He did not deserve the $438.00 he took for just an oil change and test and did not do his job at all. The employees are very disrespectful and disrespectful to the customer. This Manager named Steve Dietrich does not talk to people at all. He does not care about the customer and does everything he can to get rid of him. Do not go to him for mechanical work. I do not recommend him to anyone. He is a complete fraudster. They take money unfairly. They treat the customer disrespectfully and do not do their job properly. My car is still broken but they did not find the problem and do not do what was necessary. They only managed to take $438.00. Lousy customer service. We had our car repaired there in the body shop. When my wife went to pick up the car it would not start. They had left a light on and killed the battery. The refused to take responsibility for their mistake and offered to sell us a battery for $190.00. When my wife asked to speak to someone higher up she was told by the person who came, "um, it was dead anyways and you should buy another". The man was incredibly condescending and treated her as if "there there little woman". Purchased a new battery elsewhere and filing a complaint with the bbb. Needed an inspection. Normally go to Outten where I bought it but my inspection is over due and I needed it asap. They were the quickest to get in to. Needless to say I will NEVER return! I just replaced my wiper blades myself, SIX months ago. RainX brand and I did them myself since it isn't rocket science. I only drive 8 miles to and from work and I was off for 4 months thanks to Covid so they have hardly been used this year. This turd decides to tell me 'yea they are streaking pretty bad and you'll need them to pass', I can do it for $64. First of all, I'm not the dumb damn female you think I am and I know they aren't bad. Second, it will be a cold day in hell before I pay you $64 dollars to put cheap ass $5 blades on my car that only take 5 minutes to do. Steer clear of this scammy dealerships service department! My wife and I recently purchased a 2018 left over Camaro that was found at another dealership in Maryland. When we were called to pickup the Camaro, we found that the Camaro was not cleaned. There was mud under the hood and near the radiator pan and we could tell the car was never serviced because the windshield washer tank was empty. The salesman and the arrogant sales manager were always trying to change the subject. A few days later, we noticed that there was a problem with the paint. There were multiple large spots on the paint surface. The dealership was very helpful and did solve this problem. The employees at the dealership are very unprofessional. The two included oil changes and may look for another dealership to have this work done. read more

Body work is tough, I worked in the industry I know, it's almost never right and takes multiple trips to a body shop to repair. I was in an accident when stopped at a stop sign. My front end was pushed in. Bob fisher took it in basically immediately, repaired damage, went above and beyond for my vehicle. They made it look new, in a weeks time, it was PERFECT. Better than when I left it. The staff constantly kept me in the loop while dealing with the insurance company. All staff was friendly and professional. They even cleaned it. I have two kids my car is a constant mess, they not only cleaned the exterior, but vacuumed and shampooed the seats and mats as well. It looks nicer than the day I bought it. I bought a truck there in 2014 and our sales guy was great. He was new to the dealership and was bilingual but that didn't stop him from getting me a great deal. In the finance department we were told that we got a great deal only because our salesman didn't know how to rip us off yet. We return a few weeks ago to look for a used car. The selection was horrible and I noticed the buick we were interested in had hail damage all over it. The salesman said that it was traded that way and would take some money off the price. My husband leased a brand-new Chevrolet Colorado from Bob Fisher Chevrolet in 2017. When the lease neared its end in March 2019, we returned to Bob Fisher Chevrolet to either finance the vehicle or lease another vehicle for a similar monthly payment. The salesperson made little effort to assist us beyond offering a us a deal that would cost us more than double our previous monthly payments, and so we left the premises without making a purchase. Upon returning the leased vehicle to the company--in pristine condition, with mileage far below the lease limit--the salesperson assured us that our financial obligations to Bob Fisher Chevrolet and GM Financial had been met in full, and our balance was zeroed out. Six months later, we received an invoice totaling $430.55 for failure to make a purchase from Bob Fisher Chevrolet upon returning our leased vehicle. When we contacted the company to rectify this matter, they ignored our calls. The customer service representative at GM Financial was also woefully unhelpful and refused to connect us with a supervisor who could further assist us. We are astounded by this company's deceptive business practices and have reported them to the Better Business Bureau as well as the National Auto Retailer's Association. If necessary, we will also lodge a formal complaint with the Attorney General's Office to ensure our account is zeroed out, as Bob Fisher Chevrolet initially promised us. We will never patronize this business again and will warn friends and family to steer clear of this institution as well. read more

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Do not go to this Chevy dealer to buy a car or have it repaired. Do yourself a favor and go to Turnpike Chevy in Morgantown instead. I've had nothing but issues ever since I looked at the car in July. I chose the Blazer in the showroom. I'm told to come back the next day to do the paperwork. Ok. Go the next day. They have me sign all the paperwork and THEN they tell me I can't take that car home. There was a problem they found when they went to get it out of the showroom. They needed to wait for a part and wanted to give me a used Tahoe to take home that night. No. They tell me that the paperwork signed wouldn't be filed until I took ownership of my Blazer. I started getting emails from the finance company, OnStar, and Sirius. I called the bank and was told that once I signed the paperwork I was liable for it. No way to cancel even though I never took ownership. They had activated all my services on a car I didn't have. I was told it would be 1 day. Wrong. After 2 weeks I told them I needed them to find me another car exactly the same as the one I chose. They did and I was able to pick it up the next day. Then they tell me they were having issues with the bank because they had to cancel the original loan and then reissue everything to match the vin numbers. Now all of a sudden the loan can be cancelled. Ok. I take it home. Take it to be detailed to my own detailer. He finds the paint chipping off above rear passenger window. Ok. Simple fix. I call them and they tell me to bring it in on Monday. 2-3 days. Nope. I'm told that's not the case. It will be more than that. Waiting for the trim from GM. Ok. After a week I get it back. Looked good. Now almost 5 months later, 5000 miles and my front tires are showing wear on the outside. I make an appointment for 9am. I'm told I can wait. I asked since the tires are showing wear if they could rotate them while they have it. No problem I'm told. I was there till 330 when they told me they couldn't do it. I was told after 2 hours it was covered under warranty. They were working on it. After 1130 I went looking for an update. Then I'm told they were having issues with their alignment machine. Their front end machine wasn't calibrated to the 2019 Blazer. It's been on the market for a year and half. I bought the car there. 2 hours more and they say they can't do it. I need to leave it there and they need to bring in the technician from Hunter to fix the machine. Ok. They give me a loaner and tell me it will be ready the next day. The next day I call after lunch and am told they are still working on it. I should be able to pick it up by 8pm. No. I told him I'll be there at 4. I show up at 415 to pick it up. I get the paperwork. No alignment readout. I walk up to my car. I see they did not rotate my tires. I know for a fact. I tried to turn around in their tight parking lot and hit the curb enough to scuff the paint off my black wheel. That same wheel was in the same spot it was when I picked it up. I was going to go back in and say something but at that point I had just had enough. I left. The driving still felt like it was pulling to the left and my steering wheel felt so lose. I called Chevy the next day and discussed my experience. I told them I did not want to go back there after all the things I have been through already. They agreed to let me take it to Turnpike Chevy. They were so nice. They took it right in. They put it in the machine and it was out of alignment. They corrected it. Also rotated my tires and reset the tire pressure sensors for me. All in an hour and half!!!!! They were so sorry for how I was treated. It was nice to be treated like a person and not someone who only knew how to just put gas in a car and drove it. read more

Well we're do i begin to tell you how Awful theses people are. They just like to take your money and not probably fix anything. I took it there because my check engine was on supposedly checked it and fix whatever was supposed to be fixed but ended up paying over 2,000 and more for nothing because my check engine light is still on after two weeks. Which The same day I picked it up the check engine light was still on and I talk to them about it and they didn't seem to care at all they wanted me to take it back after 30 miles which I did and ended up paying again for another part that was supposedly messed up OK so I fix that and once again my check engine is still on and I just check it back again and there's telling me it's going to be another $250 for another part no thank you I will leave my car the way it is use are just making it worse is what I told him. Never again and the three gentlemen that are working at the sales service have the worst customer service ever never again will I trust a car dealer. read more

If that was the case it would have been nice of them to let me know that it may take longer than usual. We bought a used car from this dealership. While the deal on the car was good and people very friendly there was too many lies told about the financing and the car. The service dept is the absolute worst I've ever experienced. Sales told me each car gets a 180 point check, I asked what they check during this and they didn't know. When I had the car checked over after I bought it the antifreeze was low, the power steering fluid was low along with the front end alignment was so bad it was chewing up the right frt tire. I had to take it to another dealer to get the alignment done. Now I called them and asked what did they check? All they said was we do a extensive safety check............. I would think looking at the tires and seeing one wearing hard on the outside would be reason enough to check and repair the problem on a 18k dollar used car BUT NOT THIS PLACE. I was told by management they only check safety items. I guess they don't consider door locks a safety feature either because the key wouldn't unlock the door stranding me @11 o'clock at night! Now they did fix the door locks the next day and were nice about it but If their service was up to par this would have never happened. I have to guess the service is run by a relative because no other dealership in the world would put up with such nonsense. The wiper blades are torn and ready to fall off, they told me they replaced them. BS those wipers are old and torn and shouldn't have passed PA inspection! So someone got a new set but it wasn't us. I would have loved to give this place a great review but I'm not going to LIE like they did about some very important things like life insurance on the loan! This experience once again proves you can't depend on others that you are paying to do their jobs. Got to hold their hands to get anything done to any kind of satisfaction. The manager told me I'm particular synonyms: special, extra special, especial, exceptional, unusual, marked, singular, uncommon, notable, noteworthy, remarkable, outstanding, unique; Wish he would have pointed this out to the service dept! and finance guy! read more

Brought in my Chevy Captiva, with a check engine light. Was told the engine was blown and fix would cost $7,000. Consultants with GM and Fishers were useless. Refused service, scanned car myself found a bad cam sensor and fixed myself, for $30. Over 20,000 miles later no issues, with burning oil, using coolant or check engine lights. If you value your money stay far away for this stealer ship! Even better stay away from any GM product. I wish I could add minus stars, to my review............. read more

I took a box containing 4 shock absorbers to be installed. When I got the truck back, I realized that only 2 had been installed. I called and the guy told me that I had only brought 2. I said, No, there were 4 in the box. When he checked, he said that yes, there were still 2 there. Then I had to go back the next day to have the other 2 installed. I thought that I might be given a break on the price since I had to go back a second time for something that should have been completed correctly the first time but I was not given any satisfaction with my request. read more

I am extremely disappointed in my experience at Bob Fisher. The first time I brought my truck in for service my tire was damaged and had to be replaced due to an issue during the car wash. It was supposed to be put into the system that my truck was not to be washed during any future service visits. Once again I picked up my truck today and my passengers side mirror was pointed the wrong direction. When I tried to adjust it using the provided button it would not turn in. When I came back to Bob Fisher and requested to speak to a manager the older gentleman in the service department (Barry I believe is his name) told me there was no manager but he would come look at my truck. Barry came out and then tried to fix my mirror which I don't know job descriptions at your dealer but if he is not a technician he should not be attempting to fix anything on my vehicle. He then told me that the dealer did not and could not have damaged my mirror and they would not fix it. I told him that that is ridiculous seeing that this is the second time my truck was damaged during a car wash even after it was supposed to be noted not to wash my truck. I told him I would be trying to speak with a manager and will now be taking my business to Faulkner or Turnpike Chevy from now on since we are unable to come to a compromise. He told me he has been in the business 50 years and the car wash could not have possibly damaged my mirror. While talking to him he WALKED AWAY FROM ME and I said "sir are you really walking away from me? Do you not understand how unprofessional that is" he continued to walk away and went inside without saying another word to me." Last time when my tire was replaced due to your car wash damaging it I dealt with the same gentleman and he told me "Your tire tread was low anyways so you would have had to replace it" It was not until I contacted the sales manager last time that my problem was resolved. I have bought 3 vehicles from Bob Fisher and my father has bought two as well. We will definitely not be returning to Bob Fisher Chevrolet after this EXTREME display of unprofessionalism and refusal to fix a problem caused by the dealer. Average Car Dealer. Warning they will only pay pennies on the dollar for your trade. They use Manheim auctions as their guide( Manheim is almost scrap pricing just weigh your car and see how much you can get and your pretty close), EG, KBB $16K to $18k Black Book & NADA $13-17k Fishers offer $10.5K Huge disparity. Most car dealers use Black book . They wouldn't budge and my trade is better than average. There are a couple of nice salesman Jeff went out of his way for me, but it seems their hands are tied by a Trump business school manager. The car business isn't easy but they cant expect to make $5- 10 K per car. But they do . Fewer sales bigger numbers apposed to the dealers that deal in high volume smaller margins. I have to mention the car had a Chevy Factory sale price which was huge but still not enough to overcome the low ball trade offer. read more

I scheduled my appointment in advance on their website. I was getting a routine inspection, fuel filter change, and a wheel alignment. My appointment was for 8:00 AM and I had to wait from the time I got there at 7:50 until 12:30 PM. I was extremely unhappy with the amount of time it took especially when I had scheduled my appointment in advance. The service department displayed inadequate communication as I had to keep checking in to see what the status of my vehicle was.
