Ehh not sure I'd come back here again. The place was decent and had a decent set up but a lot of the machines were down and there wasn't any good toppings. The younger worker was nice and offered her assistance, but everything was set up to where you can get your own froyo and toppings. The place seemed clean but had a very bad sewage smell. Overall, the froyo was 5/10 for us and the toppings were weak. They were also out of the some of the smoothies we requested so it seems like they need to restock on a lot of their items. read more

Not a place I would recommend for dessert. Had several froyo flavors available and the options I tried had an icy consistency vs a smooth one that you expect. Toppings available were okay too but nothing amazing. I will say that service could use improvement. The young lady at the counter on the evening we went was just on her phone as two groups (including mine) were in the shop. Didn't get up from her seat or put her phone done to greet anyone and only stopped when we went to pay. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I had the most negative interaction today with who I'm assuming is the owner, an older Caucasian woman behind the counter. I asked if they had sample cups (like every other fro-yo place I've been to), and she coldly replied, "We don't do that here." I said no problem and went to look at the flavors. My family walked in shortly after. My husband, excited to see a pistachio flavor, got some in his cup. At the end of pulling the lever, a little extra came out, and in an effort to keep it from spilling down the side, he caught it with his finger and licked it. That's when the older woman practically jumped from behind the counter and shouted, "You can't do that! You can't put your finger on the machine!" My husband calmly explained he didn't touch the machine, just didn't want the yogurt dripping down the cup. She insisted, "But you did touch it, and you need to wear gloves." At that point, we were both completely taken aback. He grabbed the glove, more out of shock than compliance. Then we looked at each other, said "no problem," and placed our cups back. So did our son. We completely understand food safety and hygiene. But from the moment I walked in, it felt like we were an inconvenience. Shouting at customers like we're walking Petri dishes is not how you enforce policies. It honestly felt like she wanted to tell us we were dirty and unwelcome. Needless to say, we will never return when we're in Fairfield. If you're looking for friendly service, clean stations, sample cups, and more topping options, go to Cultive in Vacaville instead. That's exactly where we went after walking out of this place, and we were treated with respect, as always. I'll gladly give them my money. read more

Man, this gave me flashbacks me to 2010 when's the froyo hype was new and real! I hardly ever get froyo anymore but this hit the spot on a 100 degree day. Original tart will always have my heart, it's tangy and sweet! However, the taro flavor had that creaminess the original tart just doesn't have. Topped my cup with cheesecake and mochi bites cause I'm basic like that! This spot offer smoothies and milk teas as well. On Tuesdays they have a special deal on them. The SO tried the Thai tea and it was decent. Not the best but far from the worst. It wasn't overly sweet either. The girl working welcomed us in and then sat on her phone the whole time until we were ready to ring up, so don't come in expecting a whole lot of customer service. The shop always seems super empty even on hot days, but they do keep a variety of flavors operating and a bunch of toppings sitting out. First time at this location and it was an okay experience. There were a few flavors that I have never tried before and asked for a sample cup. The cashier said okay, but didn't give me the cup. Instead she came around the counter and got the sample for me. Idk if it's just me, but it was awkward because I was totally capable of getting the sample myself. I also noticed that there was no option on the froyo machine to mix flavors, which sucked. My bf always gets every flavor so it was a bit time consuming and it took up a lot of space in his cup without that option. When we started to put toppings on we noticed that a lot of the staple toppings were missing or not refilled, for example: chocolate chips, cheesecake, and cookie dough. When we asked if she had anymore she told us that they were out. That was a no hard to believe, but whatever. My daughter was treated to this place a few weeks ago by her auntie and has been hooked on it ever since! I actually don't mind treating her more frequently to this place due to the choices being pretty good and they are very close to our home too! Tonight both my daughter and husband tried their milk tea with boba and LOVED it! My husband was very impressed and said that their boba is the best! That's saying a lot coming from him! I prefer frozen yogurt that is not overly sweet and enjoy the subtleness of some of the flavors. That's whole point of frozen yogurt--a healthier option to fat and sugar-laden/too sweet ice cream! My favorite combination is the chocolate (excellent and rich flavor) and a tart fruit flavor, such as raspberry or pomegranate--a great contrast on the palette. I received a Groupon as a gift for (5) $4 off vouchers. The cashier behind the counter was nice and friendly until I told her I had a Groupon. Since this was a gift (it won't be on my app), I printed it out prior to coming. I handed her the paper and she grabbed the "manager". She said that they don't accept paper versions of the Groupon. Fine. I pulled up the email stating that it was a gift and she still wouldn't honor it. Other than that, the facility was clean. Music was too loud. We live close by so we walk here if we want a frozen yogurt treat. My daughter loves their frozen yogurt and loves to get creative with her yogurt/topping creations. It is very clean inside, but we enjoy eating outside when it's warm. There is plenty of outside seating that is shared between a couple of other places, like Panda and Favelas. We have Always had great customer service and their great topping selections are kept full and clean. We have always gone to the Tutti Frutti at the mall but now prefer to come to this location because they serve boba here too. It's a great one stop shop for us b/c my husband and I can get our milk teas w/ boba and our daughter can create herself a fun frozen treat. There are a few tables inside as well but it is not very big inside. I see a lot of people come in and eat their yogurts while walking outside. We were met by a girl with colorful hair who did not say hi or ask what we wanted, I just said hi & made me & my boyfriend's order. When the same worker returned to give us our drinks, she just handed it to us without saying anything. We said thank you as she walked away. Came here one Saturday night and it was reasonably busy, yet one person working and one trainee so service was very slow. Waited 20 minutes for a smoothie and we were the first ones in the store. The toppings selection is very limited. Lots of fruit, but the cereals were stale. The French vanilla is an odd orange color which is less than pleasing to view.
