    The oil leaks from the mechanical with the brain of an acorn

    Do not come here I beg you definitely if you don't check your car on the daily bases, got a oil change just to see the next day I'm leaking oil from my drain plug an oil filter, they over tighten the oil filter causing the thread to strip itself idk how you even tighten it that bad when it's suppose to be hand tighten, oil was constantly dripping luckily I tighten it before anything caused damage but if they see you take car of your car don't take it here they will purposely mess it up just so you can come back an pay them outrages prices, an who ever to lazy to put back on a under carriage after changing the oil an then have to the nerve to say they don't have to take it off to change the oil is crazy, horrible service all the way around!!!

This is incredible and I still can't believe how this people been able to sell me this jeep, it's been 3 months since I bought it. I was desperately looking for a new of course I need it for work and I went there I really don't know about cars to be honest I'm a single mom, I just move it from NY 2 year ago,and I need it for work, I bring cash with me, I never thought this people just knowing that I need a car desperately they give me this car, I guess it's my fault for trust people who are are not trustworthy and honest, they don't care about what's gonna happen if I'm driving a car with a Nail in there and 2 gums( it's been patched twice) just the next day that I get it the sign appears that I need to put air in the tires ! I was like maybe because it's cold sometimes this could happen, it's been like that every week I thought it was pretty normal) I have to drive long distances and I put a lot of mileage because that's why I was buying a car! What do you expect from a car?!!! So last Friday I took the car to a mechanic shop to check if it's normal the tires are still need air every 2 or 3 days! Surprise when he said there it's 2 patches and a nail in there. And the tires are really old and I need to bring back to the dealer and they have to replace it! The same day I went to Bob bell dealer customer service. They was like who sell this car like that! To who doesn't even know how to check the tires or why you have to put air on it every other day? I ask to talk to the manager and she just said that they cannot give me a discount for the new tires why? Because I put a lot of mileage on it!!!' So the guy who selle to me knew that I need the car for work every day! Of course that's why I was there!! So I decided to get the tires somewhere else! That's was unbelievable they don't do anything even take out the nail!! They just want your money don't waste your time and trust them because they are no transparent and honest people. I went today to BJs in canton and the mechanic change the tires and shows me that I can't trust to people who just take advantage of people who doesn't know about cars. Honestly I'm thinking to bringing the car back but unfortunately. I give 10, 000.00 and they are not gonna give me anything back, because their policy. This is why if you are thinking to go and buy a car there please don't go there and look for a better place to get something better. I hope the general manager see this post and do something about it I may asking for to much!!

    I PRAY THE OWNER OF BOB'S BELL NISSAN CONTACT ME ASAP . In January 2023 I took my car in to have my 4 brand new tires put on. This was a evening appointment so I ended up being the last person. I assumed this place would do a good job but to my surprise they didn't. I requested to keep the stickers on my new tires so that I know they didn't switch my tires. The mechanic working on my car came out to tell me it would be a problem because he needed to test drive my car. He suggested to put each sticker on my front passenger seat. Ok cool. Finally some hours later my car is done. The next morning I went to look at my tires and that's when I noticed my hubcaps cracked on three of the tires. I was told to contact Alan Thompson and I called him leaving voicemails that never got returned. I requested to speak to higher up manager. I was give Paula Caruso the General Manager, she gave me the run around. She said for me to speak with Sean Driscoll who tried to tell me my rims were already damaged. They definitely were not already damaged. I called her back and told her this isn't acceptable and something needs to be done. She was supposed to call me back several Monday's ago and no call back yet. So much for customer service. Nothing was done and it's now August. I have proof how there mechanic broke my hubcaps. I'm following up with the states attorney general's office and the owners. Do not take your car to this location. Please read the reviews. I have had the worst experience with this location and the work they do isn't quality work.

    I have been in a need of a second vehicle for quite some time now. I have always admired the Kia Sportage. I never owned a SUV before but one of my coworkers back in the day had one. I have seen them change the model quite a bit over the years. I said hey this is now the time. With a son working and going to college nearby. We have to constantly share my car. I said enough is enough. I want a brand new vehicle. That's when the 2017 Kia Sportage came into place. I LOVE THE COPPER Color.. So pretty. This car was literally calling my name. Sylvia come to me and l did!! I am soooo happy l chose this location for my purchase. Everyone here that l have dealt with was on point! I actually went on line first. Made an appointment for a test drive and was greeted right away by Ariene Miller. He was very polite and answered any questions that l had.. l took the car for a test drive and fell in love. I knew this was my favorite color and l wanted to complete this purchase. So Ariene worked with me to make it happen. I went through my Credit Union for financing but of course you know that they have that as well. Everyone from the managers to the insurance agent that they have on location gave very good service. Ariene gave me excellent service without the pressure you sometime get from car salesman. I even had a good time closing out the deal with the business manager named Rodney Boone. We joked about the importance of getting the additional Dent coverage. It's definitely a must have because one thing that you can depend on is someone hitting your door and leaving you an unwanted present. I highly recommend getting it. It's good for the whole 5 yrs of a one time payment of $383.00. With unlimited dings. So if you're interested in purchasing a Kia or Nissan. Stop on by. They sell New and used vehicles. Tell them Sylvia sent you :)

    So my car was stolen on 10/31 , recovered on 11/2 , right front tire was popped front rims bent ,…read morefront end of the vehicle was crashed, amongst other damage ! $8k in work paid by the insurance company , some of the work included , new rack and pinion , new tires , rims , front end alignment & much much more! 1 month worth of work. So the next day after i pick up my car, I notice a noise in the RIGHT front end, clicking , screeching So I call Marlene and tell her, she says bring the car back in , but before 8am so Harvey has time to test drive the car. Well that was impossible because my only day off was Sunday, mind you I just started a new job 2 weeks prior because I lost mine when the car got stolen because I couldn't make it to work for 3 days . I made them aware of this also. Finally I'm off of work for week, but Dp was Harvey, I was told to bring the car back when he got out of surgery. All along the noise in the right end is worse the suspension is feeling awful. Welp ! I just took my car back over when I could , months later, but I wasn't waiting for the 8am requirement any longer ! Immediately Harvey looks at the car & says, "this car is out of alignment, it was perfect when it left like it was MY fault! Gives me a loaner and hits me with a $1700 estimate! None of the work had anything to do with the noise in the front end! So ask about the noise, he said t,"the ball joints are dry, I'll grease them when If you get the other work done here. and he was gonna throw the alignment in too. Bless his heart ! He was gonna do me a solid! So i said "nah I'll park it , when my taxes come back I'll bring it in" i had no intentions! So i parked my car, then Covid happened! During that time we did all the work he was going to charge $1700 for for less than $700 ! Except the ball joint lube! I take the car to 4 mechanics, all of them insisting that it unethical to align a car with bad ball joints, the ball joints were damaged upon collision especially if they had to replace the rack , tires and rims! They all four assured me it is against manufacturers recommendation to lube those ball joints, if they are dry , they are bad! Replacing a rack on a car with front end collision and 93k miles and not replacing the ball joints is why it's out of alignment!! They all four said , " the car shouldn't be on the road and he knew it! Even after he was going to get rid of the noise with grease but not the problem, align the car again, wait for me to bring it back out of alignment and nail me to have the ball joints replaced! But hey , he wasn't gonna charge me to rig my ball joints and align my car knowing it wouldn't remain aligned in the first place! So here it is 7 months later .....that little noise that just needed some grease has caused a domino effect f issues with my front end! Don't bother coming here! They are blood suckers!

Recently ((January 2025) I was pulled over by a police officer and given a warning because the stickers for the month and year were reversed on the license plate; I told the officer that I had no idea this happened because it was taken care of by the dealer at pruchase. When I called David at Auto Leader he was borderline disinterested in the conversation at first not even acknowledging they made an error. (as if I wouuld call about this falsly out of the blue and as if I did not buy a car from him that was not cheap!) This made me annoyed. He then told me I needed to come in and they would try to fix it. I asked if he could come to my work place, 2 blocks from their shop, and he could fix it there. He refused and said he was trying to seve me time and aggravation over having to go to MVA for new stickers. His solution was in no way saving me time and aggravation already caused by the error, and in the future to get it fixed. His attitude was terrible- he accused me of "pointing fingrer". I would be VERY CAREFUL about doing business with this complany, especially if you want a company with customer services that stands behind their work.

I asked him what his dealership's additional fees were beyond the online price and he told me there was an $800 dealer fee and then tax and tags/reg. I was expecting those fees as it is what was represented in the listing of the car. I told Musa I would be there shortly and he told me he'd have the car ready. I arrived with my teenage son who would be the primary driver the car. Musa handed us the keys and pointed us to the car that already had the dealer tags affixed. He took my license to copy and when he came back he brought us a copy of he CarFax. He told my son and I to take our time looking the car over and to feel free to take it on a liberal test drive, which we did. The car had been well detailed by the dealership, nice and clean inside and out. The car was great and we decided to buy it. When we got back Musa was at his desk working with another customer. He asked us to have a seat for a few and quickly got us a couple of waters. He finished up with the other customer and we moved to his desk to work out pricing for the car. He presented me with a price that had already been discounted a few hundred from the web price. I asked for a lower price. He went to talk to the sales manager and quickly came back with a price offer that was about half way between the dealer's original price and the price I requested. I found the new price offer acceptable as it was a very good price based on what I had been researching online. I was paying cash for the car and Musa moved us back over to the waiting area and said he'd get the paperwork put together. I expected it to take 30 or more minutes but it only took about 15 minutes. We quickly signed the documents and that was it. I had to leave the car since my son only has his learners and Musa said that was no problem. We returned in about an hour to get the car and it was ready to go with the temp tags on it. After we got the car home we drove it a few times over the next few days. My wife had been away when we bought it and when she got back, she asked for the keys so she could give it a drive. She went out to the garage but came back a few minutes later saying the key didn't work (car has pushbutton start and there was a message in the display saying "no key"). After some trouble shooting, I felt pretty confident the problem was actually a dead battery. I called Moussa and he apologized and quickly transferred me to Cathy in service to make an appointment to bring in the car. When I dropped the car off Cathy said they were really busy so they couldn't look at it right away (which I didn't expect anyway) and told me that they would do their best to get to it the next day. Cathy called me around noon the next day and said the problem was indeed the battery and that they had replaced it. I went in later that day to get the car and while I was given a receipt, I paid nothing. Cathy had been very pleasant and helpful and the service department did what they said. I hadn't purchased a car since 2019 and like many, I have always found the car buying experience to come along with an element of skeeziness - hard selling salespeople, pressing sales managers, upselling finance guys, etc. (you know, the $4K warranty they tell you about after you're ready to buy). But I have to honestly say that I don't think I've had a better car buying experience. I know I paid cash and therefore didn't have the dreaded "finance guy" interaction, but everyone at O'Donnell was good to deal with. Moussa didn't ever pressure me, he and the sales staff simply provided professional service and handled the paperwork in record time. Cathy in service was great too. I was impressed that they just fixed the battery and didn't try to get me to pay anything. So kudos to O'Donnell Honda for be a professional business to deal with. I'm sure the used car business is not the easiest business to be in, but I felt like I was dealing with people that had scruples and skill and it made a real difference.

I've been reluctant to add this review, but every time I drive my car I get flashbacks about the undesirable interaction I had with the "Assistant Manager" Steve who was very dismissive and borderline hostile for reasons I can't explain. One of my regular/preferred service advisors (Zoe) Manny wasn't available to sell me four tires that I needed for state inspection, so he referred me to his manager Steve who called me after I dropped the car off about a safety related part I needed in addition to the four tires. I agreed to what he suggested then picked up the car then realized that my baby had a terrible chopping sound and vibrates vigorously when going over 40mph. When I finally had the chance to take the car back to tell Steve of my concerns; Steve showed no concerns as he dismissed everything I said and added that the sound and vibration I felt was in my head. He got a mechanic to test drive with me and he suggested that I get new wheel bearing which I agreed to. Unfortunately all the problems and concerns persisted which prompted me to take my car back there a third time; then Steve got the shop steward to test drive with me and realized one of the four new tires Steve sold me was defected. He replaced it and the car went back to its somewhat normal condition. After all said and done, I realized that I was down $2,328.84 and wondered if I got bamboozled by Steve or he and his mechanic simply didn't know any better. More concerning, what else Steve and his mechanic may have ruined in my car that will eventually be a problem later. Ultimately, I will not let this terrible experience ruin the trust and relationship I've built with this shop. Steve needs to understand finding a place that's trustworthy and care for their customers/guests best interests is more valuable than gold and extremely hard to find. I've referred friends and family to Odonnell Honda, and I've traveled from PA sometimes to take my baby to Odonnell Honda for service because I need that peace of mind when my service advisor tells me something about my car. As a resolution, I kindly request for me and my car to go no where near Steve and his mechanic moving forward. I have no choice but to eat the financial loss despite every penny I have; I've earned with my own blood. Please keep me away from Steve & his mechanic!!!

My "Check Engine" light turned on, and my engine wasn't feeling/sounding "normal," as I noticed while sitting at red lights. I remembered that just the other day I'd had difficulty starting my car--a problem I had not had before. Was it safe to drive my car to the airport on this frigid cold Maryland night? I pulled over to figure out my next course of action. I thought it would be safe to at least have a car service station check out the meaning of the "Check Engine" light, since it was still before 5. I used Google Maps to find one nearby, and by complete LUCK, it seems, Maven Motors was just a few blocks away. They were so friendly and welcoming! It was just before closing, and yet they were super accommodating. Eli checked out my engine light on the spot and said it would need servicing. I told them I was doing a lot of traveling and wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive. Eli confirmed it was safe to make my trip to the airport, giving me peace of mind. I dropped my car off on Thursday morning, and they gave me a ride home, for free. They identified other issues, including a problem with a past repair from another shop that did not use the right parts! I thought the price they quoted was quite reasonable. Today they dropped my car off in front of my home and handed me my keys. How's that for customer service? They were quick to respond to my questions, whether by phone or email. I am very, very impressed! I plan to remain a customer of Maven Motors. Thank you!
