If you enjoy not having to leave the hotel for a meal, this is the place for you. While it's not super vegan friendly, they can accommodate and the fish is delicious. The service is fast and friendly even when it's busy. I sat on the bar side which is a more comfortable and relaxed atmosphere than the main restaurant side. Didn't really want to venture out of the hotel so are at the Riverfront grille. They have a full bar and few draft beers to choose from. I started with a Cobb salad which was good and fairly large in size. Plenty of eggs tomatoes and blue cheese. After that I ordered the chicken quesadilla which was huge and no way I could finish it. It was packed with plenty of cheese and chicken and was grilled crispy how it should be. The only odd part was the shell had a hint of garlic taste to it. Overall the place wasn't crowded but there is a nice view of the river. The service was good. No issues at all. read more

We were staying at the Doubletree Hilton in Bay City and at checkin I heard someone ask about breakfast. They don't normally provide free breakfast but the Riverfront Grill serves breakfast or they can deliver it to your room. Since we came during COVID-19 we decided to stay out of restaurants and have our breakfast in our room. They said 25 minutes but it was more like 15 and since I forgot to ask for hot sauce the girl delivering the food ran back down and brought me several packs of franks hot sauce. I got an omelette with rye toast and my friend got the breakfast special of 2 eggs, sausage links, hash browns and toast. We both enjoyed our food and the convenience of it. They charge $2.50 for in-room dining, and added the 20% tip in which we didn't know at the time so we tipped her again, which was fine since she was very sweet to run back and get me my hot sauce. All in all a great room service experience!! read more

This place is inside a lovely hotel on the river. The service was amazing and the steak Cobb salad was well mixed. The ambience oof this restaurant is little higher class. The seating is very well organized and the look of the Michigan Bay is worth the setting. The prices are reasonable and drinks are well mixed. The manager did check on your meal and made sure it's too your liking. This is a great spot to get away and have a good selection of Michigan food. There is Michigan fish and fruit on the menu. No waiting to get in and a wonderful spot to wind down from the day. read more

The service was very slow. I ordered the Lake Huron walleye, and a glass of moscato. The moscato was relatively timely, but the walleye took over 30 min. to be served. When it arrived, it was slightly over-done, and the risotto accompanying it was only barely warm. Sadly, the server didn't help the situation by failing to ask if I wanted dessert, then, when I asked for the dessert menu, failing to remember to bring it. Nice location along the waterfront park for dining outside, at least in the non-summer months, or when the weather is mild in the summer. read more

We each had the Chicken Cobb Salad. It was wonderful, we both enjoyed it. The chicken was seasoned and grilled perfectly. The abundance of egg, avocado slices and bacon bits were well accompanied with Romaine, blue cheese and tomato. It really didn't need the shredded cheddar cheese. Maybe a little red onion would have added to the flavor, but even without it tasted great. I had their strawberry vinaigrette, would probably switch that to balsamic vinaigrette if I had it again. But the strawberry vinaigrette was pretty good. read more

We have been here many times because we live in Bay City and have tried it for dinner, lunch and brunch and we will leave after we eat and always say we won't be back but we always give it another try. Last Sunday we went for brunch and both ordered eggs Benedict and the waitress said you want the eggs cooked soft which should have a signal right then and there it wasn't goin to be good and it was not good. And said of course we want them runny but poached eggs were hard cooked but we ate half of it because we were hungry and thought we should just stay home and cook our own poached eggs but we had gone out to enjoy the downtown at Christmas. Oh and the dining room was so cold everyone had their coats and hats on...so now we definitely will not be back. read more

We got a room last minute, front desk was super accommodating and pleasant. Gym and pool amenities were clean and new. We had a great workout and a dip afterwards, jacuzzi is on point. Room 8.5/10. Went down to the RG for a bite. We got seated at the same time as the Lady's NMU team did, the service staff and back of the house killed it! Feeding 50 people at once is tough but the food was Delicious, cocktails flowing, our server Zachary was a total pro, and I could tell he liked to party. Nice work guys and gals!
