He said that he would send billing to our school, holding the date and time for us. After a week with no response, I sent another email asking about the billing. After several weeks, neither I nor our Financial Manager had received any billing. I called, but got no answer. I sent another email. I received the following answer the next day. "Sorry for the late reply. I was trying to see if there is any way to squeeze you in on May 17th but my extra help will not be available on that day as we are booked on that day. My appologies, for that and to say sorry we would extend a $50 off for your next reservation." (exact quote) Thankfully, other arrangements could be made, but we had to settle for foam rather than the bigger bubbles. I know the kids will love it, but I am disappointed. I gave one star because TJ was nice, and another because my early planning, busy schedule (plus procrastination), and trusting his word, dulled the urgency to get the transaction completed.
