Honestly I have to say this place is so nice and cozy. It's such a cool place to get some boba or refreshing drinks. This place has to be hands down the best place I've ever gotten a strawberry banana smoothie. Oyesh was super kind and professional and super fast with making our drinks! We didn't even have to wait more than 5 minutes. I definitely recommend this place and 100% will be returning.

Idk why there is any one star reviews for this amazing Boba place. First I'd just like to say there is amazing service. The man working there was very nice and made our drinks extremely fast. When I took my first sip I was like "oh yeeeeeeeaaaaah!" If you go here you are making the right choice. This is a great place for an afternoon stay. There is nice seating around the place and the mood is great. I sat at the comfortable couch and played a game. I had an amazing experience!

I dropped in to get some refreshment in 101 degree weather and I see a dude sitting down on the couch using his laptop. I thought the was the only customer, but turns out he is the server. Anyways I pay almost $20 for two large drinks, a strawberry twist and a Thai twist. When I get my order I immediately wonder why they don't have the cream foam swirl/twist pictured on the menu. I ask the server and he says "ya it's a decorative vanilla foam... we just ran out." Uhhh..... I'm thinking uhh no it's not just "decorative," you left out an ingredient, didn't even give me the heads up, and didn't even offer a partial refund. So I get this slushy instead... Awesomeness...

What a cute little place to visit on the way to Zuma beach or after school! I believe that their specialities are fruit teas. They can make them iced or as a smoothie. We got a kiwi fruit tea with kiwi boba and liked it a lot! We also got a brown sugar milk tea.... It was fine. I suggest going with a blended, those looked so good! Next time we will all try a fruit blended!

Poor service. We were passing by Agoura Hills coming back from Pismo Beach. Its 101 degrees and saw a boba place. Quickly looked it up on yelp and yay! the reviews was a 4.6 but it went downhill from there. I ordered Thai Twist and the guy didn't bother to tell me that they ran out of the cream that goes along with the thai twist. Had he shared that information I would have gotten something else. Irritated, annoyed, disappointed.

This place is amazing! A perfect sweet treat on the way to Point Dume. We got the Blue Hawaiin and it was the perfect take on a Pina Colada! Oyesh is the sweetest human ever and I will come back simply to see him again. If your nearby go check them out!

The vibe is cute, lots of comfy areas to sit and windows to enjoy the views outside. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ordered two drinks and they were different but made well, tasty, fresh boba, and balanced in flavor. The size options are limited and price point was a wee bit high for the size but overall would definitely return to try the other items on the menu. And they also had chocolate chip cookies that were delicious

Delicious! If you haven't tried Malibu Boba, or haven't had it in a while -- you should give it a chance. They recently underwent new ownership and the changes are amazing! Their drinks are so much better than they used to be and the new owners are so friendly and helpful. This boba spot is located in a super cute cafe with a very aesthetically pleasing vibe. I just tried this place for the first time after they partnered with too good to be true. They offer 6.99 for $21 worth of goodies. When we claimed it, I got a fruit tea with boba. And an 8oz hot chocolate. It's Basically paying for regular amount for your drink and you get a free small hot chocolate. That is not worth $21. The boba tapioca however was good and was still warm. Very nice people, cute store, mediocre boba and no food. I'm really rooting for this Boba spot to succeed, especially considering the lack of options in Agoura Hills, but there are a couple things to work on. Starting with the drinks which are too sweet. Their 25% sugar milk tea tastes like most other places' 75% sugar. I can barely taste the tea! As for the lack of food: musubi, pastries, popcorn chicken and other snacks would be really nice. I hope this will be added soon. Finally, considering their Hawaiian roots I'd like to see them lean into that more as a differentiator compared to other standard boba places. Both for the menu as well as the branding and ambience. Will give 5 stars once food is added. read more

So disappointing! Guava Green tea with Lychee jelly - resembled green tea and resembled guava but didn't quite hit the mark. It almost tasted soapy. The lychee jelly doesn't taste like lychee at all. The Dirty Classic was actually gross, something was not mixed in correctly and it felt like mucus like substance coming through the straw. The brown sugar was odd tasting. We threw out our drinks. Super hot day and came by with kids after school on Monday, August 25th at 3:15. Sign said and website say open, but no one was inside. I figured whoever is on shift was using the restroom or something, so we waited. Half an hour later, no one has arrived. Called, and no one answered. I've ordered Boba twice now. The first time, my Boba drink came without boba. Why? It should be an automatic ingredient for a Boba drink. I should have to uncheck the boba box if I want to customize my Boba drink. I was disappointed because I love Boba drinks. My daughter and I just went to Malibu Boba. The guy behind the counter (sorry I forgot to ask your name) was amazing! He was so nice and accommodating and suggested the most yummiest mango peach green tea with strawberry boba I have ever had! My daughter had a Lavender Macha and that was super delicious too. It's also the cutest space, I loved the vibe. We will be going back a lot and we both highly recommend! read more

The coconut strawberry shake was super refreshing, especially on a hot day, and they use real strawberries instead of a premade syrup. The boba was a bit too chewy for my liking. But I like that it didn't add any extra sweetness since other places will soak their boba in syrup or honey, which can make the drink sweeter than expected. There's plenty of parking available in the plaza. Overall, we enjoyed our drinks and will be back!
