They greeted us once we walked in which was nice and very welcoming. We were super excited to try this place for the first time but super bummed that they didn't have what I wanted which was UJI Matcha latte. The cashier at the front said they ran out of matcha but the girl behind her said they had enough for one more cup...but they didn't offer it to me...I had asked and clarified, "so there is no matcha?" She said no because there's a shortage. I asked when they're getting it back and she said a month.. When it came to pay, she asked me if we had a membership and I said no. I also mentioned early on that this was my first time coming here. When I said I didn't have a membership she just said "okay" and they had me tap my card... I wish she explained it because I would've done it before I paid. I noticed a sign in the plaza saying a new boba shop had opened, and my little boba-loving heart immediately thought, "Oh yes, time for my next adventure." The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that it was empty, which is always a win for a socially awkward person like myself. The second thing I noticed was that the shop was clean, comfortable, and well kept. I ordered through the self-order machine, which made the process quick and smooth. Instead of getting a milk tea like I usually do, I decided to try the iced brewed jasmine tea with boba, and it was delicious. It had just the right amount of sweetness and was really refreshing. The staff was great as well. They greeted me politely, and my drink was ready in less than five minutes. I also loved that the shop was clean without smelling strongly like cleaning products, which is something I've noticed at a lot of boba places. I wanted to check out Wushiland because apparently they don't skimp out on their toppings and you know what, I found that to be true ~ Orderered the Green Tea Oat Taro Latte less sugar w / QQube + Taro Latte less sugar w/ QQube. They packed the toppings into both drinks and the less sweetened versions worked well with the Taro because that provided a bit of sweetness as well. You order on a kiosk (there are 2), the location has a few tables and everything was neat and clean. They also have a restroom, lots of parking. Staff were also friendly and service was prompt. I had a pleasant experience coming to visit this place. It was super easy to order and it did not take long to make three drinks for them. I only had to wait 5-10 minutes which isn't bad at all. The drinks were all really good! I definitely recommend the ice cream milk tea. The cream on top really does taste like vanilla bean ice cream and the milk tea is really good. Altogether the drink is creamy and sweet which I enjoyed. My sister got the ice cream ovaltine drink and she said it was really good too! This is such a cute spot. My friend spotted a sign for it on our way to lunch and figured we'd stop by. Unfortunately, we were informed that their matcha was discontinued but they had plenty of other drinks. There's an option to order at the kiosk or with a cashier. The cashier was so sweet and patient. I also appreciated that we were able to sample some of the drinks. We decided on the four season tea with mango sorbet at half sweetness and coconut jelly. I initially wasn't a fan of wushi when I visited the arcadia location, but since it opened in the valley, I've found that I quite like their refreshing teas, the variety, soft and chewy boba, and decent prices! This place does NOT skimp on the toppings lol. It consistently fills almost half the cup so I have to ask for less toppings. Grand opening was popping, and their yogurt and grapefruit GTs are yummy. I always get 50% sweetness w less ice, and they still fill it to the top. This time got: - Jasmine Green Tea w mini boba $5.29, less topping. Worth! Strong floral tones - Four Seasons Tea w coconut jelly, boba, and mini boba $5.29: lighter tea flavor but still good! I like that you can get combo toppings for the price of 1. With the coconut jelly, it def made the drink sweeter, so I'll prob get 25% sweetness next time. Parking is plentiful. It was busy for a Sunday at 7pm; highly recommend ordering ahead on the app, at least 15 min ahead. Service is fast tho as they seem well staffed. Happy to have good tea house nearby! They have many drinks to choose. They have some seating inside and you can order either at the front or at the kiosk. The tea house is very bright and modern looking. Staff is very helpful with so many choices and service was fast. We tried the Roasted Oolong with boba and ice cream. You can really taste the Oolong tea, and the boba was soft and chewy. Paired with ice cream, it was so good! We also tried the Uji matcha latte macchiato. Been to Wushiland a number of times and love it, but have always had to go to the Arcadia mall to get it. So so happy there is now one in Porter Ranch near me. Maybe I should not be happy, too much of a good thing you know? When you walk in there is a single kiosk to order from, I believe they should have more than one. There is a screen on the front counter, but was not sure you could actually order from there, I would hope so, or could lead to lines, but worth it, just a suggestion. The interior is bright and clean and looks like a great spot to hang and enjoy some drinks. We got ours to go this time. Love the flavors, options, teas are amazing, milk tea is perfect, but one particular thing I love that many other boba spots dropped is their mini boba, hard to find, but a great option to have, Wushiland has an advantage having them. FINALLYYYYYY!! I've been waiting for this to open lol! If you know me, you know how much I love my Boba and trying new boba spots!! This is actually a chain I'm familiar with and that I love but the other locations are so far! So happy they finally opened one in the area. They currently have their soft opening but they have definitely perfected it. I almost forgot how good they were! Parking lot is huge since it's in the porter ranch shopping center near the Ralph's. It's also in the not so busy side of the lot so there is a lot of parking. Super roomy inside and love the smell! Idk if it's just because it's brand new but it smells like a new car inside lol! They have one self order kiosk which I feel like they could probably use more but maybe they are testing the waters first. We used it and had no issues other than trying to back out of the checkout window. We were testing to see if the discount applied (for soft opening only, 10% discount) and it did! However we didn't finish ordered and it wouldn't let us go back to add more to our cart. Only option was to checkout or clear cart lol. Other than that little bug, we ordered easily and everything was easy to find on the menu. Drinks came out super quick as well and the thing that I LOVE about this boba chain is their generous amount of boba pearls. I usually like to ask for extra in my drink but this one doesn't need it at all. They give the perfect amount (to me lol). The tea quality is very high and super delicious. You can customize the sweetness and just about everything about your drink which makes it great for everyone. Love the chewiness of the pearls and my Earl Grey Milk Tea at 70% sweetness was perfect. The nice thing is that the drink prices are affordable and you get what you pay for. One size cup (large!!), high quality drink, perfect boba pearls. This was my first time at a Wushiland but I've heard great things about it. They're know for their popular mini boba so I had to give it a try! I loved the oolong the flavor profile was there. I did order it half sweet and thought it was still pretty sweet so might try doing even less next time. Had to try their signature fresh tea with mini boba. The boba was good not too chewy or too sweet. The tea itself was good. I would order it again even though i preferred milk tea and was surprised I couldn't get this as a milk tea. Green milk tea was my favorite. I also ordered it half sweet and thought it was the perfect amount of sweet and creaminess. It was their soft opening so I didn't expect anything to be perfect. Drinks came out at a reasonable time. It was clear they were still trying to figure out their routine and how to handle the bar and customers. As I had to wait to order my drinks and wasn't given a number for my order. Interior looks great and there are a lot of seating options. Love the location and so happy to have authentic Taiwanese milk tea in the valley without having to go all the way to Northridge for milk tea. We were directed to order on the kiosk as they were not taking orders from the front register and honestly, the service in general left a little to be desired, but that could've been because they were so busy.
