Cleanliness is a huge issue, I have been here numerous times including the day it opened. I have noticed each time the windows are not cleaned, the bathroom is dirty or missing paper products, the back door exit also has dirt marks. Chili oil/vinegar/soy sauce jars on the tables are sticky. The food is not the issue here, it's the lack of pride keeping the service area clean. Pushing a dirty cart around to serve food is not great either.
