I would've preferred fresh mango but this was different, still good, and a nice touch. We dont find ourselves in Suisun City often but would definitely stop in again if we're ever in the area. Customer service was top notch and friendly. The store could use a bit of sprucing up and some touch up paint but there were cool anime and video game for decor and a claw machine. My experience at Boba Luv was absolutely wonderful! The shop is very clean and has a cute, cozy vibe. I do think adding a bit more color in the decor could make the space even more vibrant, but it's still a beautiful environment to relax in. Now, onto the best part -- the food and drinks! Everything was soooo good. Our boba pearls were made fresh and served warm, which was a nice surprise. The drinks were perfectly sweet, just as we requested. I had the cookies and cream, and my fiancé ordered the taro dream. We also tried the strawberry Dubai cup from the "secret menu," and it was super yummy! There weren't as many strawberries as we expected, but the flavor was still great! After that, we enjoyed some food items. I ordered the bacon fried rice, which was tasty, though a little overcooked -- but I didn't mind. My fiancé's pad kra pao was the standout dish; honestly, it was the best thing we ordered. Extremely TASTEY!! The staff were absolutely fantastic--so kind and welcoming. The girl taking our order made me feel like we were old friends, and I could tell she genuinely cared about our experience. Their warmth truly made the visit special. Coco Blue has totally become my go to drink whenever I visit this boba shop. Like I've mentioned before, the presentation of this drink is absolutely out of this world. The baby blue color of the milk drink is so striking and gorgeous. On top of that, the flavor is spot on. It's milky, creamy, sweet, and has a hint of coconut milk, which I absolutely love. It's also topped with salted cream. I believe they call it Crème Brûlée Cream, but it has just a slight salty touch that really helps balance out the sweetness of the drink. It's super yum. While the default topping is Lychee Jelly, I always ask for a free substitution and get Boba instead. The Boba is cooked really well, but I do think the ratio of Boba to milk tea is a little too low. If they added just a bit more Boba, this would be pretty much the perfect ideal drink. This is already the fourth or fifth time we've visited, and unfortunately the shop is consistently not the most comfortable place to sit and enjoy your drink. The AC just doesn't seem to cool the space very well, so it always ends up feeling stuffy inside. Even so, I'd definitely come back for the drinks. read more

I never understood the hype around boba tea until I tried Boba Luv. I've had boba from other places before and it just never clicked for me. Then I tried their Cucumber Fresher, made with fresh cucumber straight from their garden, and it completely changed my mind. The drink was incredibly refreshing, crisp, and tasted genuinely fresh. You can tell they care about the quality of their ingredients, and it shows in every sip. What really sets them apart tho is the customer service. Every visit feels like you're being welcomed by friends. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely excited about what they serve. It's rare to find a business that delivers both an amazing product and exceptional customer service, but Boba Luv does exactly that. They just opened. Had the brown sugar drink with boba in one of their glass bottle containers. For some reason, even with 25% for both ice and sweetness, it is still too sweet for me. Maybe it was the boba that was too sweet. The two people that helped me were both very nice. The place is neat, clean and welcoming.
