I love T4 for their drinks, I always get this red bean milkshake that they have and avocado. I love their appetizers calamari and chicken they always hit! The ramen I always order tonkatsu, its alright the serving is small. I dont really eat in the establishment but the ambiance of the place is alright, its bright clean nothing special not ig worthy. This was my first visit back to Tea 4 after about 7 years. I have been to Tea 4 many times in Sacramento area. MANY TIMES. HUNDREDS OF TIMES. No matter the location the service was the same. Well here today, I am in Fairfield, and thought, you know what I'll get some Tea 4, it's been awhile. I ordered pearl milk tea with extra boba and the condensed milk buns. First of all. I'm not one to argue with staff, because for me, that's not my battle. I just won't shop there again. I will leave a review though. The milk tea had no tea. It was just milk with sweetener and boba, but for some reason even though I didn't order it, they added some kind of popping strawberry. I quadruple checked my order, the ticket on the cup to be sure there wasn't some kind of horrible confusion. Nope ! It was definitely the order I've always gotten, hundreds of times. I've tried many things from here, and this is my favorite order. I thought about complaining but honestly it isn't worth my time. Not sure if the people working are new ? Or if they do this all the time. Second of all, my bread tasted like shrimp lol. Strongly. I've had this bread before many times, as well as the shrimp. Not sure if they use separate oils or if they just need to change the oil but. Pretty much I left extremely disappointed with milk boba and strawberry pearl, no tea was added into the mixture, and like I said, I didn't ask for these strawberry pops. Maybe it's a hit or miss? Okay first off, the brown sugar milk tea with pearls is so good, the curly fries are also so good, the service was so great and the one taking our order was really nice!, i recommend it if you like boba and more, the curly fries, French fries, are really delicious and when i first tried it, I literally started to drink it almost every month most of the time, they have smoothies,boba,food and there's a wall with flowers on it and i think you could take pictures, I honestly never had boba better then this, yes i had boba before and it was good, but not as good as this, i loved it at the first sip. I usually order the Oolong Black Tea with no sugar or toppings. I just love the rich earthy flavor of the tea. Most of the drinks are okay here too. Just be wary of the boba; it can be a hit or miss with the texture. I have eaten the Takoyaki and shrimp dumplings. The Takoyaki is subpar and is more like fast food Takoyaki. The shrimp dumplings are great! They are full of shrimp chunks and very tasty. The rice wrapper has a good texture too. read more

Ok food, mid on the service, and ok ambiance is how I rate T4. I came to this place after hearing a few colleagues rave about their Basil Fried Popcorn Chicken. So I had to come try it for myself. I get my order to go, I get home and there is NO BASIL in my Basil Fried Popcorn Chicken!!! How can you forget the MAIN ingredient that makes the dish?? I asked for Ranch sauce, did not receive it in the bag. I ordered Sweet Potato fries, and it was mid. I was deeply disappointed at the customer service, but what would I expect from a group of teenagers who are running the show. I was looking forward to trying many of the items on the menu that looked really good, but if it can't get a simple order right, and not do anything to fix it, I'm not coming back. The boba was just the right amount of sweet and chewy, and the chicken was crispy, mouthwatering and flavorful. The vibe inside is really chill--clean, cozy, and a nice place to hang out. The workers here are hella rude, don't even greet you ,or say thank you, or have a good day. BTW, This review is after multiple times of coming here... I've even told them "thank you" & "have a good day" & they don't even respond!! WTF?! Also the drinks are not even made good, & the boba is just alright. This is the 2nd time I've tried this place. The first experience was a year ago. I drank the milk tea with boba and 30 minutes later, I had to use the restroom and my stomach cramped very bad. For the second time, I tried again and got a different milk tea. Same results. I've had boba and milk tea from other places and I was not at all cramping or having to run to the bathroom. Also, my auntie bought food from here and has the exact same results I did. I don't know what it could be but it's not worth the bad cramps and a trip to the restroom. read more

If you order a drink with 30% sweetness it's still grossly sweet. I got a passion fruit tea this time around, and there's no improvement from 2 years ago because I STILL had to dilute it with water to make it drinkable. Also I ordered my drink with no ice but it came out hella warm. Wtf? I ordered my drinks in the past with no ice and it would still come out cold. I'm adding a star from my last review since service improved and I got my order within like 5 mins. I really like their popcorn chicken here, they used to have basil popcorn chicken but now it's just plain. This location probably cheaped out. Okay so boba is my jam and honestly T4 locations have been my go to. The tapioca was made well here and the drinks were delicious with correct sweetness and fast. The inside was small and cute with a flower wall. The service was kinda off. I asked for a classic pearl milk tea and cashier explained to me it was earl grey milk tea. She said the pearl milk tea is popping boba but the pearl milk tea on the sign outside is a classic milk tea with regular boba. She kind of stated it like I wasn't sure of what I was ordering. I've been ordering boba from t4 for a while now and every location knows what Pearl Milk tea is. I ordered drinks about 45 minutes ago- I waited a bit then went to pick them up. I arrived 15 minutes after my order was made. I've been sitting here listening to mudvain and other death metal groups while they continue not to finish my order. I would love to comment on the food, but I have yet to try it and am starting to wonder if it will ever be done. With 6 minutes till closing, we were finishing up our drinks. The staff member shouted out that they were closing in 5 minutes. I made eye contact with the employee and gave a thumbs up. A minute later, the same employee I made eye contact with (plus thumbs up) repeated the same thing the other employee said. I had to repeat myself a couple of times that the message was received for him to hear me. Next time, I recommend the employees take a more polite approach versus shouting from a distance and repeating themselves despite the fact that I cordially responded the first time around. read more

My daughters favorite boba place b/c there drinks are consistent! The service is good too, we have never had an issue with bad customer service. My favorite thing to get is there fried tofu, I can't get enough of that seasoning. My daughters favorite is either their mango drink or their milk teas and their mozzarella sticks.
