I love this place the only perfect boba for me. I order the Oreo with almond milk and cookies at the bottom. A healthier Oreo milk shake and it's delicious. I don't feel sluggish after I drink it. My wife loves it here as well. Whenever we are in the area we take the entire family to this location our favorite. Drive through is a bit ghetto (Building not really set up for that) but the product is phenomenal. My husband had some fancy tea that tasted so good -it's hard to place the flavors but it was refreshing and not overly sweet. I had an iced espresso drink that tasted better than Starbucks. SUPERLIKE!!! This is the only boba tea spot I frequent on the Southside. It is cute and always clean. I always get the boba tea with either boba or popping jelly. More than one topping costs extra- like 35¢. The coffee always has the place smelling delightful but I'm not that big fan of a coffee. Small private lot and corner location not far from the college. I had high hopes for this place due to the ratings, but no. The shops smells like a tea shop when you first walk in. That is usually a good sign that the milk tea is fresh, and actual tea. Service here is very accommodating and attentive. Something that caught my attention is that they use earl grey as the black tea for all of their bases. I am a fan of earl grey, it has a very distinct flavor. I ordered the lavender milk tea to get the blend of earl grey flavors at 50% sugar. I could not drink this it was so sweet. You know how when you consume something so sugary that mucus starts to form in your throat and it becomes hard to swallow, yeah like that. They were kind enough to make me another at 25% but it's still no good. I have the need to go home a brush my teeth now, they literally hurt. No, I am not exaggerating and no I do not have any cavities. I didn't verify, but the boba seemed to me to be brown sugar when I asked for black pearl. Cute little boba place south of Atlanta and good study spot. It's usually not that crowded. I would say the drinks here are decent. My go-to drink is the Iced boba signature drink (kinda tastes like a Vietnamese iced coffee). They do put alot of ice in their drinks though.... which makes it seem like your not getting much. Their slushes and smoothies are okay as well. I've had the strawberry slushy with lychee boba (really good)! This place also makes fresh egg tarts, which I have yet to try. I think they are planning to add waffle desserts to the menu soon too! They have plenty of seating and tables for groups of people. I like that they have a little lounge area with comfortable couches and games for you to play (I.e. dominoes, cards, monopoly). I just wish they would include better games like Jenga or Uno. Overall, I would say it's worth checking out if you're in the area. read more

Wonderful place with amazing tasting tea! I started with the Thai tea and rose tea and it was so good I came back to try the lavender smoothie and signature theory tea. I've been coming here for almost a year and never had an issue with the employees or service! Their most popular drinks are their milk tea's and slushies. Finallllly a boba place in the Clayton County area , near Clayton state .The outside exterior is simple . But the inside is a cute chic coffee styled shop! Stopped by here today and got a large taro milk tea with tapioca and a small mango smoothie for my kids. The cashier was really helpful and answered all my newbie questions. The tea was amazing, but next time I'll probably ask for half the tapioca just cause I wasn't really a big fan of chewing so much of my drink. The kids inhaled the smoothie so fast I didn't even have a chance to try it. Can't wait to go back and try another milk tea. They have one change where they no longer sell the 3rd party bakery, they will start to sell crepes and/or waffles per the employees there. Got a rose tea and a rose milk tea made with rose flavoring (syrup) only, no added sugar. Both drinks were still on the sweet side. I liked my rose tea, but my wife had to convert her drink to two diluted rose milk teas. Financially good, but inconvenient. The menu looks as though they only have milk teas, but non-milky drinks are possible too. I wish they had aloe in stock as a topping. read more

2nd visit to Boba Theory (2/1/17) and both times the staff was very friendly and helpful. They are very good at explaining what the flavors are and even give out samples to us newbies lol. This is by far my favorite Boba place! I have never had boba pearls that are so soft and chewy like these. It's conveniently a few exits up from where I live, so it's standard for my friends and I go be like "You wanna go to Boba Theory?" multiple times a week. My go-to is the lavender milk tea, which is one of the best I've had. One thing I love is that they have an app that you can order ahead with, and a drive thru just for those orders. It's right off the interstate, so I can make a quick pit stop to Boba Theory on my way to work! Along with the convenience, you get a point for every dollar you spend. It adds up to basically a "buy 9 get one free" model, but you can use the points on pastries too. It's a small place, but if you manage to snag a couch, it's a perfect study spot. I've been here multiple times to work remotely. The staff is never short of amazing. They're all so kind every time we come and I've never once had a bad experience. They have actual tea flavor and the boba is chewy sweet and delicious. My most favorites are rose milk tea and lavender milk tea (both customize for less sweet). Yes , I know they both sound like weird boba tea flavor, you probably thinking "Hanna, why don't you get something like taro or Jasmin ?". Well , I only get rose and lavender when I'm here at boba theory. Somehow they able to make them taste very good. I highly suggest you try them. The staff here are so lovely. Most of the time they would even bring the drink to you ( other places usually place them at the counter and wait for you to come pick it up).
