When you walk in, the ordering setup is pretty modern. There are two giant touchscreens where most people place their orders, and there's also a handwritten note letting you know that pearls = boba . It looks like you can order at the counter as well, but there was a sign noting that the counter is cash only, so most people seem to use the kiosks. There's a decent amount of seating with both indoor tables and a few outdoor spots if you want to hang out for a bit. Our go-to here is the peach iced tea, which is super refreshing. My husband usually orders his with honey jelly, and I love the peach green tea with mango popping boba--it's delicious. If the place is busy, there can be a little bit of a wait, but the line moves pretty quickly and drinks usually come out fast.

Storefront is pretty small, more for a grab and go although there's some chairs/benches for people to sit and wait. They have a very cute interior atmosphere. And they also have weekly baked goods that they sell in their refrigerator. I was debating between getting 1-2 drinks, but I had already had my quota for the week (!) so I opted for just one. Now I regret not getting two, haha. I ordered the assam salted cream $6.50 for their larger 24 oz with their handmade boba for an additional $0.75. My friend went with the hojicha salted cream. Was able to adjust sugar level but unable to adjust ice - and I did feel like they packed a lot of ice into my drink. But the flavor was on point and I loved the chewiness of their housemade boba. The tea was still slightly sweeter than I would have liked at 50% sweetness - but the cream on top, getting a sip with all the components was pretty amazing. And made my drive home that much more bearable. Saw somebody walk out of the shop after I had ordered with 4 thai tea salted creams ... was sad that I didn't get one for myself. But that gives me a reason to come back! They also have oat milk teas, brewed teas, whisked teas, and limited menu teas. tl;dr - solid tea place in Redlands. At that price, it is almost too hard to pass up. The store was busy, but they are so quick and efficient in making drinks that there isn't much of a wait. The store was decorated with Christmas spirit and a 7 foot Christmas tree. I was assisted by both Evan and Vicky who were very friendly. My 4-year old watched Evan intently as he took care in making his Vanilla Oreo Shake. Thankfully my son was feeling generous and shared his shake, that was generously topped with Oreo cookies and whipped cream. Not really sure as the tea flavor isn't very strong (I prefer stronger teas, so it's just a personal opinion). The boba is good (good texture). Flavor wise it has a weird artificial taste, I can't really put my finger on it, maybe it's the sweetener or something. Overall, not too bad but not the best. Small strip mall with parking in front…read more I read a recent review that said these donuts are vegan. I haven't found any vegan donuts in the area so I went and got a variety of donuts. They had the classic finds but I did get one with fruity pebbles on it (not of the classic variety).. Not sure if there's more outside of the classic variety but that's what they had at the time. This is my donuts spot now. I don't know of any other vegan donuts so I'm grateful for you, Jenny's Donuts.
