Dragon (half thai tea half taro)
Brian G.

Drove by Vacaville and felt like stopping by for boba! Dragon (half thai tea half taro): B The thai tea and taro mix is something I've never seen offered at a boba spot so I wanted to try it. Thought the flavor goes really well together. The boba pearls I didn't think had enough flavor though.

Guampenadas × Chamorro Burrito & Sinigang Wings
Jaydee S.

5 stars for me. Tried the Guampenadas, Chamorro burrito, and the sinigang wings. All I gotta say is that it was all worth it. Guampenadas was perfectly crisp, was able to taste the chicken and the onion flavor to it definitely a different style of empanadas. The Chamorro burrito maybe one of the best burritos I've had and I'd get it again if it was right around the corner. Sweet pork to perfection with a nice balance with the melted cheese and rice all bundled together. Perfection. AND the sinigang wings oh boiii, wingstop need to take some notes. The sinigang wings were amazing, first bite, i was making sure that it tasted like sinigang or else I would've been disappointed but I sure wasn't! Literally tasted like sinigang (sour and sweet) and I can literally eat like 20 in one sitting haha. So overall it's a 5/5 for me and I'll be back!

Customer service is garbage. Not welcoming at all and rushing us as we were trying to look at their menu. Your sign says peace and love! That's a joke!

Soft serve vanilla and pineapple with fruity pebbles and chocolate sauce. Sugar high!

Cute place. Mainly a place to get a refreshment since they sell boba, icees, coffee, teas. But they have some Filipino/hawaiian plates or pupus. I'll have to try some of their food next time. Mainly came here since it was close by and wanted to treat the kiddos to ice cream. Previous posts had other ice cream pics but looked like the menu only had pineapple dole whip and vanilla. Kids and I preferred the vanilla. Tastes like the typical soft serve. The pineapple was too sweet for me but I feel like it's pretty similar to what you'd get in Hawaii at Dole. Small area for sitting. Basically can fit about 5-6 groups at most. Seemed like a popular place.

Such a great spot! The vibes are always chill, the staff is super friendly, and the drinks are delicious with plenty of flavors to choose from. The food menu is amazing--especially the Chamorro burrito is my favorite! Perfect place to hang out, grab a bite, and enjoy some seriously good boba.

Came here for a quick Filipino brunch anf I got my cravings fixed. First let me tell you that that have a pretty big menu from fries, wings,Filipino staple breakfast, sinigang and burritos. They also have their dessert/boba menu. The place is small and there are a couple of seats to enjoy your food. They were playing some great music and the vibe is great. The gentleman in the front was nice. I ordered fried bangus with fried egg and I loved it. It came with side of tomatoes and cucumber was perfectly pickled and the vinegar was so good. My son ordered and also loved chamorro burrito and we got bistek burrito I thought was ok. The flavor was good but could use rice in the burrito. We ordered sour cream and onion fries but I think we got the PLD fries (we didn't say anything ad it was good, wing sampler was good. I liked the PLB WINGS and kare kare wings. The menu pricing is decent and the quantiity is also great.

6/20/25 We were craving Sinigang Wings so we stopped by Peace Love & Boba. We are dry wings people rather than wet wings. These were wet. Solid wing overall but just not for us. Peace Love & Boba, I'm good off that. - @beebslikes

Kids wanted to check this place out for Boba and I was of course happy to oblige knowing they had food options. The burritos sounded intriguing and really wanted to try out the Longaniza burrito but unfortunately they had run out (ugh). Settled for the Tocino burrito and a few drinks for the family. The kids enjoyed their drinks (could recall their selections) and I tried out the Ube and Oreo and thought it was pretty good. Unfortunately the Burrito was meh, not sure of the quality of the Tocino but it really lacked flavor and is probably not something I would pick up again. Otherwise this was a decent place, staff was friendly and service was quick for the drinks. The food took a bit longer but that didn't really bother me as making fresh food takes time. The vibe of this place gives off very interesting and chill. A bit on the smaller side but a place you can hang out for a bit. Worth checking out but maybe settle for the rice plates next time!

Cute little grab and go spot for lunch or dinner. They have quite the variety of food options on their menu for a boba shop. I like the many options they offer. I stopped by to grab lunch but it was my first time there and I got a breakfast plate for myself. Which was the Ticino plate with egg. I enjoyed the meal because I don't eat that often, however, could use a bit more seasoning . It came with regular rice. Towards the end I noticed there was a lot of oil/grease my plate was submerged in. I also got another plate which was the Lechon Kawali with rice. Lechon size and portion was huge and came with a decent amount. Wasn't as crispy by the time we got to eating it since it was togo, however, you can never go wrong with lechon. Again to me, it lacked a little seasoning too. I wish it came with another option of dipping as a side other than the vinegar sauce. Still enjoyed it as a random lunch option but I expected a little more. Got a Thai tea as well and Thai tea was brewed nicely. You can tell it was made freshly by themselves. Service was great. Was greeted upon entering and food came out fairly decent. The server offered to place my Thai tea in the fridge until my food order was done since the drink wasn't for me.

I saw this place on social media and wanted to try it since I was in the area heading from SF to Sac and man do I regret it. I got the sinigang wings combo with fries and a Thai Tea. The crispiness of the wings were good but it did not taste like sinigang at all. The fries were hella salty and I was glad I was able to wash it down with the Thai Tea that was surprisingly good. Also, keep note that orders for wings takes 20min+. I was notified by the cashier which I didn't mind but for me to hear 3 people choppin it up in the back talm about all kinds of things it makes you question why it takes 20min for a basic 6pc wings order. Idk maybe it's the lack of urgency.

A California Classic That Lives Up to the Hype…read more Some places have history. Some places have incredible food. And every once in a while, you find a place that has both. Fentons Creamery is one of those rare gems. Walking into a restaurant that's been serving families for well over 100 years is an experience all by itself. You can feel the history the moment you walk through the doors. It's nostalgic without feeling outdated, and it's clear why generations of families have continued coming back. The restaurant itself is huge, incredibly clean, and has such a fun atmosphere. One of my favorite features was the massive spinning display showcasing all of their incredible ice cream creations. It's impossible to look at it without feeling like a kid again, and trying to decide what to order becomes the hardest part of the visit. We started with lunch, and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Triple-Decker Chicken Club, and it was enormous. Every layer was fresh, flavorful, and stacked high with quality ingredients. We upgraded to the seasoned curly fries, and that may have been the best decision of the meal. They were perfectly seasoned, incredibly crispy, and served with what tasted like freshly made house ranch that was absolutely outstanding. Honestly, the food alone would have made this restaurant worth visiting. Then came dessert... We ordered the Monster Brownie Sundae, and "monster" is no exaggeration. It arrived at the table looking like something out of a movie--towering scoops of ice cream, rich hot fudge cascading down the sides, whipped cream piled high, chopped nuts, and the classic cherry on top. The real star, though, was their famous Dutch Chocolate Chip ice cream. Without exaggeration, this was some of the best ice cream I've ever had--not just in California, but anywhere. The texture was unbelievably creamy, the chocolate flavor was rich without being overpowering, and the chocolate chips added the perfect bite. It's easy to understand why Fentons has earned such an incredible reputation over the last century. What made the entire experience even better was the staff. Every member of the wait team we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. Great service can elevate a meal, and they absolutely did. Overall, this was one of those meals that reminds you why local institutions survive for generations. Amazing food, legendary ice cream, outstanding service, a fun family atmosphere, and memories made around the table. If you're anywhere near the area and love classic American diners or incredible homemade ice cream, Fentons Creamery belongs at the top of your list. Prices were a little steep, but it was definitely worth it because the portions were massive. We'll definitely be back and next time, we're saving even more room for dessert.

My son got a scoop of mango cream and loved it. The store is clean, service is super friendly and quick, and there's tons of seating outdoors and indoors. The outdoors has this cool kid play area (for small kids) that is lovely for families who have littles. This is also right across the street from the carousel, train ride, and playground. Perfect spot! We will be back.

I was surprised to see that this Dairy Queen has low reviews on Yelp. I was warmly greeted and welcomed upon entering the cashier area. The cashier said the app scanning wasn't working so she had to manually enter in the deal we were redeeming. I'll be honest, I was worried our two Blizzards would take a while given how long the line was outside. To our surprise, our two Blizzards were ready within a minute of ordering!! Thank you DQ! They were shown to us upside-down and then placed gently on the ordering counter. As I walked out, the car at the end of the line had only moved 2 spaces...so glad I walked in to order. This DQ is located off of 80 across the street from the Outlets so it's a convenient location.

They have a drive-thru, so you have the option of dining in or go through the drive-thru if you are on the go. They have both indoor and outdoor dining areas with ample parking. I got the Epic Deal ($7) which included a burger (or chicken strips), fries, fountain drink and sundae (upgrade to blizzard for $2 more). I upgraded to the blizzard (Superman Cake Batter Cookie Dough). My son got the Double Cheese Deluxe Stackburger, small Onion Ring and small Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough blizzard. My son said the burgers are very similar to McDonald's burgers in taste and size. I remember when I was a kid, DQ burgers were much better, but the quality sure has gone down for the cost. The fries were decent as were the onion rings (a little pricy for small onion rings). The blizzards were good. Employees were all very nice and attentive. Our order came out in a timely manner, but I was a little disappointed that the blizzard came out before the main meal, so I was 1/2 done with the blizzard by the time the main meal came out. I wish there was a way to postpone the blizzard until I was closer to finishing the main meal, so the blizzard was not 1/2 melted by the time I finished my meal. Overall for the price and lack of quality of the food items, I would probably only come back for the blizzards only.
