I'm rating this place three starts largely because the atmosphere was wonderful. The service was friendly and fast! It was so cute and fun, the claw machines were adorable. I was very excited to get our drinks! My husband got the Sunset Dream refresher and I got the Thai milk tea. The Thai milk tea had hardly any flavor and a very funky after taste. The brown sugar boba had hard chunks inside, which was very unpleasant. The pearls did not have any flavor. My husband's drink was decent in flavor. Another bubble tea shop for Arizona! There seems to be a new shop opening every week. While Boba Cutea isn't exactly new, as they already have multiple locations, this one is much closer to home. I ordered an Oolong Flower Tea for $5.49 for my first visit at this location and it was good. Cold brew oolong tea, osmanthus flowers, and brown sugar boba is what this drink consists of and the flavors work well together. I changed my brown sugar boba to the crystal boba. All in all an excellent way to spend the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival. This place is bright and spacious with lots of seating. They even have a couple of Super Mario gaming chairs to swivel around in. I've been wanting to check this place out because I saw a tiktok about it- I ended up going during a BTS cupsleeve event! Normally they would have plenty of games to play while sipping your drink, and they also have a variety of very cute items around the store that you can purchase. During the cupsleeve events, you can find the place filled with business booths and decorations throughout. I ordered the Watermelon Tea Slush, excited to sip on the combination of fresh watermelon and green tea. I was surprised by the taste- to me it tasted more flowery, or how a flowery candle would smell. Tried boba cutea a few times and it's okay. If you order a drink make sure to have the sweetness stay original or extra. Do not do less sweet- you can barely taste any flavor in the drink, especially for their milk tea. Their Taro Tornado less sweet, barely tasted like taro. When we went the table was fairly dirty with food stains. Maybe clean some of the tables when customers leave. I like Ni Hao or Tea Fresho since you can taste the tea more in their drinks. read more
