As I asked questions about menu items, the employee appeared visibly annoyed, repeatedly rolling her eyes, shaking her head, and giggling while I was speaking. Her behavior made me feel as though my questions were an inconvenience. After taking our order, she began slamming doors, equipment, and machines while preparing our items. Her actions and demeanor made it seem as though she was angry that we were there. When our order was ready, she placed the items on the counter and walked away without saying anything. I had to ask if the order was ours because there was no communication from her. When I politely asked for her name, she responded, "Bye, I don't have to give you my name," and walked away. I found this response unprofessional and disrespectful. The entire interaction left both my daughter and me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. I have visited Jamba Juice many times in the past, but this experience was unlike any I have had before. I hope this matter is addressed so that future customers are treated with the courtesy, professionalism, and respect they deserve.

Inside is all reclaimed wood and cozy tables, people working on laptops, the coolest Redlands City Limits sign, kids flipping through board games and books in the corner, soft chatter, good energy. Pro tip: get in line as soon as you get there because it fills up fast and the line can absolutely go out the door. I had the chai latte (so good), a cheese danish (dangerous), and an Everlasting Ferments kombucha...the Habanero Ginger is a sleeper hit.
