This is my third time trying this place. I don't know what they serve here but it's not boba. Seems like all my drinks have been watered down. The tapioca balls aren't sweet there isn't any flavor there. My last visit I've tried the Flamingo drink, it's so far the best drink I've had from here all though I do not recommend it. I'm so disappointed. I always ask for recommendation when I'm up to order. I usually ask "what is the most poplar drink here?" and that's usually what I order, are the most popular drinks. Not sure why I see long lines here. I might have to ask a customer in line what they order because I just don't understand! read more

Bobba tea is a run in run out type joint. If you are looking for something quick while shopping and on the go inside the mall this place is perfect. Great selection and blends of bobba drinks and options on toppings. Creative flavors and great names, definitely made me laugh while reading them. However if you are looking for a spot to sit down they do not have any tables or chairs. So if you are looking to stay here this is not the spot. But definitely a great to go spot! read more

Today, my friend and I went to the Boba Tea company in the Cottonwood Mall, usually, I have had really good experiences with this company, but today when we ordered, everything seemed to be sold out, so we ordered the Tara milk tea (BAD IDEA). After taking the first two sips, we realized that this wasn't a normal taro milk tea. the drink texture was rough, almost grainy or sandy-like, I ended up drinking the whole drink and my friend had a few sips before tossing it. On the way home, I got nauseous and felt weird. Come to find out, my friend ended up going home and vomiting. Keep in mind that she drank way less than me. I am truly disappointed and will not be returning to this location ever again. It was even too loud and busy for me to hear that my order was ready. The service was OKAY, but the outcome of everything seriously irritated me. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a boba tea. This company is amazing and I will always recommend. But you have to know what's going on at this location. The employees were dancing around playing explicit music. The place was really dirty and not inviting like I'm used to. The Tara tea tasted so bad I had to throw them away. That's $13 down the drain and my kids were with me. This is more of feedback so you can get some Managment there to fix the issues. I hate leaving bad reviews. Because I own a small business. My kids love going to Boba Tea every time we are at Cottonwood Mall we always have to stop to get a Boba. I can't tell you which ones they like as they get different ones each time. Some with little balls some with bigger ones in them. Yes the straws are bigger than usual it's to let these jello like balls up the straw. My kids like going for Boba Tea when we're at Cottonwood Mall. After giving this place 3 strikes, we will never go back. The last 2 times I've been, they were out of Boba both times! Today I decided to give them another try - and they were out of Thai Tea AND napkins. Yes, no napkins at all. The line was long and the workers seem less than pleased to work there. This was my first time tasting Boba Tea. The boba was something totally new. I enjoyed the taste in my mouth. I had the Berry Sexy Fruit Tea. It was nice and sweet. I like the tea shaken. Haven't tasted the blended yet. Everybody should try this at least once. You'll be hooked. read more

Visiting Albuquerque and had some time to kill. Decided to go to the mall. Surprised there was a boba place so I decide to check it out. Plenty of flavors and styles for everyone's taste. All of them are mixed with at least 3 different flavors. There are no traditional boba flavors from what i remember. The decor and space was inviting and spacious enough. Workers don't seem super friendly, but weren't super rude. My boba drink and fruit jelly was nice and chewy and as expected. It wasn't too sweet. My gripe with this place was the naming conventions... can you imagine an 8 year old asking her/his parents for a fetish or cabana boy flavored drink in a kiss (size)? Not to mention the napkin inside the store that says "suck it up" on it. Oi... imo - trying a bit hard to seem funny/ edgy/etc. To top it off, the prices just seem too high. My advice save your money everytime you wanna want one here visit socal and drink as many as you want. Kudos for trying though... read more

I love boba tea, I used to always go and get my favorite drinks. However, my boyfriend and I just went to go get out our drinks today in Cottonwood mall and were very disappointed. All the employees had their hair is their faces and all over the place. There was about 6 of them and all of them were just sitting on the counters talking to each other not doing anything after 10 minutes of us ordering. One of the employees went up to another ( after seeing us just stare at them with no one else in the store) and asked who's making our drinks and they told her " you are". The purple haze is really good here. Love how the tapioca is soft & chewy & not frozen. But $5 for a small? A little pricy in my opinion. But I guess I'll be the sucker who comes back & pays up since my kids are obsessed w/ them. read more

Great Pre/post movie treat! Boba Tea Company have evolved from one little cafe to a business with multiple locations. I am pretty impressed with them and I will continue to get Boba Tea from them. My only complaint is that a lot of items are made with powder. I would say that if they wish to succeed I would import in some fresh fruit it would make the boba tea less sweet and more natural. As for this location goes, the service is ok. I have had experiences where couple of the gals working there are rude but their attitude does not speak for the rest of the staff. read more

I went here to get a gift card for someone for Xmas and walked across the entire mall to get there, which was crowded. This place really didn't seem to be my thing, but to be fair I didn't try anything. I just wanted to be in and out quickly. If I could leave a negative review I would. The girl with the pink hair her name was Davina or something close was incredibly rude. I'm pregnant and really upset, my boyfriend has asthma she treated us so badly when he stepped out of the shop to pull down his mask, yet didn't even have her mask above her nose. This place used to be so good. It's such a disappointment how the place has gone down hill. The floors, glass, walls, and bar were all so dirty. The employees are less than eager to help or expedite the ordering/prep process. When we ordered our drink, the counter clerk told us they were OUT OF BOBA. How does that happen and how is it acceptable in a boba place??? Then upon payment, the internet went down (based on the clerk's comment, it's a common occurrence) and he disappeared into the back for several minutes. With no one in front of us, we waited over twenty minutes for our order as the lazy barista slowly stumbled to the back to get a bucket of ice and came back 5 minutes later. It's very apparent that the owners do not actively manage this shop, and have left it to less than competent employees to run. So disappointed Boba Tea Company! read more

Gross, just ew. I usually go to Bubble Tea but as I was leaving town, I didn't want to travel that far so I went here. I will not be going back and hubby couldn't even finish his, he was really grossed out. The pearls were really soft and really chewy but some were frozen stiff. Its so close to my home that I come here so frequentlyand they know my order before I even open my mouth. (Smooch geisha, with Boba, easy Ice). I like to keep them on their toes, and change it up though when they least expect it, LOL. This place is almost always busy so expect a line. If you come closer to closing time, unfortunately they do run out of "GASP" boba. Not your "authentic" Taiwanese boba but it's still good. I believe I got the strawberry fields (not sure if that's what it's called) and I should got 2 cuz my boys drank it all. I normally get tea but when I share with my kids or if it's hot I'll get something fruity. And that strawberry drink was very refreshing. read more

I went to boba and ordered 2 medium eskimos with extra boba , my total was $14.65(I'm pretty sure they overcharged me) but they don't give a receipt, just a little one with your order number. we waited forever for our drinks . By the time they got our drinks out I noticed that there was about 7 boba at the bottom of our cups, when I clearly paid for the extra boba. When I asked the worker if it was extra boba I she said "well we ran out so" and rolled her eyes. they also gave us the small size, when I went back and asked if they were mediums, the barista rolled her eyes again and said "yup" and I asked to see the sizes she simply said no. read more

Boba Tea is incredible and I hate that I'll be moving 5 hours away from them! Fetish is a personal favorite, as is kryptonite! I prefer the gobi over the boba, any day. The service is normally good, sometimes it is less favorable on busy days. Great place overall. read more

I love Boba but the guys with long hair at Cottonwood need to know you cant run your fingers through your hair 4 times your hair then make my drink! Or scratch your face for 10 seconds then make someone elses drink!!! And it literally takes 15 minutes to get 2 drinks with 5 people working!! read more

Boba tea is the best tea place on planet earth I can't speak for the other locations but the cottonwood mall location is the best. The people there are hella cool and if you go to Boba tea you have to get a Eskimo with extra Boba s, and hit it up on Tuesday buy one get one Tuesday's!!!! read more
