With moving in the area we have been going to Bob Evans on a regular basis. The food, service, and atmosphere is good. During our visits we noticed 1 employee Kathy that goes above and beyond with customer service, assisting coworkers in all areas, cleaning, while still being calm, no matter how busy it is. I certainly hope that the management of this business recognize what a great employee they have representing them because she is the one that keeps things up to par! On September 23rd I placed a online order for delivery. I called a little after 9 to find out where our food was. Not sure who I talked to but I was told there was no delivery order only a pickup order. I asked if we could get a refund I was rudely told I'll see what I can do. I knew that means we were screwed out of our money. Not sure how they messed it up but it was for delivery not pickup. I will be calling the corporate office. Bob Evan's is a master at customer service! I thank the manager and staff for fixing what DoorDash screwed up. Do not trust DoorDash. Bob Evan's on the other hand came though with the best customer service ever. My order was over an hour late for delivery. The delivery driver called me abs then hung up. I called them back and they deliberately hung up twice instead of talking to me. When I called DoorDash they basically said they don't know what's going on and they were not able to help. They canceled my order After going through insane hoops for a dinner order I never got. I suggest you NEVER EVER use incompetent unprofessional DoorDash if you want you food. I called to order takeout at 6:03pm and was informed they close at 6pm , so I called the following afternoon because I had a gift card I wanted to use , when I arrived to pick up our order I was informed their gift card reader wasn't working, then I asked for the manager- I then proceeded to call with my cell phone and put it on speaker so they could hear the balance on the card , they ended up taking the card but when I got home the order was wrong and we were missing items I was so frustrated, I did not even call to complain- I will not be returning to that location ever !!! read more

Typical BoB Evans. Interior is exactly like the others. I had the wildfire salad less chicken which was pretty good. I do wish places would charge less when you don't have meet or have adding meat an up charge. I had no meat and added avocado. My mom had the potato soup which looked a very unnatural shade of yellow. read more

We had the new Fall specials. We rate each one between 5-6. They didn't have much flavor and honestly didn't have a great appetizing appearance when they came to the table. My husband ordered the onion rings and he got 6 for $5.99. They were definitely not thick cut like they were advertised and were over cooked. Believe it or not I had never ate here, ever! My experience was wonderful! Fast service and very friendly waitresses and managers.. My daughter ordered a kids meal and cleaned her plate.i ordered eggs Benedict.which came with two sides and we both got dessert.my bill was only 21.99 plus I had coffee.which was really good.it was all really good and the egg Benedict was so good my six year old tried to eat it all on me, and swears that's what she's going to order next time.the manager Sally won my daughter over by giving her a chocolate chip cookie the size is her head! I didn't really like the spinach salad I'm not quite sure what it was but I think it was the dressing which was Green Goddess dressing which is really weird because I eat that at home all the time...also the slaw was different, it tasted like malt vinegar. read more

Although a "cookie cutter" restaurant chain (they all look about the same, no matter which one you go to), it always has a comfortable atmosphere. The food is always great (I've never had a bad meal), and the service is usually quick. I guess it doesn't get a higher rating from because the menu is rather limited. Breakfast was good. Good value, fast and attentive service. One complaint: The waitress filling my coffee literally stuck the nozzle from the coffee carafe into my coffee as she was refilling it. And of course did the same with every other table. Thus spreading any germs that might be in the room to each and every one of us from coffee cup to coffee cup. Not a Bob Evans fan but went there with my grandma the other day. Food was good and service was fantastic.! My 18th month old usually puts up a struggle while eating, but we ordered him the turkey plate and he smashed it! He loved everything about it! Way understaffed! They ran out of the half chicken, and then about 1/2 hour after I ordered, they tell me they are out of what I wanted too. I told the cashier I didn't feel I should have to pay for my meal since we were still waiting for our food and people that came in behind us had ate and left before our food came. Walked into this Bob Evans about 4 weeks ago. It was about 8:10pm and they close at 9pm. As the hostess was seating my wife I, I saw at least 3 waitresses sitting down doing various things. The only other people in the place, were 2 or 3 other customers. We were seated and immediately my wife noticed that the 4 or 5 tables around us were filthy. Dirty dishes, multiple dirty glasses and melting ice cream, just nasty. I'm guessing the waitresses bus their own tables or the bus boy called in sick. We waited about 20 min and no one even came to take a drink order. We decided to leave and go somewhere else and every waitress on the floor just shot us befuddled looks, and no one even asked us why we were leaving. My mother and my sister ate there a while back and their meals were comped by the manager because of slow service. I do not recommend this Bob Evans at all. Service is terrible read more

Let me just say that I love Bob Evans. Any food I order is always good. Today I ordered my usual grilled salmon with broccoli and carrots, and garlic butter on the side ( because I like to dip my broccoli in the garlic butter). The carrots were 'old' and so was the broccoli, limp with brown spots and much less than I usually get. Also, the floor always need cleaning up. I always go after the rush hour of lunch and before dinner time. One employee went past me with the carpet sweeper but did not get all the crumbs and never went back to pick up better. Food was awesome. Our server Carrie however was not. She came to our table to take our order, after someone else took our drink order, and then gave us our bill. Didn't bring us our food or bother to stop once to ask how it was or if we needed anything. Nor did any other server or manager. I'm a server and I always tip but today I walked out without leaving anything. It wasn't even so busy where she couldn't swing by to ask if we were still doing okay. Have always enjoyed Bob Evans since I was a kid typically great service and atmosphere plus good food. However just visited this one today and was served an omelette with a rotten tomato in it. I tasted it and it tasted horrible not to mention the tomato had black on it and smelled terrible. This is something that shouldn't happen or be overlooked at a food establishment where you expect to get fresh food. Will probably be staying away for a while and I'm disappointed to have to pay for something like that and really hope I don't get sick. read more

I was unaware my group of six would overwhelm a restaurant but it did at Bob Evans. Upon arrival, there were several open tables for smaller groups but only three tables set up for groups of five or more. We waited a half hour for seating while several parties of four or less went through. When we finally did arrive at a table, it took longer than fifteen minutes to get our drinks and the food did not arrive until an hour after we sat down. We arrived at 5:51pm - sat at 6:32 pm and our food came after 7:30. Meanwhile, several smaller parties had been seated after us and received their food before us. I requested chipotle and was given something else but at that point, I just wanted to eat and get out of there. For my son's birthday, the waitress offered him a free Sundae but 10 minutes later it had not arrived. As we were leaving, she realized he had not received his sundae and they made one 'to go'. Pretty much one of our worse restaurant experience ever since I certainly never expected to have such a wait for a chain restaurant like that. Could have understood the seating wait but the food wait was past ridiculous. Management staff did not seem to care too much as we were trying to make our exit at 8 pm.
