First time here. Ordered 3 Thai teas with boba today. One for me and two for coworkers who's never had it. I started to drink it and it was sour. The worst Thai tea I have ever had in the last 20+ years I've been drinking Thai tea and I'm not going to give these to my coworkers. The flavor of the yogurt was great, but as I was eating it I realized I kept coming across what I could assume to be 'plastic' pieces, I'm not sure what it was but when I was eating the chocolate yogurt I kept getting those hard pieces, and then with the Dulce de leche flavor I got clear pieces of plastic as well. I hate to leave this review because the lady working seemed so nice but, I couldn't even enjoy my yogurt without every other bite having a bit of plastic in it. read more

Genuinely one of the best boba places I've ever been to! I absolutely LOVED the peach milk tea with black boba and rainbow jelly here the first time I went! Both employees that I've met (I believe one of them was the owner) were absolutely lovely people, super kind and easy to talk to! I'm currently having the coffee milk tea and I mean no exaggeration when I say that the coffee milk tea with black boba is one of the BEST coffee drinks I've EVER had- and I've been through Portland! This place has been redone (used to be Major Brain Freeze) and it looks great. Nice, new and clean. They still serve the yummy frozen yogurts, gelato and sorbets...but now they also have shaved ice and BOBA tea! Frozen Dessert: Lots of flavors to choose from. They have less dry toppings than before, but that is good because it was kinda overwhelming having to choose from so many. They also now have a larger selection of fresh toppings, boba and jellies. Shaved Ice: Did not try yet.....will update later Boba Tea Yummerz! They have a good selection of flavors, but we tried the hazelnut, okinawa, and regular milk tea. All three were fabulous! Add star or rainbow jelly - also Yummy!! They offer some appetizers and food, but that is for another day to try. New owners...nice job. Keep up the friendly and clean atmosphere. read more

I had a friend who previously worked there and said it was very unsanitary! They store spoiled yogurt in the fridge for weeks at a time for unknown reasons and only clean the machines to change the flavors (which is about once a month). Also heard that they share most of their supplies with the Waba grill next door so considering that the restaurant needs more, they very often ran out of cleaning supplies. The way the female supervisor would talk to and treat her employees was very unacceptable, so personally I don't have any desire to support a business that treats these young students with no dignity or respect. read more

The inside is dirty and the way the powders are arranged in bins with the scoops just doesn't look very clean. The coffee milk tea tasted very artificial and looked to be made from a weird instant coffee. It was way too sweet even though I asked for less sugar. Extremely expensive for what it is. Not fresh, few flavors, poorly maintained and not clean. For two kids and an adult, we got three cups of frozen yogurt with minimal toppings for nearly 18 dollars!!! There were only about 5 or six options for flavors of frozen yogurt, and those that were operational were leaky and messy. I didn't want to disappoint the kids so we got a little bit of yogurt and wanted to focus on toppings. The toppings were messy, there were not tongs or scoops available for some of the options, the assumption is to use your hands to pick out a cookie or a wafer? One of the toppings (raspberry gummy candies) was clearly old!! They were rock hard and well past the expiration date. This is clearly a family run business, a man was walking in and out with a gallon of milk from the store (for boba?) and the family seems nice enough but I will NOT be returning and I'm sure the kids will tell everyone they know that there are better sweet treats anywhere else. Stopped at this spot on the way home from Big Bear. I got a Wintermelon Butterfly Tea which was beautiful to look at with the three layered colors but also delicious. My husband got the Okinawa Milk Tea which he liked because it was nice and sweet. My daughter was excited to get horchata frozen yogurt with popping boba and mochi toppings. Bonus points: - They serve Ding Tea! - Nice selection of frozen yogurts - she gave me a disposable glove to use the self service for samples and for the yogurt. The owner is very nice! Wow. I'm here at this yogurt shop with my 2 year old, it's 4pm and there is two young people most likely employees sitting inside eating yogurt with all the lights off an door closed. We knocked and they just looked at us. I turn to walk away and my kid is now crying and losing it. I can't understand why there are employees sitting there with no explanation why the store is locked up and closed during opening hours. Why are they sitting there enjoying fro yo while there are people outside trying to get in. I'm not the only one who came up and knocked. Who in the world is managing this shop?? This place is AWFUL. First, we had to wait 10 minutes with a "be back at 7:35" sign was stuck in the window during open business hours. So filthy. No paper towels or seat covers in the bathroom. You can tell the yogurt machines have not been torn down and cleaned in who knows how long. The butterfinger and snickers toppings were all melted into a brick. The brownie toppings were stale. Oreo toppings stale. Basically, if it was supposed to be crunchy, it was soft. If it was supposed to be soft, it was crunchy. Do not come here. Since this owner took over from Brain Freeze, it's definitely turned to crap. Tables are sticky. Just nothing is clean. Money completely wasted. I took 3 bites and threw the rest out. Next time I'll listen to my gut and go to Baskin Robbins. read more

A group of 7 of us stopped in and ordered various teas and a smoothy here and while the purple butterfly boba tea was ok, the milk teas tasted chalky to everyone and the "mango"smoothy contained no fruit. The yogurt selection was bleak with 4 different flavor choices but only 3 working and the yogurt topping selections did not include fresh fruit options if that is something you care about. I've been here twice. The first time, the boba was too mushy, but also had some pieces that were hard in the middle. I decided to give it another chance, and the second time, the boba was just the same! The tea itself was good. We went there and it smelled like cleaning supplies and there was plastic wrap in the yogurt my mom got. The CANNED pineapple was rotten. The tart yogurt was NOT tart. The strawberry yogurt tasted like chapstick. When we went to tell the lady that the pineapple tasted bad she was rude and kinda snappy saying they didn't have any pineapple.
