I also made it clear that I wanted BULLNOSE not SQUARE edges to match my kitchen slabs. To my surprise, they showed up with square edges than wanted a lot more money to order the correct one that I originally ordered! They knew they had me over a barrel! They instructed me to pay their worker "Jose" for the installation of the cabinet doors and sink. Jose also told me he would be making cabinet boxes for the two drawers and installing the knobs and pulls for my cabinets. I Waited months for this and it never happened! Jose took one of my drawer faces to use to make the vanity boxes. He dropped it off two months later without telling me on my front doorstep scratched! I called and spoke to Loxie the wife of the owner Rich and explained my concerns. She assured me that "they would make it right and Rich would be out to install the pulls and knobs and to refinish the scratched vanity drawer face. Rich finally showed up after 7 weeks and installed the pulls and knobs and took measurements for my drawer boxes and kitchen drawer cabinet face. I received numerous promises from Loxie on when Rich would be returning to install the promised boxes and drawer faces. I travel 16 days a month or more and made numerous appointments with these incessant prevaricators to get this done and every time they blew me off after making appointments! Beware of these clowns as they don't do what they promise and they are completely unprofessional in dealing with them!

Throughout the entire process, Jose was great to work with. Very responsive. Great at picking up our big materials (i.e. doors, shower doors, quartz slabs) in a timely manner which is huge in itself. Work was completed right about on schedule and we are very happy with the results. There's one tiny item that needed to be fixed after all the major work was done, but Jose fixed it ASAP. And got four estimates. Remediation X was the most comprehensive bid, because they did the whole project, including the rebuild of the cabinets, where mold was found behind. Our house is under contract and this was found 10 days before closing. David took care of everything and had great communication. They made promises over promises over promises. Many, many, many, times they did not show up. Unfortunately, we paid them too much upfront and were taken to the cleaners, they left our house unfinished, with not enough supplies to finish. We paid them for items they did not do at all. This was over a period of six months on a water damage claim that should've only taken three weeks. They were so nice and talked a big game and built themselves up . One person did not know what the other person was doing. There was no communication at all ,they could not find the cashiers checks I had given them and told my insurance company that I pocketed the money and they were never paid anything. Obviously, I kept all of the receipts, check stubs, pictures and texts and was able to prove to the insurance company that this was not the case. We were fooled by the their lies and were left holding the bag to come up with $10,000 of our own money to finish the project. For instance, when they pulled up our water damaged hardwood floor they chopped up the cement floor below so badly we had to have that redone before they could lay carpet as they could not lay tile which is what we wanted, after the damages they caused to the original concrete floor. It will be at least $25000 out of our pocket to complete, repair and replace damaged items. Do yourself a big favor and run.
