april 11th, 2026…read more honestly, i was hesitant to come here at first due to the mixed recent reviews, but during a week-long stay in ocean shores, ocean beach roasters became our go-to place for coffee and breakfast. i don't have photos of everything we ordered (sorry! i wasn't initially planning on writing a review). over the course of a few visits, we ordered the sockeye benedict, country hash, G.O.A.T., brunch burger, turkey croissant, and eggs benedict. we also got the seasonal fruit, cottage potatoes, tim's salted potato chips, sausage patties, side toast, and cookie. as a warning to others, the main thing we DID NOT LIKE was the seasonal fruit extra/add-on because it was $4 for literally 5 pieces of fruit. we were disappointed about the quantity and think this should just be taken off the menu as i don't think anyone would want to pay this price for that little amount of fruit. however, the rest of our food and experiences was enjoyable, so we're able to look past this. i can see why some people would think the service can take some time, but there are usually only 1-2 people working the floor. so yeah, it's going to take some time, especially when it's busy. pls have some patience and communicate w the staff if you need anything. the employees were always nice, welcoming, and hospitable every time we came, especially greta (hopefully that is her name!!!). we were helped by her every time we came in. my friend rly admired her work ethic (called her a hustler) as she was always doing something, whether it was cleaning, taking an order, serving food, making coffee, etc. all the staff was great. we mostly interacted with the women who work here, but were assisted by greta the most so we always looked forward to seeing her :) i made a joke to my friend that when i ordered the G.O.A.T., i'm surprised greta didn't come with my order. as for the food, we rly liked a lot of it. both of the eggs benedicts were better than some of the ones i have had in seattle, so i was pleasantly surprised. the english muffins were toasted deliciously, the hollandaise sauce was a good consistency and flavor, and the eggs were poached well and runny. the croissant for my turkey croissant was flaky and airy mmm my friend wants to get this the next time he's here! i appreciate the variety of the menu for both food and coffee. it was hard for me to decide what to eat every time because i wanted to try a lot of the menu!!! i also appreciate how many sauces they have as condiments. they have a whole wall shelf of different sauces (i was excited to see the yellowbird sriracha hot sauce). as for the coffee, i think it's ok lol. it's fine to get just to get but after i tried the specialty drinks they had at the time (the lucky charm latte and nutty irishman cold brew) i didn't want anything else. they had a lot of syrups though!! which i like as a sweet coffee girlie. overall, my friend and i enjoyed every visit we made to this establishment and would 100% recommend it to everyone, both visiting and local. my friend's review: Service is amazing. They had good oatmeal raisin cookies. The coffee is alright. Good amount of options on the menu, not too many, which is nice. Food is fresh. Greta is the GOAT. She's a very hard worker. The bathroom is clean. The blue agave Siracha is good. The eggs benedict is good. Nice interior. They have the best ice, crushed ice

There don't open until 3pm, so we were starving because we didn't have breakfast or lunch. We started driving at 10am so we would arrive at noon for lunch. But found out the hours while in the road. Waiting until three was actually worth. We walked in and nobody there. The a few tricklers, then an hour later place was filled with the senior crowd. The food comes a little slower here because everything is made from scratch, and you can totally tell that nothing is from a can. The baked Brie topped with roasted garlic and fig was delicious. The bruschetta was one of the best tasting I've had. The tomatoes were sweet topped with the balsamic reduction, and the bread it was on was made just right for it. It was so good that we made sounds like...foodgasm! Then the focaccia that came out piping hot and was soft in the inside that we dipped in the oil balsamic mixture was lip smacking good, then they brought out Caesar's salad!! What it all came with our meal! We were full before the entree came out. I got the ribeye with veggies, my friends got the scallops with pasta, the other chicken cacciatore. All our meals were delicious but was too much we had to take home the rest, then eat the rest for a late meal. Our second dinner hahaha! The other gals got dessert there. I don't know how they managed. One had the chocolate mousse with cappuccino drink. She was in heaven, the other the pineapple upside down cake. I had to take home my cheesecake with raspberry sauce. I forgot to take a picture of it when I got home I gobbled it up before bedtime. The place was small and quaint. A hidden gem in Ocean shores. I'll be back!

I was staying at the Polynesian resort so it was super convenient that I was able to just walk here. I ordered breakfast to go since I was planning on heading out before the restaurant opened for breakfast. I appreciate that they accommodated my slightly complex order. The crab and spinach benedict looked good and tasted good. The hash browns were crispy but a bit under seasoned. The eggs were perfect and had runny yolk after I bursted them. This crab/spinach/egg combo works very well. The crab tastes very good and the spinach added a good textural component. The hollandaise sauce looks a bit funny (maybe it split?) but still tastes good. I like the benedict a lot but wish it had more crab. Service wise, the only hiccups that I experienced were that I asked for ketchup but it never arrived and I was too lazy to get up to ask again. They also ran out of to-go coffee cups so they took it off my bill. Overall I had a good experience and really enjoyed the benedict.

So…read moreafter a long day of fishing in Westport, I decided to give this little ice cream shop a try. I was dying of thirst and needed a place to use the bathroom. The location appears to be a gift shop with an ice cream business on the side. Regardless, it is conveniently located at the waterfront. The shop did not have a ridiculously number of flavors. I would say it had enough. I decided to try the Mango sorbet on a waffle cone. The ice cream was delicious and I was pleasantly surprised by mango flavor. I think what I liked the most about it was that it wasn't super rich and that helped quench my thirst. I was dissapoined the establishment does not have public restrooms. Actually most the business in the area are the same way. After spending the day out on the boat fishing I was looking for a nice place to use the bathroom and rest for a little bit.

For myself this is the approach I took, as I eat ice cream rather slowly. Inside there are vibrant colors all around and even has a section of children books and DVD's for your kids to browse through as you wait in line for your turn to get ice cream, or a waffle cone; this idea in my mind is a very ingenious idea and I applaud them for this. Nice family friendly atmosphere, and a great place to grab some cold treats; walking along the pier watching the boats come in and leave, a sight so peaceful and tranquil you may just forget your ice cream is melting.

I had the Pale ale very smooth and crisp and hubby had the Sunset ale which was bright and fruity. Food was decent, typical American. We had cheesy breadsticks which was basically a cheese pizza cut up into strips served with a side of cold marinara. Caesar salad was decent, it wasn't mixed, dressing & cheese just on top. Italian stack was good and what you would expect, not bad and not exceptional. Hot honey pepperoni pizza was a special. Thin chewy crust, thin layer of cheese & pepperoni. The hot honey was not spicy at all but the sweetness over the pepperoni was the star. Great spot for good beer, reliable American food, and to chill.

Lots of vintage games, awesome selection of newer gaming consoles and many many games, over 1,000 yall! Hot food options also available! Great prices and a wonderful welcoming environment we always have a great time as a whole family. Yesterday another adult guest was extremely rude to the owner after her son clearly broke a controller IN FRONT of everyone. The owner never asked her to pay for it just informed her the rules did say they needed to offer to help pay for the break, or leave. Neither was asked of her. She cussed the owner out, told him it wasn't fair and that she hadn't read the rules. This was her fault, but she went to every extreme to avoid responsibility. She decided to leave on her own but first wasout of the room you were cussing in front of the other customers and saying loudly you weren't paying for it. You then tried leaving again as Jah walked out from the back. He wasn't going to stop you from leaving, but instead you took this as an opportunity to say again how you shouldn't be responsible. You explaind that you hadn't read the rules before entering. You didn't notice them. (They are posted outside the door, and also inside the arcade) You were getting loud, and using foul language so the owner nicely said you didn't need to fix the game, because you were causing a scene, embarrassing yourself and your kids. Jesse green all you've accomplished is disrespecting a veteran who served our country, and teaching your kids that rules don't apply to them. don't need to follow them. You should be ashamed of the way you behaved, and have now attempted to twist the story to hurt a small business. Whale of a cone is one of the only westport business that stay open year round. I only know the owner from visiting the store 3 or 4 times, but he's always been amazing and kind. And this situation was no different, he showed you nothing but kindness while you behaved like a child.
