The decor is cute and welcoming. I was greeted when I walked in and experienced great service from the workers. Looking at the menu, there's plenty of great options. Some interesting sounding ones were Popcorn Latte and Tiramisu Biscoff Latte. There's also a bunch of yummy matcha options. I ended up getting a small Thai tea with boba (50% sweet). I really enjoyed the Thai tea and I don't have much of a sweet tooth so it was nice to have that customization option. I will also note that the boba was great. It was cooked perfectly. Not too hard and not too soft! Overall 5/5 stars :)

Overall, the customer service was the worst part of the experience. It felt like in-person customers were not a priority at all. This was my first time at this spot, and it left a bad impression.
