I walked in around 6:50 PM, understanding the store closes at 7:00 PM. The gentleman working was helping two customers, so I waited about five minutes for him to finish so I could place my order. After waiting, I was then told he was already done for the day and would not be taking any more orders. It would have been nice if he had simply let me know from the beginning that he was already closed instead of having me wait. The open sign was still on, and the lights and music were still going, so it was confusing and frustrating as a customer. I've been supporting OneStop and its different locations for over a decade, but unfortunately it feels like the customer service has continued to decline over the past couple of years. Wow! I wanted a smoothie and this location is about a half mile closer to my house than my normal one so I went here. First of all, the kid working was listless, un-motivated, and bleh. I'm not use to this. I go to a different location where everyone is kinda over the top and friendly and one by one of my work locations that has the same kind of staffing. To come here (last time for sure) was kind of a shock to be honest. ZERO personality! So then I placed my order and in a couple of the drinks the request was for carb powder but this location didn't have any!!! It's on the menu so I'm guessing they were just out. GREAT ORDERING JOB! So I hardly ever go here and only get one drink, and in fact, I usually get at least FOUR like today. So I asked for a drink carrier but GUESS WHAT?!?!?! They didn't HAVE any!!! How does a business that specializes in drinks NOT have DRINK CARRIERS?!?!?! For my drink I ordered strawberry/vanilla but it's like ALL the vanilla was at the bottom and the strawberry was at the top! I had to remix it. Also, I had to strap a couple drinks in with my seatbelt to keep them from falling over. Anyway, I don't have a choice but to give only 1 star JUST BASED on the employee alone! I won't be back to this location. I have to update this review because I'm trying to drink my drink and it's like all vanilla and it's super strong. I taste no strawberry and to be honest, I can't even drink this it's so bad. What a disappointment! Stay away from this location! There's plenty of them around. read more

This location is absolutely terrible... I came in after my workout to get a shake. I ordered a Chocolate, peanut butter, and banana- it barely tasted like chocolate and nothing more. The shake wasn't blended properly nor did the girls fill it to the top but still managed to get the lid all messy as if they did overfill it. We've stopped in several times after working out. The staff is always friendly and we're served quickly. The establishment is clean, organized and well-lit. I LOVE this place, I've been coming for YEARS as they have good product, a fantastic concept, and always friendly and knowledgeable staff at this location HOWEVER! it seems that every year when it starts heating up the air goes out. WTF? It's been DAYS this time and it's hot af in there. I am seeing this a common issue which is sad because I loved coming here. Check the quality of the prework out before you buy it, make sure it's nice and fluffy but don't open it or you won't get an exchange.... Really!? How would I know if it's defective and You can't see it! My prework out was a total brick and I couldn't get my scoop out. I took his advice because I'm ready to look Andrew Diced Clay, totally Flex Luthor, brah. Plenty of products for peeps trying to lose weight, supplement their diets, or get Ripped Van Winkle. The prices are a little higher than if you were to shop on-line, but you get knowledgeable staff who will help you narrow down what you're looking for and not continue to try to up-sell you like other chains. There's always a clearance table you can stock up on vitamins or 'last on the shelf' items. I receive great service at both :) My very, very frequent order of the Strawberry Lemonade low-carb post workout shake is always a treat whenever I feel like being healthy (but it goes out the window when I have my midnight snack of course) after I work out. Whenever I have a tournament or a really long day ahead of me, I will stop by beforehand and order a Strawberry-Lemonade low-carb meal replacement shake with an energy boost (Kryptolean) and it provides a wonderful consistent stream of energy without the jitters. Taste horrible too, I went to take them back and surprise they have a no return policy. Any company that believe and backs the products they sell should have a 100% guarantee. It says right on the container never axceed one scoop for good reason. This product has 350 mg. Of caffeine in one scoop. Their asking for a law suit. For the uneducated just might go for that second scoop. Not knowing the individual health history could very well have a heart attack. Usually I love One Stop, I. don't 100% believe that they make their shakes healthy (as they add chocolate syrup to make a chocolate flavored shake). Anyways twice now I've gone and paid 7 dollars on a shake (an extra 1$ for peanut butter) and they haven't been very good. They taste really iced down and kind of a waste of 7 dollars. I usually go to the One Stop on Power and they honestly do so much better. Customer service at this location on Dobson is good and I have no complaints there. The young lady (didn't quite catch her name) but she was super sweet and super knowledgeable and knew automatically what I was looking for. She recommended one of her favorite products that work for her and a few others that were their top sellers.
