Lowkey took this Sunright location into consideration when moving here. Coming from a bigger city with a diverse boba selection, moving to the inland empire was a bit of an adjustment. This Sunright is my weekly pick me up. Through sick days and bad weeks or weather, I can always count on my strawberry yakult drink. I love the fruit drinks here but when I'm feeling like something extra sweet, I sometimes get the frosties or the matchas. The addition of aloe to the topping menu made my boba days 130384x better. Even though we regularly frequented a Sunright location back home, this location actually feels like a local establishment. They know my partner's name and chat with him (when it isn't too busy) and have helped him through several online ordering issues. He's gotten to know way more of the bobaristas here than back home. The inside is a standard Sunright. This chain is very much grab n go style, often in quite small business locations. They decorate sometimes for the collab events, it's cute! Even though it's small it luckily gets to participate in most of the Sunright collabs (except that one bread collab). read more

You order at a kiosk, so the millenial in me startled a boomer when I asked him for a drink recommendation. Forgot what he said now, but I ended up getting a peach jasmine 75% sweet with aloe and a mango jasmine 100% sweet (apparently 100% is recommended). 75% sweet was perfect for me (usually go for a 50-70% at typical boba shops), and it hit the spot on that hot day. So happy we found a Sunright Tea Studio while we were visiting the Loma Linda area. We were hot, tired and needed a pick me up. Located in a shopping area with plenty of parking, we were able to go right in and order at the kiosk. We got the grapefruit oolong tea, sunright fruit tea and matcha oolong. We were able to customize sweetness level and toppings. The staff made our drinks perfectly. The store is clean but on the smaller side with no seating area. I usually really like Sunright, so when I heard one had opened in San Bernardino, I was excited to check it out. However, my experience wasn't the best. One of my favorite things about Sunright is their self-service kiosks, which make it easy to visualize what you want and adjust your drink accordingly. When I arrived, there was a group of people waiting for their drinks and no one in line for the kiosk, so I quickly placed my order and waited to the side. There were no seats available, so I had to awkwardly stand by the walls. After a few minutes, the group left and another two customers walked in to wait for their drinks. They received their drinks within a reasonable time, and I was still waiting. After about 10 minutes of standing there, the staff finally started working on my drink. They didn't acknowledge me or look at me when they finished preparing it. I quickly thanked the guy and left, but when I got to my car, I realized my drink was missing the topping and wasn't even filled to the top. The choice to use technology is very user friendly and allows individuals to stand in line and only wait for their boba because the line goes by pretty quickly. In this quiet and relaxing space, there are chairs available outside of the store to sit and relax with your boba. The workers work very fast to create your boba and the wait time is very short. I was impressed at how fast they had the boba ready with the amount of incoming orders as well as online orders that were piling in. First time here tonight for a quick overnight stay in the area at a hotel across the street. I was pleasantly surprised to find a boba tea place so close by and had to check it out. This is located in a very small strip mall with a row of parking spots out in front. Upon entering, you step into a small space where to the right you will find two ordering kiosks and straight ahead you will find the drink preparation and front counter where you pick up your drink orders. While other Yelp reviewers complain about the lack of an actual cashier to take orders, I found the ordering process quite simple. I was lucky that I arrived when there were no other customers in the store. Just 30 minutes ago when I passed by, it was filled in the inside with customers and more flowing out after picking up their orders. The staff was more than willing to take time and answer my questions while in the middle of their drink preparations. I found them to be very friendly and approachable. The ordering kiosk is moderately user-friendly. It wasn't apparent to me that iced milk tea drinks would be found under a different menu category as hot milk tea drinks. I ended up ordering an oolong coffee milk tea drink with added brown sugar boba. Like other reviewers, I do find that their prices are a tad bit higher than other boba places. However, given that my understanding there are few boba places nearby, I can understand how they have the liberty to mark prices slightly higher. I've never had an oolong coffee milk tea drink. It was okay. So I can't really judge the relative taste and quality as compared to other boba places. I do look forward to trying out my usual oolong and Jasmine green milk teas in the future. read more

Inland Empire is lacking compared to LA but thank goodness Sunright decided to set up shop nearby. It's a solid boba fix and convenient. That's the sweet and simple summary. Now as for what's good? Any milk drink or fruit drink will serve you well, it's just a matter of preference or whatever you're craving that day. And I always crave something different each time I go. Sunright is a good boba shop, with a lot of options which I like. They also give you options to choose your ice and sweetness levels, which is always a plus! The kiosks are to the right when you enter, and the drinks are made in a timely manner. This location is pretty new, as they just had their grand opening last month. There's a strip of parking outside, and their prices are average. I didn't interact with the staff much, but they did greet me when I walked in, and the girl gave me anime stickers with my purchase, which was nice. I stopped by Sunright because it's one of coworker's favorite spot and I was in the area at Costco and decided to stop by since I love grabbing our drinks here. The self-pay kiosk and contactless payment are super convenient, and the space itself is calm and introvert-friendly. No complaints there. But this visit just didn't go well. I got the Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso Boba, and on my drive back to the office I noticed it was way too milky. I was hoping for that bold espresso flavor, but it came off more like a sweet milk tea with barely any coffee. Not what I expected. To make it worse, I brought my coworker his usual iced Mango Black Tea, and it was completely off. He said it tasted like Tamarindo which is not even close to mango and ended up tossing it. Sunright Tea Studio has quickly become my personal favorite place to get tea in the area. I have ordered through Doordash multiple times from this store and have never had a bad experience, they have always sent the correct order within a reasonable amount of time. If you are picking up your order, instead of using 3rd party delivery services, the store is located conveniently across the street from Sam's Club with plenty of parking. I suggest placing an order beforehand, so that it will be ready when you arrive. If not, it can get pretty busy and you may have to wait 10-15 minutes for your order. The tea is full-bodied, fresh and smooth. I love that they use fresh fruit purées in their drinks. My favorite is the Lemon Jasmine Tea, 100% sweetness, less ice, and with honey switched out for the cane sugar. I also like that oatmilk and almond milk can be substituted on any of the milk teas. So far I have had the Sunright Boba Milk Tea, 8/10; the Coffee Oolong Milk Tea, 10/10; the Lemon Jasmine Tea, 10/10; and the Thai Milk Tea, 9/10. My son said the Sunright Fruit Tea was also really good, but had too many slices of fruit which knocked it down a point, 9/10. Sidenote: he's really picky about his drinks and this time I heard him slurping through the straw trying to get every last drop. That right there tells me he loved it, extra fruit slices or not. I'm not a big fan of boba, but the brown sugar boba was tasty. It was perfectly soft and chewy and still quite warm when received. I'd like to try some of the other flavors, such as the Mango Jasmine Tea, any of the Frostie and Yakult flavors, and especially the Chocolate Latte. With the summer season approaching, I'm sure I will be buying teas from here on an almost daily basis. I need a tea fund, because the drinks are priced a bit high at about $7-$8 per drink, but it's so worth it. read more

I've tried a lot of milk tea spots since moving to the area but this place really stands out as my favorite. My drinks are always consistent and the hot boba makes them even better. Even when there are large group orders or multiple people waiting inside already, my orders always come back in a timely manner. One thing that I really appreciate about this location is the staff. Every time I stop by, the baristas say hi and remember me by name. They've always been extremely patient and helpful whenever I had questions about drinks or issues ordering through the kiosk or Toast app. My interactions with the regular staff are always pleasant and they've become another enjoyable part of my experience with Sunright. Ordered here twice and the drinks are flavorful! As far as I know they only have 2 sizes. Large and kid size. What's great is you can customize your drink. There is also a self ordering kiosk. And FYI they do not take cash. Oh and when ordering through the kiosk there are more flavors to choose from than what they have on their website. I would recommend this place.
