The entire home (1900 square feet), except for the primary bathroom, has ceramic tile floors. And this tile looked BAD! Dirt embedded in the textured surfaces, grout that had maybe never been sealed. I've never had floor restoration work done, and didn't know what to expect, price-wise or results-wise. Bayron came for the consultation, measured everything, and explained how they do what they do. I was at first taken aback at the $ amount of the bid, but let me tell you...IT IS WORTH IT!!! And yes, they worked with me to make it a bit more comfortable for me financially. Bayron promised during the consultation that they would make the floors look "90% - 99% like new." Many businesses make empty or inflated promises but NOT Silver Knights - these tile floors look like they were just installed! I was blown away by the quality of the work, and the fact that the crew went over EVERY SQUARE INCH of the nasty old grout and made it a new, pleasing, CLEAN, sealed color. There was one issue that occurred when the crew was trying to remove old paint stains from the wall edges of some of the tile, and Bayron promised to make good on it. He came a couple of days later and did the work himself to make it right. I've got one "before" and a few "after" pictures I"ll share...but they don't really show the stark differences all that well. Suffice to say, I'd recommend Silver Knights Floor Restoration for any job you've got. They will give it to you straight on the estimate, and make good on whatever they promise. Bravo!

Over the years, the sink became scratched and stained. After Like-Nu was done, it looked like new. The other project was to fix a large and fairly deep crack in the shower seat (a tenant stood on it...!). They matched the fiberglass color perfectly on z 20+ year shower - you can't even tell that there was any prior damage. I don't remember even one day over two months of work when Ray was not on time. Lennette in the office communicated well, always keeping us informed on when someone would be coming over. Over the years, we have had contractors not live up to what they promised us. That was not the case with SC Plumbing. We recently had a couple of minor things go bad from the multitude of plumbing work done last fall. I emailed Sean saying a bolt holding a toilet had broken, and one of the sink's plungers had become disconnected. He had Ray come out in two business days to correct these two issues.
