well....where do i start. There were only 2 people working front of the store. We waited 24 minutes to be seated and 25 minutes for the food. Not surprised food was cold not warm cold. Pancakes were gluey texture just gross!! eggs were ok only thing hot were the grits I still don't know how I got lucky enough to get them hot. Almost all the tables had plated on them but my and I noticed one thing strange on the plates. Almost all the food had been left on them. The pancakes had not been touched. I think a lot of people walked out. This was a terrible experience and such a waste of money. Only thing I ate was the grits and warm eggs. We didnt expect a discount or even a free meal, but darn at least offer it truly was that bad. We were told they didnt have people come in. Ive never seen so much food left on so many plates. So this Bob evans is a no for me. My favorite is the one over by kinetic park in Huntington, My food was pretty good. Happy hunting on great restaurants i will always give my honest opinion. New cooks and new help in this restaurant could possibly turn it around. read more

As always, service was slow and lackadaisical . My wife never got her coffee. The cook doesn't know the difference between a scrambled egg (what I asked for) and a folded egg. The hashed browns had no brown or crispy sides. They were warm and white with pepper on them. When the cashier was taking the money she asked if our meal was good. I replied "fair at best, as usual." Such poor service we waited 10 minutes for someone to even speak with us at the front counter then was told the would seat us shortly that they were waiting for the cook staff to catch-up. Really not ever seat us. The food here has always been questionable but didn't even make it to a table today. read more

Tried to place a to go order and was on hold for 10 minutes. By the time they answered, I was pulling in. The girl behind the counter was very nice and was by her self. A manager would come out every few minutes and finally helped her. The potato soup was not done. the potato's were not done. Very bad service and way to long to be on hold to order read more

Ordered breakfast to be delivered to my mom. The meal was supposed to come with biscuits and gravy. Was delivered with the gravy but no biscuits. I called the manager and she said to come pick up the biscuits, but I live in Florida and my 85 year old mother doesn't drive. Manager then said she'd make a note and the next time we were in she would give us some biscuits. That's not going to happen. Won't order from them again. read more

Ordered take out. They told me 25 minutes before it would be ready. We were on time and so were they. My husband ordered the pot roast dinner he had been craving since last weekend when my crockpot pot roast did not meet his high standards. He loved theirs. I ordered a cup of vegetable beef soup and a side salad with blue cheese. They were excellent as well. We will be doing this again. read more

This location has been on the decline for some time. The hostess greeted us but seemed offended when we requested a booth instead of her selected table. Quite frankly, being greeted by a person with body jewelry all over their face is more what you would expect going to a local bar. Bacon has to be cooked to completion. I ordered an omelette and 2 multi grain pancakes. My wife got the uncooked bacon and a cheese omelette. My omelette never showed up and had to be reordered. We have decided to drive to Cracker Barrel for our future breakfasts instead of dealing with the nonsense at bob evans. read more

I've gotten food here 3 times in the past week. All 3 times, my order was incorrect. This is a combination of eat in and take out. After the third time, I called the manager to complain and his response was less than useful. It's not even about one meal or one waiter... it's the whole place. First time here. Been waiting on coffee refill for more than 20 min. Service is very slow... so unsatisfactory... took almost an hour for 2 orders of veggie Omelettes, 1 grilled cheese, and a french toast combo! Unbelievable!!! Manager was acknowledged it took way too long for our food to get here... BUT acknowledging doesn't bring an unsatisfied costumer back. I will definitely not come back to a place that takes an hour to serve your food. Had to edit for UPDATE: What manager asks customer if you want him to do anything with the check!? OMG SERIOUSLY, Dear Manager you don't ask you do something about it! That why you're the manager, ur job is to make sure your customers happy so they can come back! I payed my whole check. read more

Their menu will demonstrate two real eggs under their egg breakfasts, however they do not use real eggs. They actually states to us that we have to request real eggs if we want them instead, however it doesn't state this little extra input in the menu. read more

The food is good. I frequently place orders to pick up and when I come into the restaurant I have to wait a while before someone is aware that I am at the counter. The servers do not pay attention and the person that is suppose to take care of the counter is in the back. They tend to forget to put my cranberry sauce with my turkey dinners, that I frequently order. Next time this happens I won't leave a tip. read more

We entered wanting to eat a nice meal. Service was okay, not excellent before we got our meal (refills were quick, waitress attentive, etc.) however when the waitress brought our meal to us -- it went downhill. My meal (double chocolate chip pancakes which consisted of a chocolate chip pancake stack with whipped cream, and chocolate drizzle) however mine lacked all of the toppings. Next came the fact that my sister's omelette contained uncooked onions. Then my mothers meal -- my mother ordered the sunshine skillet, which she ordered with "sausage gravy" which it comes with "country gravy" and they gave her it with country gravy. So she had to wait another 10 minutes to eat her meal, which we had already ate most of ours. Also she ordered a side of bacon which she didn't receive until the time she brought our check out. Waited 10 minutes for a table in an empty restaurant, waited 40 minutes for eggs and bacon, then another 20 for the check. Food was cold and looked like it had been sitting out all day. Only positive was the manager. She was kind and took some of our check off for the bad experience. Your best bet is to just go somewhere else. read more

Worst meals ever from Bob Evans. This place definitely has a management problem. The food to go was sloppily packaged. The rolls were so hard you could throw them against the wall and they would not crack. The coconut cream pie was old and the turkey was full of fat .. the meals were just a mess. If I could give this Bob Evans a double ZERO rating I would. Service, food, attention to customers THUMBS DOWN all around. I realize Christmas Eve is a true test of how a restaurant runs, but my goodness something should be positive! I doubt my family will ever darken the door of this place again. I was not the only unhappy camper yesterday.....everyone was complaining....I'm probably the only one writing a review. We have eaten there before and it was BLAA, but NEVER! NEVER this tasteless, cold and ready for the trash. I feel my money was WASTED .....wish I had gotten double cheeseburgers at McDonald's next door! Very sad!!! read more

The service was terrible. When we first got there, we had to ask for a waitress. The waitress didn't introduce herself. She slung our food on the table several times. I would say thank you and she ignored us. Finally my husband got feed up and got the manager. To compensate us the manager gave us our meal free. We will not be going back to that Bob Evans. read more
