First time at this boba location on Monday around 3:30pm, the service was amazing. The employee behind the counter was really sweet and patient when my partner and I were ordering. We ended up getting a peach and raspberry slush which I was worried about due to sweetness but it was just the perfect amount. Plus the slush wasn't just crushed ice it was actually soft like slush, which most boba places suck at it!!!! Boba was cooked to perfection. The location inside is very cozy and cutely decorated. Didn't get a picture of the boba drink since we finished it before I remembered to take a photo! lol

Owner was nice and sweet. Very quiet store. Lots of tables to hang out or to study. Would definitely return again

I wanted to try a new boba shop and came across this one. I'm sorry, but the prices are not reasonable for the size of drink that you get. It was almost $6 with taxes to buy a regular milk tea with boba. Check out the picture of the size of cup for a regular, it's so small. It felt like a scam. On top of that, the cup was filled with ice.

Milk Tea with Mini Boba and Taro Milk Tea Slush

When in need of boba, while there may be lots of options in the area, this is one of the better ones. It's family run and they have a decent sized menu and a little bit of seating area. I got to try the Taro Milk Tea Slush and the Milk Tea with mini boba here. They were both decent and hit the spot with the good creamy texture. It didn't taste watered down. The interior is a little bit clustered but either way I'd say a solid 3-3.5 stars around the industry average or maybe just slightly above. It's air conditioned inside and you have lots of nice slush drinks to choose from as well.

Cute little boba shop. Came here for the first time and I'll definitely be returning for that avocado smoothie, ridiculously delicious. Aside from the drinks being great, the service was good. The lady at the front was pleasant, sweet.

This Avocado smoothie is delicious! I'm not a fan of super sweet boba drinks and this was the perfect amount of sweetness with soft chewy boba! Super happy they have a milk alternative so that's a bonus. Their service is super friendly and fast. The best part was the anime art all over the wall. Will definitely come back with there reasonable priced boba drinks and variety of drinks!

I'm so sad to give this place this rating but I truly just had the worst milk tea of my life. It smelled like expired milk and tasted like expired milk. It was inedible and I was so embarrassed buying it for a friend as a little surprise drink only for it to taste like s***. I also ordered a rose milk tea and they gave me just rose tea. I loveeeee Boba Star for many reasons. Everytime I go the workers are very friendly and they try their best to please the costumers. They go out of their way to make your drink just the way you want it! I love this place and the workers!! Their drinks are extremely delicious, the boba is always soft and freshly made, and they have stamp cards!! This location also has almond milk if you prefer a milk alternative! Tiger Milk- GET THIS DRINK I ALWAYS get the Tiger milk because it NEVER disappoints!! Their tiger milk is different than other tiger milk drinks I have had in the past and I always order tiger milk when I get boba. It is the best treat because it is sweet and delicious! I wish they had oat milk but I ordered it with almond milk and it was just as good as when I order it with whole milk! 11/10 yum! Original Milk Tea- My brother ordered the og milk tea and he really enjoyed it. I got a coffee frappe, with coffee jelly today and it was so delicious! My husband also got the strawberry and cream delight (made with real strawberries) and loved it! We each got a creme brulee macaron, I got a lemon yuzu, and he got matcha. Each one was more tasty than last. We just moved to the area and had only been here a couple times, over two years. Called for take out over the phone and it only took a few minutes to get it once I arrived to pick up. The inside was really clean and well light. The boba is soft and cooked well, it's GOOD boba for the price. The flavor in the slushies and frappes that we got were spot on! Not only that but the sizes were pretty reasonable. The older Asian lady there is rude! My daughter went there today and when ordering She changed her mind on her boba drink. The lady ended up making her the wrong boba drink. When my daughter went back to tell the lady that she gave her the wrong drink. The lady blatantly told my ten year old that "everyone is doing what she is doing and that they are losing money." Let me repeat, she was whining and scolding my ten year old about their inability to get an order correct. They seem to be the common denominator, not the patrons. Im not sure if there's a language barrier on their end, but I think all parents can agree that this comment was extremely inappropriate to say to a 10 year old child. When my daughter and my dad were leaving they kept staring and her shaking their heads. This is ridiculous behavior for lack of better words! My daughter got an award at school and boba was her reward. Nice way to ruin what should have been a rewarding experience for my daughter. Their trashy behavior ruined it for her and in the end she didn't even want to drink her boba. In Conclusion, no one forced this bitter lady to replace my daughters drink due to her inability to get the order correct. She could have said no instead of belittling my child. I'd give them zero stars but 1 is the lowest option. read more

Customer service is the worst. I NEVER IN MY LIFE have gotten MILK TEA. They made it wrong an said I kept saying I wanted milk tea. After going back an forth of them arguing with me , they say they can only make me a mini tea because they don't have enough boba to remake my drinks. I get things happen, things run out you gotta make more, but they just were trying to get me to drink some drink I didn't ask for cus they wana be right..if she's the manager, learn to smile a bit ..I'd understand if I was rude from the gecko but I went there with a good attitude. It turned ugly after dealing with her. I've never in my life asked for a milk tea period. They tried saying I kept saying it , when idiots wouldn't listen I would say "I didn't ask!! For black milk tea" They have such an ugly personality. They couldn't give me change for my bill an I just said nicely I'll take quarters if I have to it's okay? and just smiled just trying to help I guess and they just ignored me. Just worst place to go. I'd rather drive all the way to riverside to the place I always went to. Worst mistake ever. read more

I chose a simple Americano because I was pressed for time, and even that took far too long. To top it off, they had no cup sleeves available, and the cup was uncomfortably hot to hold. Between the wait, the staffing, and the lack of basic supplies, this was a disappointing first experience.

It took less than 3 minutes to have it in hand. Peanut butter. Chocolate. Coffee. All three flavors were there although the peanut butter was more prevalent. With whipped cream on top it was more like a shake than coffee. I quite enjoyed it. While the wait time is a gamble as you may get stuck behind the person ordering for half the neighborhood, I'm willing to take the gamble next time I'm in the area because what they make is delicious.

It had the same dense and dry sponge cake and was nothing like traditional tiramisu. I was really embarrassed and we couldn't finish it. I don't write these reviews lightly but I was extremely disappointed, will not return, and will not recommend.

my family and i visited in for the first time on Thursday night. the workers were very helpful to me and my family. they even accommodated me when i changed my drink last minute. the two girls and the male looked eager and happy to be working. it was very refreshing to see and they helped create a good atmosphere when visiting this boba shop. my wife loved her taro slush and my children loved their drinks. great staff, nice place, will return again read more

I am not a huge fan of fruit in drinks and such, but I tasted it so I could leave it here that it's good. My daughter got Faraday Rocher and also loved that. I didn't try it, but she approved of the chocolate goodness and she normally doesn't finish a whole coffee drink. She finished this one though. I like all the different options you have for drinks and sodas as well. There's a cool little wall with 3 ordering tablets and there is the Voltage100 app. I highly recommend that you place your order before arriving and kindly give the staff the opportunity to make your drink and continue to figure out the efficiency, since it is after all a brand new spot still getting on its feet.
