I stopped by on a Thursday evening for the first time! It is located in a large shopping center right next to a Chase Bank. I was greeted right away when I walked in and decided to order from one of the kiosks so I could look through the menu. I ordered a milk tea with boba and it was good! They called out my number when my order was ready and the cashier also gave me a scratch-off card as part of a promotion they were having. The customer service was friendly and there are a few tables inside if you want to enjoy your drink there. They also have WiFi!

I ordered orange with yakult drink. I know I should have ordered milk tea but I wanted something refreshing. I felt like it was just straight orange juice mixed with yakult and nothing special about it. I would just stick with milk tea or something else.

WUSHILAND BOBA in the San Fernando Valley?!?!?! Yes!!!! We were ever so grateful that Wushiland was open for 4th of July holiday. It's located in the giant shopping center that contains everything you need to do your errands here in Porter Ranch. It's across the street from Shepherd Church. I painted the picture, you must know what's coming --- they were open during the 4th of July Fireworks celebration thrown and hosted by Shepherd! So convenient. And so helpful because this family, and extended family, would rather chug boba drinks than soda. The staff was awesomely patient considering there were lines and lines and they were running out of ingredients. I got the OOLONG --- which was exactly what's needed on a hot humid summer night.

Love this place! A nice place for your comfort drink especially during the summer! My personal go-to is their yakult grapefruit and honey lemon green tea! I'm glad they opened this location close by! Give it a try!

Friendly staff, welcoming environment, and quick service! Used the kiosk and it was really helpful as a first timer to read into the different drinks! Ordered the passion fruit drink with boba and it was very refreshing! I do wish there were slushee options, but still a good experience!

I noticed a sign in the plaza saying a new boba shop had opened, and my little boba-loving heart immediately thought, "Oh yes, time for my next adventure." The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that it was empty, which is always a win for a socially awkward person like myself. The second thing I noticed was that the shop was clean, comfortable, and well kept. I ordered through the self-order machine, which made the process quick and smooth. Instead of getting a milk tea like I usually do, I decided to try the iced brewed jasmine tea with boba, and it was delicious. It had just the right amount of sweetness and was really refreshing. The staff was great as well. They greeted me politely, and my drink was ready in less than five minutes. I also loved that the shop was clean without smelling strongly like cleaning products, which is something I've noticed at a lot of boba places. It felt fresh and comfortable without being overwhelming. I had a great experience and would definitely come back to this location if I'm ever in the area.

I wanted to check out Wushiland because apparently they don't skimp out on their toppings and you know what, I found that to be true ~ Orderered the Green Tea Oat Taro Latte less sugar w / QQube + Taro Latte less sugar w/ QQube. They packed the toppings into both drinks and the less sweetened versions worked well with the Taro because that provided a bit of sweetness as well. You order on a kiosk (there are 2), the location has a few tables and everything was neat and clean. They also have a restroom, lots of parking. Staff were also friendly and service was prompt. I was pleasantly surprised with Wushiland and would return in the near future. Not too sweet, no super generic or artificial flavors offered, just solid tea options and plentiful toppings. I recommend!

I had a pleasant experience coming to visit this place. It was super easy to order and it did not take long to make three drinks for them. I only had to wait 5-10 minutes which isn't bad at all. The drinks were all really good! I definitely recommend the ice cream milk tea. The cream on top really does taste like vanilla bean ice cream and the milk tea is really good. Altogether the drink is creamy and sweet which I enjoyed. My sister got the ice cream ovaltine drink and she said it was really good too! The orange drink I ordered wasn't the best but I think that was my fault for making it 30% sweet. Overall I will be coming back for the ice cream milk tea! Loved it so much!

Been wanting to check out Wushiland Boba ! We came on a Saturday afternoon. No ube flavored. Their style is a little different from some of the boba places I visit. Usually I get a peach or mango smoothie. Closest thing they had a mango sorbet. I added coconut jelly (which was a hit !). I really enjoyed the mango sorbet. Will return !

They are on the more traditional tea base spectrum of boba. I described it to my family as more "gourmet" because of their limited menu and high quality taste. They did not have the popular mango slush that other places have. Instead we opted for the mango ice cream tea and it did not disappoint! Their staff was super helpful and even let us sample some of the tea bases to aid in our order. Their boba itself is delicious and a perfect blend of having a good taste in its own and having a pleasant texture. The restaurant has decent parking and is a great spot to hang out.

Super cute boba spot in Porter Ranch! Also super clean which is a ++. They have a variety of options from milk teas, to fruit teas and other drinks that's perfect for a hot day like today. I ordered the passion fruit teas with mini boba and it was the right amount of sweetness with a generous amount of boba and passion fruit seeds. It was so good.

Jasmine Green Tea w boba $5.29, less topping, 50% sweetness w less ice. Worth! 4/25/25

I initially wasn't a fan of wushi when I visited the arcadia location, but since it opened in the valley, I've found that I quite like their refreshing teas, the variety, soft and chewy boba, and decent prices! This place does NOT skimp on the toppings lol. It consistently fills almost half the cup so I have to ask for less toppings. Grand opening was popping, and their yogurt and grapefruit GTs are yummy. I always get 50% sweetness w less ice, and they still fill it to the top. This time got: - Jasmine Green Tea w mini boba $5.29, less topping. Worth! Strong floral tones - Four Seasons Tea w coconut jelly, boba, and mini boba $5.29: lighter tea flavor but still good! I like that you can get combo toppings for the price of 1. With the coconut jelly, it def made the drink sweeter, so I'll prob get 25% sweetness next time. Parking is plentiful. It was busy for a Sunday at 7pm; highly recommend ordering ahead on the app, at least 15 min ahead. Service is fast tho as they seem well staffed. Now one of my fave boba spots in the valley!!

Now that it has been half a year I was hoping customer service would get better once staff had more experience. But sadly, that hasn't been the case. Some things that has happened when I've gone in or called: - i was the only person in line and the girl at the register greeted me and asked me to give her a second to finish up something she was doing on the register. But after she was done she turned around and started helping her coworker (who didn't seem to need help nor asked for it) before she returned to helping me. This all took up to 2 mins. I've worked in the food industry, both restaurant and cafes, and it has always been priority to help your customers. I'm a pretty patient person since I've been in this position but that was not okay esp since I was the only customer. - I ordered a drink with boba and later was told they had ran out. They did not offer me something else and when i asked for a refund for it they told me they didn't know how to do that ... i let this slide since it was only a few days into the grand opening. - the most recent encounter was I called to order a travel box and the person who answered the phone just said "hello" and mumbled something. Which made me feel like I got the wrong number. I had to ask if this was Wushiland. Another thing that is pretty standard across the industry... answer the phone with your business name. - On this same call for the travel box, I was told "you can order it through the app" which I said I tried and couldn't find a way to do that. Then the person on the phone said hold on let me try. 3 mins later, she said she couldn't find it either and had never had the app so had to download it. so I ask if I could just order on the phone. And she says no, unfortunately we don't take orders over the phone even for a travel box. Again, worked at a cafe, very common to order travelers over the phone for pick up at a later date. This was very inconvenient since I don't live in porter ranch and was hoping to make the order over the phone so I can pick it up later. But instead of trying to figure out a solution with me (like "let me ask my supervisor") she just said "yeah, I know. Sorry for the inconvenience." But all this is to say, the customer service needs a lot of work. I'm pretty disappointed and if you don't take phone orders, okay fine, but then make sure it works on your app, esp if your staff is telling customers it's on the app and this is a new thing you're advertising for business. Hopefully, things get better here.

This place has really good lattes, and the Garlicky Grilled Cheese sandwich was very large and very good (they really delivered on the garlic!), though not very filling. The prices are certainly not cheap (two drinks and a sandwich was over $30), and you'll finish your drink quickly, but the quality is good. The staff were very amiable and helpful. As for the gaming aspect, they did not have most of their stock for check out when we went because there were tabling at a con for the weekend. This did mean that the usual $5 fee to checkout a game was waived, and the employee I spoke to was very helpful in recommending a game for our party size (2 players) from the remaining stock. While we didn't actually successfully figure out the game (called Scout), I think this is more a flaw of the game or ourselves rather than the shop itself. I also really enjoyed the outdoor seating. I plan to come back sometime (hopefully soon) to explore more of their collection! As it stands, I recommend this place as a spot to stop in, order something light, and see what you can see of their games. Maybe some of their regular events will be up your alley!

I loved their drink selection--they offer wine, cider, and beer alongside standard coffee. Their food menu is also solid, featuring sandwiches, charcuterie boards, and pastries. We visited on a Thursday morning & it was surprisingly packed; every table was full. We managed to snag a spot in the middle, but the space felt very cramped. We were so close to the next table that we could hear their entire conversation, which wasn't ideal. My friend enjoyed the club sandwich, which came with a side of tater tots. We both tried the hibiscus iced tea--it was refreshing, but I have to admit it was a bit lacking in flavor. They have a cool selection of games, plushies, shirts, and coffee beans for sale. The back lot is extremely small. Plan on finding street parking. Arrive very early to beat the crowds! Overall, It's a fun place to hang out and I'd likely stop by again if I'm in the area, though the close quarters are something to keep in mind. IG @balicookingadventures
