The vehicle arrived on time, and I was notified it was ready to test drive. My sales rep was Andrew Nyongi and I can't say enough great things about that young man. He was responsive, caring, thorough, and just a joy to do business with. We test drove the car and it was perfection! A few days later, we arrived to purchase it. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. Best car buying experience we have EVER had! Based on this interaction, I would not hesitate one bit to purchase another vehicle here. The car drives like a dream and we cannot wait to take it on a nice long road trip. I will try to update this review every so often to inform of any issues, or hopefully, no issues at all.

I'll try to make this brief. I went to Carmax to sell my 2020 LT1 Camaro but we ran into an issue. An individual bought the car from Carmax in 2021 they say he still owes $30k on it. He apparantly abandoned the vehicle at a repair shop and walked away from the repair shop bill and the loan. The repair shop went through the process to legally acquire the car and get it titled. They sold it to a dealership (who I spoke with), who sold it to the person I bought it from. Carmax Financial is telling me I have to go back to the repair shop (No clue what the shop is) and get them to figure it out, even though they went through the legal process in Tennessee to get the title. In a nutshell, some lowlife in Tennessee owes Carmax money and Carmax is making it my problem.

They won't hear what you want, right outta the gate. I specifically asked them wanting to do a cold start of the vehicle and yet they had warmed up the motor by the time we were there for checking out the vehicle. Not to mention lowballing your trade, and pushing a bunch of add ons. Lo and behold, the used vehicle I purchased ended up in shop running up costs in a few thousand dollars. The sales person didn't know the basic features of the vehicle, granted I'm not very proficient. But they struggled answering questions. Kept continuing to rush me with an offer. I understand their primary objective is to sell cars, but I've never encountered such pushy behavior while ignoring the customer's requirements and preferences. If you value your hard earned money, do yourself, your wallet a favor and steer clear of Stew Hansen. I see they're part of Ken Garff, not sure if all Ken Garff owned places are like this. I've posted the same review 3 months ago on google maps, where I got the same exact comment from the business as the one they posted. And I emailed them, and then crickets..radio silence.

I have had some really great experiences and some awful ones but my experiences here are just constantly 5 stars and that is why I have kept my business here so long. I have also sold several cars to this dealership who always gives me the most competitive offers, always beating out other offers that I receive. The process here is so seamless and everyone in the dealership is beyond professional and extremely personable. My sales person is Brent Caswell. I have no bought 4 cars from him in only a few years. I have bought more from him than any sales person I have dealt with for good reason! He is so quick to respond to me, EVEN ON SUNDAYS or his days off. We always have great conversations beyond just business and he always gives his own opinions when I ask that are always helpful. Essentially, he does whatever I need whenever I need it regardless of what he is doing. He has shown to ACTUALLY CARE about me and my wife and not just about another sale. The stigma that car sales people can often get definitely does not apply to him. Also, the process there is seamless. This last deal was done by docusign and then my contract is not only on my APP but also on a stick to insert into my computer to easily download. I came to the dealership recently to sell my wife's leased car back because of the high values of cars. Brent was out of the office that day but I was helped by Kristian Ramirez. Often times when another associate helps out another employee, they don't give their best because its not their actual client. Kristian was the opposite. He was amazing as well, answering so many questions and helping to ensure I was able to secure a new Mercedes that at this time, is beyond difficult to get. Kristian is also HIGHLY recommended... I was able to get a FULLY DECKED OUT Mercedes E 450 4 Matic... Truly a dream car and not only that, I was told it could take 1-2 months yet I have it in less than a week! NOW THAT is what I mean about how great this dealership is! The manager must be extremely pleased to have such a great staff and it reflects on him in such a great way that the people here are so on top of things! I will continue to do all of my business here and I would strongly recommend them to everyone!
