Blended thai tea with strawberry jelly and the jamine green milk tea with boba in their new mystery cups that hide a hello kitty surprise!

Great drink options! I love ordering from the milk tea, az refreshers, or blended or more lists! My favorite appetizer is the fried tofu. They let you choose the spice level and if you're unsure, they can have the spice in a separate container so you can customize it per person in your group. My kids favorite is their fries. They currently have a mystery hello kitty cup! So cute!

As Beyoncé asks/sings, "Who run the world? Girls!" Did you know that in America, women were not only ideal tea room consumers, nearly all tea rooms were owned by women? Yasss, queens! Boba Tea House was once *THE SPOT* for all boba tea lovers. Hey, it was the early 2000s and we didn't get the bubble tea boom yet that has taken over the past few years. Boba Tea House came in and brought us some joy after Eba (the OG boba spot) left us. I only ever get one thing here: Lavender milk tea with egg pudding. It's always solid but the past couple of times, I've ventured out and tried the brulee coffee and their ube coffee. Their coffee is solid as well. Get a little snack of popcorn chicken and you won't be disappointed. While still a great spot that's an absolute treat after grocery shopping at Lee Lee's or after getting dim sum at Phoenix Palace in the same plaza, I must confess that there are other boba spots in time I'd rather go to. Nonetheless, I still have much love for one of our oldest bubble tea spots in town!

I came here for a meet up recently and was welcomed by a friendly employee upon entering. I really like how the menu easily shows all of the options and toppings and flavors. It was easy to find what I would like since I usually just get a tea with flavor with Boba. I really like how the interior looks. It is modern and inviting. I will definitely be back to try new flavors. This was my second time here and I foresee many more in the future.

Boba Tea House, is a welcoming drink spot that can scratch that milk tea/boba craving you may have or introduce you to that feeling after having it. With a wide selection of many different flavors from milk teas to fruit slushes with toppings, you'll find what you're wanting to try. Great spot to bring the family, friends, or yourself to get boba in a jiffy. They also have a good variety in foods to enjoy with your sweet drink. A whole vietnamese sandwich menu and many more appetizers. I'd recommend this spot for the friendly bobaristas and great vibes from everyone.

They just remodeled the shop and and the drinks here are so refreshing and consistent.

I love coming here after eating dim sum at Phoenix Palace. The menu is extensive so it's nice to pick depending on my mood. Service is always great and because we are near the holidays, it's nicely decorated in Christmas spirit. My husband even won a hello kitty keychain from the game they have inside! My fave drink to get is simple. Strawberry Black Tea with lychee jelly. Since I ordered a large, I had the option to have the cute gingerbread bottle.

Always great customer service, food is made fresh and usually cooked to perfection. The ambiance is relaxing and very friendly. Definitely ready for a family or whoever to hangout and have some fun with some amazing boba drinks!!!

I really like this Boba Tea House, located in the same square as Lee Lee Supermarket. Very convenient. Lots of tea choices, and even food snacks. The price is pretty reasonable. Right now for the holidays they have this cute little snowman cup that's the same price as a large. I love it!

This boba was so good!! It satisfied the cravings beautifully. It was my first time in and this place did not disappoint. As a boba connoisseur, I can always tell when the boba is fresh and it was on point! The shop was very cute and decorated for the holidays, the service was great. Can't wait to go back!

BOGO coupons. Large taro milk teas (no boba)

I cannot say no to sweet drinks! Lol. It's been years since I last gotten something from here. I usually go to a different spot but I had to when I got this flyer the mail. BOGO on certain drinks (with coupon) til the end of August! On Monday night, I went to get the BOGO taro milk tea (no boba) to have for work on Tues & Wed. Then Wed evening, I was back to get the BOGO wintermelon tea. For this, you can choose from green, black or oolong tea. Loved that you can choose the type of tea you want! I chose oolong but black would be good as well. You can use the coupons for any sized cup you want. I chose the largest. The only downfall is you can't mix the type of drinks. They have to be the same. Service was good. Interior has changed a tad but it's cute. Still not my #1 spot but it's not a bad spot either!

We got morning bun and banana bread and they were so good, not too sweet, the morning bun was so flaky and good amount of cinnamon, my husband didn't like banana at all but he turned out really liked the banana bread. I tried their pistachio cold foam latte with half sweet, and it was so good, the cold foam was light and airy, the syrup didn't overpower the taste of coffee. I usually don't drink sweet coffee, just like original hot latte, but I love pistachio so had to tried this, and it was really good. My husband got the hot latte and it was even better. They have for here cups which is something I've noticed not a lot of coffee shops around the area carry anymore so that was awesome. The Moroccan latte was a HIT. Everyone was obsessed with this one, we also added pistachio cold foam on top. For the Moroccan we asked for it to be half sweet and it was still pretty sweet so be aware that this one is for the sweet tooth. The pistachio latte was delicious as well. The lemon poppy seed matcha was really good as a matcha, meaning the matcha was delcious and easy to ddrink. Not a lot of lemon flavor in it tho but the quality was good so no complaints. Their pastry selection is lacking however, this might be because we came a little later in the day but there was not a lot of options. The lemon scone was delicous but the raspberry key lime cupcake was far too sweet. However, this was an awesome shop and I would highly recommend it.

There are usually a couple gals behind the counter, watching the screen while you place your order ... waiting patiently as you peruse their many choices, trying to decide which tea to order. I may sound like a broken record, but yes, they were wonderful. It is NOT a boba tea shop; it was, but no longer. I highly recommend getting the sugar on the regular croffle. It caramelizes and adds a pretty sheen and crunch without taking away from the croissant base. It is very clean and quiet inside during less busy hours. TeaMakers has a medium-small amount of seating featuring both hard table tops and a comfy couch sitting area. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the coffee is smooth and enjoyable. My biggest concern is the pricing. Only the regular-size drink prices are displayed, so ordering a larger size can come as an unpleasant surprise. Paying over $8.50 for a 20 oz pour-over coffee feels excessive. Another issue is the limited restroom capacity. There is only one bathroom, and wait times can sometimes be quite long, especially during busy periods. The shop also struggles during the summer months. The air conditioning doesn't seem capable of keeping the space comfortable, and it can become uncomfortably hot inside. I appreciate supporting local businesses and enjoy the coffee and customer service, but the high prices, lack of transparent sizing costs, restroom limitations, and uncomfortable indoor temperatures make it difficult to justify visiting as often as I'd like.
