My favorite place to get drinks! They have OG drinks but I love that they also make seasonal and trendy ones! For example the banana cloud matcha! So many options i want to try them all. I love coming here because it's not like one of those overpriced places that have no taste

My boyfriend and I were in the area and decided to check this place out. It was good! Parking lot was decent and inside is nice and cozy. The staff is nice and helpful. They have specials on Mondays and we were lucky to have gone on that day. We were afraid the tea would be watered down since it was so big but it was just right! I recommend trying this place if you are in the area!

Having been to my fair share of boba spots in and around OC and LA Counties, I've been exposed to the gamut of varieties of bubble tea. I was pleasantly surprised by this spot because I didn't know what to expect. I definitely think it's great that they give you a free topping for checking in. That said, I had the Strawberry Fields, which was green tea mixed with strawberries. The drink was refreshing and pretty tasty. Although it didn't blow me away, it was pretty solid. The boba was okay. Not quite as good as I wanted, but definitely serviceable. If you want boba in a pinch, you can't go wrong with this spot!

I was in the area and wanted tea. I found this on Yelp. Be sure to check in because your get one free topping! This place is in an older strip mall. There's some indoor seating. The service was good. They were fast and efficient. I got the mango tea with 25% ice and my free topping was the salted caramel cream. I felt there was more ice than I asked for but it was close. The cream was OK but I couldn't taste the salted caramel. I'm glad I gave it a try!

Great location, parking is easy peasy. The staff is what looks like happy high schoolers / college kids that are very friendly and helpful. The menu has something for everyone. We ordered a strawberry banana smoothie & a salted caramel shake. Both are delicious! They also have the option for non dairy substitutes - love!

Finally made it back here and I will say they redeemed themselves! I got a milk tea with boba and Aloe vera, it was the perfect sweetness.

I love how much of a variety the menus offers. Im usually a taro gal but this time I opted for a yogurt based drink. I had a small strawberry yogurt drink with boba at 50% sweetness. It was very refreshing and I think it would be pretty yummy if it was blended too! The boba was not too shabby but I enjoyed the drink much more. I really liked that they added bits of fresh strawberries in the mix. The service was super quick even though it was the lunchtime hour, which is a plus! I haven't been to this location in over 6 years but the quality is just as I remembered.

    Is there free Wi-Fi here?

    They do have WiFi!

Anyone know if they've updated their health practices/violations?

In the Help description it states they are an A now.

This place has had a Grade B for over six months now. What's going on? Used to be my favorite boba place...

Our owner did not get our B fixed, because the cost was too great. Our annual inspection is coming up though this fall! We have updated all of our practices and knowledge for employees since our inspection. Let me know if you have any questions!

    Do they have avocado smoothies?

    Yes!

    Do they sell giftcards?

Yes they do! They sell gift cards in increments of $4.

    Do they use lactose-free milk?

    They offer non dairy creamer

Do they make green tea with honey and boba?

Yes! The Honey Green Tea with honey boba is one of my go-tos. It's delicious!!!

Will we be seeing any new drinks from this store anytime soon? LOL But I don't mind just getting the Sea Salt Caramel Milk Tea, I love it!!

From what I was talking with the owner, he wanted to keep the menu simple (they didn't even have lychee) so if it wasn't on the menu, I'm not sure, but I think best way to push for new drinks and ideas is to talk to the manager with your suggestions… Read more

The inside has a really cozy and aesthetic vibe, and one thing I thought was super cool is that you can actually sit and draw, then put your artwork up in the shop. It gives the place a really creative and community feel that makes it stand out from other tea spots. The worker was super nice and helpful, especially since I was being really indecisive about what to get. They took their time to explain things and helped me decide without making it feel rushed at all. I got the matcha latte, and I absolutely loved it. It was smooth, well balanced, and just really comforting without being too heavy or overly sweet. I also tried a few drinks off my friends' orders, like the Assam + Oat and the Barley + Sea Cream. The Assam + Oat had a really deep, bold tea flavor that paired nicely with the creamy oat milk, making it smooth but still strong. The Barley + Sea Cream was more unique, with a light roasted, nutty taste from the barley and a rich, slightly salty cream top that made it really interesting and different in a good way. It's a really cozy spot that highlights the tea experience in a simple but thoughtful way, and I'd definitely come back.

Hoji shared the same parking lot with a coffee shop we're familiar with! On a Sunday afternoon, there was plenty of parking. When you walk up to the store, there isn't a sign on the outside. Before walking in, there's also a posted sign that says only 10 people at a time. We counted about 6 people, and proceeded to walk in. The decor is timeless and vintage. Super cool to look at and enjoy. We turned around and there was the cashier. It definitely is a small as can be. We took a bit of time looking at the menu and then deciding our drinks. We were a bit indecisive, but settled on their Rose Salted Cream and their Hojicha Black Sesame. The cashier was a bit interesting and didn't bother to help us or explain anything. He had us repeat our order a few times out of inattentiveness. It wasn't loud in there, but he definitely wasn't listening. Immediately after our order, he goes on his phone. Another worker had finished making a drink for a customer, and had to nudge the cashier to let him know the drink was ready. Even then, he wasn't on alert about it and made a face at the customer who stood up to grab the drink. Our drinks came out fairly quickly. We took our photos and left to sit in the car. It was quite small and stuffy in there. Our drinks were delightful! You can definitely taste the hojicha. The black sesame didn't overpower the drink, as for the rose salted cream, it was flowery enough. The boba itself was definitely handmade and perfectly chewy. I can understand why this store's drinks are a favorite. I deducted a star because of the service and attitude. We walked out the door saying goodbye, and even then, they didn't seem to care. The customer service here is lacking, but at least the drinks are decent. I might wait to see if any changes are made to their workers before coming back to try again.

My only issue is that there was barely any actual drink. It was only filled like 60% of the way and then a ton of foam on top. So by the time you put the boba in there's literally just a bit of actual drink. For $9 I honestly would expect something more. Might I suggest less foam or a slightly larger cup to accommodate foam. Although it was delicious it did feel off due to price and amount of drink given. Def needs less foam and more drink. As far as customer service the lady who made my drink did have a nice polite smile. The young girl who took my order wasn't the most friendly. Answered questions with a lack of confidence/unsure. A warm greeting/smile goes a long way. She didn't do anything wrong, just a perspective from a customer as I'm sure the company is always searching for way to improve. Their signature drinks, matcha series, Tsoko latte series, milk teas, iced teas, and coffees are handcrafted with care and creativity. We still sat in front of TUSL. I ordered at the TC counter. Young lady behind the counter didn't show much expression except to take my order. Got Butterfly Pea Flower with peach flavor for my eldest daughter, House Brown Sugar Boba for my youngest daughter, and Halo-Halo for moi. We got our drinks quite swiftly. Both my daughters enjoyed their drinks, however, we were disappointed that about 2 inches of liquids were taken off from the top of their drinks just because we asked for no ice. It's a bummer when shops do that. As for my Halo-Halo, it was just okay. I felt it lacked sweetness and it was small for a $10+ drink. Probably won't order it again. Didn't get a bang for my buck. Anyway, if you're a drink enthusiast who desires delightful experiences, Tsoko Cafe may be the place for you. Come seek and celebrate with a refreshing drink. We'll return to try some of their other specialty drinks that may give more value for my money. Btw, NO CASH PAYMENT ACCEPTED! Note: Park for free at 101 W Stuart Ave. Very short walk to the market. Train tracks are between parking and market. Cross with care.
