Generous portion! Lots of protein. Service was kind and friendly. Food came out quick! We also enjoyed the shrimp spring roll! The environment is calm and friendly.

This restaurant is known for their Pho..But today, I went for the shrimp fried rice. I must say, the fried rice was delicious. I look forward to trying a more complex dish next time.

Good environment, but food is disappointing. Not for those seeking authentic Asian cuisine.

Will never ever go back here. Staff kinda sucked. Server brought out the appetizers before the 6th person even got a glass of water. He also brought all of our main entrees and we were halfway done with eating before he brought out 2/3 of the drinks we ordered. He forgot the third one so we just said don't worry about it because we were already mostly done eating. We had a group of 6. They wouldn't let us split the bill individually. They said they can only do 4 checks per table. We ended up splitting the bill only 4 ways AND they still added over a 20% gratuity AFTER THE BILL WAS SPLIT UP!!! They definitely do not deserve that much of a tip. I honestly wouldn't even leave them 15% based off of my experience. First time trying Thai food. -Chicken Pad Thai 5/10. The chicken was cooked well. There's something in the Thai sauce that I don't like. It's not too terrible, I can eat it, but only like 5 bites and then I'm annoyed with the flavor. I only ate about 1/4 of my meal and I left the restaurant still starving because I didn't want to eat it anymore due to the flavor. Maybe it was the peanut sauce/flavor? Not sure. I also don't think there was any egg in my dish and I know that was supposed to be in there. The dumplings and egg roll appetizers looked good but I didn't actually try them. -Peach boba tea didn't even taste like peach. -Thai tea with tapioca balls: the tea was very chalky and they didn't have tapioca balls either, so we got it with no balls. These two drinks above are the ones that were brought out more than halfway through our meal. They forgot the third one. People kept walking in and ordering drinks to go. The staff made all of the walk in orders before even making our drinks. Maybe if they made them right away after taking our order, they would have had enough tapioca balls left for my friends drink. We also ordered Crème brûlée but apparently they don't actually have that anymore, even though it's on the menu.

Great boba and good Pad Thai. Would definitely recommend and return. The only downside is the above-average meal prices.

Come and try this, quick, before your life is OVER It's cuter than Elmo, Big Bird and GROVER It's cuter than my fake tan that gave me MELANOMA The only Tea Cafe I wanna go to is BOBA They're gonna be so popular from Maine to MANITOBA They're gonna be bigger in El Mexico than CORONA They're gonna make you quit High School with no DIPLOMA The only Tea Cafe I wanna go to is BOBA I wanna witness this, cause it's religious, like JEHOVAH It'll make you even fatter than Pepsi or Coca COLA Give you speech impediments it will much worse than YODA The only Tea Cafe I wanna go to is BOBA Not to be confused with the BOLO Tea Cafe (for cops), the Boca Tea Cafe (an Argentinian Soccer Bar), the Bobo Tea Cafe (a U2 bar), or the Boner Tea Cafe (my bedroom). BTC has exceptional service and is a brand new Vietnamese place with a whole range of different bubble tea options of all types. The friendliness and warmth was definitely the strong point, as well as plenty of space and nice decor. I didn't love the milk tea but it wasn't awful. The tapioca wasn't great - probably because it was the end of the day. I don't want to judge this place too harshly because we don't have a lot of boba in this area and I did come in fairly close to closing time. I'll come back when it's early in the day and try the Vietnamese coffee and perhaps the sandwich because I love those types of sandwiches. And I have to say that the decor and the service are absolute five star quality and this guy was probably friendlier than almost anyone I met in the entire four days and 150 stops that I made in Canada. Not to be confused with Bob Tea Cafe, which is owned by Bob. And not to be confused with Blob Tea Cafe, which has a lot of round-shaped people going there.

I was feeling like a light lunch today and needed something soothing. This was the perfect choice! Although it is simple, it did not disappoint! The broth was delicious and the vegetables were extremely fresh and not wilted tasting. I will definitely be back again to try other things.

Lavender green tea slush with honey bursting boba
    Aly W.

I've been hesitant to try Boba Tea because tapioca pearls do not appeal, but when I saw this place had honey bursting boba, I had to give it a try. I ordered a lavender green tea slush with honey bursting boba because I thought the flavors would compliment each other well, and I was right. The only thing I didn't like was the "bubble" containing the honey but I don't think you're supposed to dwell on the texture like I did, and I'm pretty sure it's standard with Boba Tea. Just a head's up for anyone who hasn't tried it before. Service was great. The space is clean and beautiful. I will definitely be back to try more flavors, and try the food.

Heard there was a new bubble tea cafe in Buffalo, so I had to try it! So, I grabbed my husband and after a quick drive over the bridge we were there. When you walk in, you realize that this really isn't a cafe, but a restaurant that has a bubble tea counter in the back. All the tables and chairs are meant for dinner patrons and the only thing you can order off the menu is the bubble tea. So if you want to have an appetizer off the menu you need to be seated and served. I enjoyed the fact that the menu was broken down to make it easier to order, however this menu was far from the traditional bubble tea menus I've grown accustomed to. With flavors like: cheesecake, salted caramel, cotton candy, and java chip just to name a few I felt more like I was going to get frozen yogurt than bubble tea. They do have a variety of bobas and toppings, and they do have "some" traditional flavors as well, so you can always come up with a different flavor combination All and all it was good! Didn't blow me away but it was a good bubble tea. I wish that they served desserts like mochi or cake to enjoy with the Bubble tea.

Came here twice in one week for a quick weeknight dinner close to home and found my favorite local Pad Thai! A lighter peanut flavor, which I prefer, and generous portion sizing (pictured is the lunch size.) The wonton soup (perfect for one) and the chicken noodle pho (large size is more than comfortable for two) hit the spot on a chilly January evening. Only within the last few years have I started drinking boba tea, my favorite flavor is green apple fruit tea with kiwi bobas but I decided to try pomegranate this time, they have tons of flavors and combination choices to appease your boba tea taste buds!

We ended checking this place out instead of going to Tim Hortons. Located in Pine plaza by Military Rd and Niagara Falls Blvd. Due to the pandemic, foods and drinks are offered for takeout or pickup only. Before entering, there's a big menu posted by the glass window, then there's another door with small windows where you place and pickup your order. They have a small table for straws, tips and a paper menu for you to take home. Don't forget to ring the call bell for assistance. We just only ordered Boba Teas and I must say they are truly delicious and great for a hot summer day. Great customer service. Menu is pretty big with large selections of Viet/Thai cuisine. Will definitely be coming back regularly and try their foods. If you're in the area, go check this place out!

Regarding my Hủ Tiếu Xào Quảng Đông/Guangdong-style Stir-fried Rice Noodles (number 606 on the menu), I ate all the broccoli. The shrimp were small and lime juice helped. I totally don't appreciate flower-shaped carrots (didn't eat them, plus celery as well), and the worst, the blob of noodles had no taste whatsoever. For me, it was simply a disappointing experience, but the menu is extensive, and it certainly does not lack a variety of delicious dishes.

Being Hmong, I try not to be bias, "only Vietnamese people can cook pho! The restaurant started from a Vietnamese owner." Pho Bowl Vietnamese Restaurant I have not had pho in this area of Canada, so I decided to try Pho Bowl. The reviews said this was a good spot. Really? Are you people from mars? How can you say this pho broth is good? It's not even bone broth like it should be. Let me start, we walked in and they gave us an order slip. What? Do I fill it out? Don't expect a big tip. I filled it out. Waited for service. Confused. We eventually got our food. Stop! Their was a long white hair in our food. Nasty. Really. How can you miss it. Nasty. Someone is loosing hair? Old hair. Sorry. You should know better. They did not even remove the item or give us credit. Wow. Your tip is really going to look bad. The pho? I tasted the broth and it was not good at all. For starters, they gave me pork meat. Which is a no no. I know the difference. I ordered the Pho special, I know what I'm expecting. Pho Dac Biet taste better than this. This was clearly a fake pho special. Bad broth. Wrong meat. Sorry. This was a disaster. I had so much high hopes. How can people say their pho was the best in Canada? Wtf? Please. Dumpster fire. $5 tip from $70 bill. That's the kind of service I got. Next to nothing. I paid myself because I took my own order. The only positive is the amount of pho in their extra large. Otherwise this place has gone down. They maybe very good at one time but for sure they are lost. Sell. Update and purge workers. The pho presentation is on par but the broth needs fixing. Don't go cheap on the broth! The place is clean. They need help.

We're the toughest crowd. Plus, Yelp reviews could be very informative. The restaurant has a casual, low key atmosphere. The interior is a bit worn, but rather clean and tidy. We snuggled into one of the available booths and felt quite comfortable. The ordering process was easy and convenient. You simply write down your order on a slip of paper. Don't forget about anything. We took our time browsing the menu, and no one rushed us, which I really appreciated. The complimentary tea was, as always, a nice, welcoming gesture. We ordered two soups. The large size was actually massive. The 'Seafood Pho' was not bad, but I wouldn't order it again. I enjoyed beef broth, all the greens and veggies. Unfortunately, the selection of protein was rather disappointing. A bunch of tiny shrimp (some of them had a fishy taste), carved squid, surimi and something similar to fish cake were just not enough to be happy about. It should be called 'Frozen Seafood Medley Pho'. The best choice will definitely be to order one of the Beef Pho options. My partner opted for beef noodle soup Bún bò Huế. It was meaty with lots of beef, pork and blood pudding. I think his only complaint was that the soup wasn't spicy enough. What happened was, he didn't specify the spiciness level when ordering and our server simply didn't bother to ask. So it was mild and a little bland. The Egg Meatloaf / Chả Trứng was something new to me. The moist and delicate texture, with its distinct pork and mushroom flavor, was very good. It was a truly inspirational dish and someday I'd like to try making it. You pay at the counter.

Another concern is that the bowls, spoons, and cups all had a very strong dish soap smell. It seems like the dish soap wasn't rinsed off completely before putting the dishes into the dishwasher, and the detergent smell stayed on them.
