dessert and the dulce de leche was a little too sweet for me (I couldn't finish it) but I ordered a coffee too, that helped. The staff was on point; I loved they were always checking on us (and the place was almost full) and I also noticed they use intercoms so they are always making each other aware of what a table needs. The owner (or manager, not sure) is very sweet and greeting all customers. The bar service seems to be tons of fun, I noticed a few couples having drinks and enjoying the evening.
