Boba Plus had been on the radar for us, finally made a point to stop and it was a lot of hype. Friendly staff, good service but food is so so. The mochidonuts seemed semi-fresh at best but nothing to write home about. There is a few claw machines inside and the decor is pretty...the rest is a good 3 star experience. read more

I like their deco better than their food and drink. It doesn't mean they have bad food. I only had a couple sips of crème brûlée Thai tea with Boba, and it was a delicious cup of drink. Every corner of the store, I found some adorable decoration for photo opportunity. It is almost like a miniature theme part, so much fun. The boba itself was good, but unfortunately, the customer service really took away from the experience. I asked for a box for my friend, and one of the employees responded, "For what?" The interaction came across as unnecessarily rude and honestly left a bad impression. If I'm purchasing food and simply asking for a box to take it with me, I don't think that response was necessary. Unfortunately, the boba wasn't good enough to make up for the attitude. :( read more

My daughter & I were at the mall running some errands when we noticed the Mochidonut & Boba shop. We hadn't been since they opened so we decided to stop in grab something to eat real quick. The staff was super friendly, & helped my indecisive daughter figure out which mochidonut they wanted to try. I got myself a potato Korean corn dog with half cheese & half hotdog. We didnt wait more than 10 minutes before my food was ready, which gave us time to take in the decorations & play a couple rounds on the clawachine. The Korean corn dog was delicious & my daughter loved her donut. We don't live far from here so we'll definitely be coming back to try some of the boba. read more

Boba Plus Mochidonut is an eye catching, appealing place with trendy and cute decorations that radiate a cheerful vibe. It does get quite busy and I'm assuming it's growing in popularity due to its unique atmosphere and appearance. Even the bathroom is adorable. Service is incredible. Workers are so sweet and friendly. After ordering, we enjoyed the drinks so much that I had to order more and they were happy to provide suggestions. The tea is so fresh and refreshing after being in super hot Floridan weather. We tried some yogurt drinks as well and those had great flavor without being too sweet or milky. They have such a unique and versatile menu ranging from K corn dogs, boba drinks, tea, mochidonuts, ice cream, cookies, croissants, and even tanghulu! However, the tanghulu isn't on the menu and you have to ask for it. There is a 30 minute wait for it because it takes time to make, but it comes out so fresh and easy to bite compared to others. We also tried mochi donut balls which came out fresh and hot and they were delicious! They had such a nice mochi texture. This was such a great experience for me and my family with its unique appearance and fresh food and drinks. This was the best boba place i've had in Tampa and I wish I could take this place home with me. In fact, it might be my new favorite boba place. read more

I just stumbled upon this place dropping my hubby off at the movie theater next door... so I walked in with low expectations because some of the local dessert bars in this area can be hit or miss for me. With that being my mindset, let me tell you how pleasantly surprised I was about Boba Plus Mochidonut! I didn't want to go overboard so all I got were two mochi donuts for my family of 3 to try. It came with the cutest little toppings and packaged in a rectangular box. Presentation can go a long way for me- I love bringing home my little crumbl cookies in the pink box so this blue box gave me the same sense of excitement... An extra treat for my treat. The decor is pretty cute and I can see it being a nice hangout spot for some of the younger kids in the area. We didn't stay and took my blue box home to try after dinner. The mochi was light and chewy and the flavors were so delicious and *the biggest Asian complement*: NOT TOO SWEET...Other mochi donut places should take notes cus they got it right. I do think it's best to finish the donuts within the day tho because the texture isn't the same overnight. I believe the flavors do switch out so I hope the others are as good and I can't wait to try some more... my new favorite spot in Largo! read more

What a cute place! Entering this busy strip mall dessert spot you're hit with tons of colorful kawaii characters on the walls and fun decorations that are sure to be a hit with younger crowds. The mochi donuts were amazing, surprisingly not overly sweet even with the flavored topping and the boba tea was well made and came in a really cool and colorful cup. Super cute Boba and Mochi Doughnut place. You can order at a kiosk or at the counter. I ordered the classic milk tea with boba and my husband ordered the Vietnamese coffee with coffee jelly. We wanted to try a mochi donut and ask the girl helping us which flavor was her favorite. She recommended the creme Brule. So that is what we got. The tea and coffee were spot on. Not too sweet sometimes its like drinking straight sugar. The boba was a nice texture not too hard but also not super soft and mushy. We were not sure if we were a fan of the coffee jelly as they were a weird rubbery texture. I would probably skip them next time. The creme brule was so delicious that I wanted another but we had dinner plans...so no second donut. This cute little place will be on our rotation when we come back for our annual family vacation! I went there for a goddamn brownie and next thing you freaking know, I bite into it and half of it is raw. Why should a brownie be good like you could've put that brownie in the oven for like five more minutes and it would've been perfect and honestly, the fact that the guys were working, they were so slow. So my sister and brother in law invited us out for some food after a beautiful day at the beach but we were not hungry and already had a bite. Instead I came out and met them for Boba and I'm glad I did. I ended up ordering a K-Corndog and trying the donuts and it was melt in your mouth good. The food was delicious. This place was ADORABLE!! Not only super cute but the boba tea was amazing!! I got a brown sugar milk tea with tapioca boba and it was delicious. My boyfriend had the same but made with only fresh milk and it was equally as good. The potato half cheese and half hot dog K-Dog was the best I've ever had, super fresh and crispy. This place and the owner are a nightmare. This place has a policy that they never refund money for the purchased product. If you try to complain about this product, the owner will threaten you with the police. I bought a chocolate ice cream smoothie here today that tasted like water with milk. I went for a compromise and chose cheaper brownie ice cream instead, and I got vanilla ice cream. When I pointed out that it was not the ice cream I wanted, the owner said that it was not her problem, but the ice cream manufacturer. And she does not bear any responsibility for the menu in her own place. When I told her to give me another product that this time would be in line with the offer, she threatened me with the police. In the end, I received nothing, I only lost money. The police came, listened to both sides and suggested that I file a civil lawsuit. Which of course is absurd because I'm not going to sue for $7.50. So the owner of this business misappropriated my money and I ended up with nothing. How many cases like this could there have been before? Interesting idea for doing a fraudulent business. You take out a no-refund policy and sell people a poor quality product or the wrong product. And if that customer complains, the owner threatens the police. Maybe I'll start selling water instead of smoothie and if the customer is not satisfied, I'll protect myself with a no-refund policy, and if the customer wants to get the right product, I'll tell them to leave and threaten the police. How can you not have shame, lack class and dignity to treat a customer in such a way, to run a business in such a thieving way. I advise everyone against consuming in this place and I hope that someone from the consumer protection inspectorate will take a closer look at the practices used by this place. Besides, it is enough to read previous opinions. They make a bad or incorrect product and protect themselves with a no-return policy, and then threaten the police to the customer if the customer claims his rights. Tragedy. My response to the business owner's comment : You are a thieving coward who uses the police to protect you fraudulent transactions with customers. Every taxpayer in this country has the right to know how you use the police and the law. I have talked to the Largo police supervisor officer and everything looks different than you are writing nonsense here. You are simply brazenly using the law on being on private property to scam people and block customers you have scammed. The fact that there were 6 police officers is just a coincidence that they were in the area without assignments. Stop lying and making yourself a victim because you are the scammer. I do not need to be in your store because I do not want to be scammed again. Fortunately, you are not the owner of the entire shopping center. This place is always busy. Their drinks are good but a little watered down a few minutes I got home. The donuts are delicious. One constructive criticism I would give is that, I went there two times for drinks and donuts and the whole two times I have to ask for my donuts. It seems like they are too busy making drinks/ frying corn dogs that they tend to forget about the donuts. I find that a little disorganized. I ordered a donut and the candied grapes, the donut tasted like it's been sitting there for a couple days, and the candy grapes taste like they've been made this morning and sitting out all day.
