This a nice little mom and pop yogurt store! The staff were super friendly. This is self serve yogurt shop similar to Yogurtland where you pay per pound you get. In my opinion, the flavors here are better than yogurtland even though they have a smaller selection. The store is almost never open but happened to be on a busy weekend so we decided to give it a try. The smell upon walking in is quite strange and not really inviting. The options for actual frozen yogurt are quite limited and the typical cake batter you see wasn't even available. We drove all the way to ocean shores to get a little sweet treat with 10 minutes to stop in. When we arrived the lady who was working started laughing at us through the window. Yes, we were cutting it close but your hours say you are open for !business! until 10. So, instead we went down to Playtime Family Fun for Ice cream and even with them also closing at 10, they served us all with such a positive attitude. Not only was this such a poor experience which I will never be returning, she was rude by laughing in our faces. If it takes a minute to clean everything up and you need extra time to close your establishment. Change your hours to 9:45 then. We stopped by with family and friends during the busy 4th of July weekend. The frozen yogurt was delicious! We encountered a kind worker possilbe owner and the place was very clean inside. We enjoyed the variety of flavors to choose from and several extra add ons. Price was average to most other Froyo type locations nearby. They have a punch card as well. The Froyo's were good, the service... not so much. Eventhough it's a self serve, I got the impression that the lady felt that my 4 kids and I were more of an annoyance for coming than welcome customers. I was told by her when I didn't see any cups... "you serve yourself, if there are any bowls left." I even noticed her lingering next to us the whole time like we might try to pocket some gummy bears. Not really thrilled to give her $55 for some ice cream after that, plus, she snapped at me for my 3 year old for licking the chocolate ice cream before she weighed it. I would have happily paid for whatever he licked but the attitude from that old woman was crazy. Don't nice people who like kids usually own ice cream shops? We'll happily go to McDonalds for McFlurries instead of giving that place business every time we are in town from now on. Perfection. The lady working the counter was super nice and offers face masks, if you don't have one. They are diligent about cleanliness and social distancing during these pandemic times. The flavor choices and toppings were pretty traditional, but they also offer the Dole Plantation Pineapple and Watermelon. Utter perfection. Avoid this place! The owner glared at us and hovered the entire time. She was incredibly snappy, as if she wanted us to leave. When my husband and I were situating our cups and toddler, she told us that she needed to let her father into her house and we needed to get out and sit outside. At 3 pm. Not even enough time to put our change away. She locked behind us and went down the alley, assuming to deal with her family, and customers pulled up only to find a locked door and open sign. I was apprehensive on going in here after some of the bad reviews but Froyo outweighs those feelings :) Stopped in and were greeted right away but whom I assume is the owner. Right when you come in, there is a table set up with Sanitizer and plastic gloves set up so that you do not have to germ the entire place up. No sample cups, I get it. Time's they have changed. This is a make it and weigh it place where they charge on the weight of the froyo and toppings. They have a decent selection of flavors and toppings including some sugar free options and fruit for toppings. Total for a family of 3 with decent size cups was $20 something which is decent especially for Ocean Shores. I would be back to this place when in town. read more

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and mentioned that they had Dole pineapple whip and orange whip in a machine behind the counter. Pineapple whip is SO good!! COVID precautions were also on point - no more than three customers inside at a time, sanitizer and gloves provided and required upon entry. Dropped in after a day on the beach looking for a good sweet treat and we were not disappointed! I had coconut yogurt which was delicious with several fresh toppings. My girlfriend had the dole pineapple whip which is hard to find and she loves it! Fresh strawberries and blueberries topped it off. Ok...the owner of this place CLEARLY does not have kids NOR does she like them. If you are going to put balloons and giant m&m guy statues in front of your frozen yogurt store, then you should expect a child is going to want to touch it. My 3 year old autistic son touched a balloon and she yells out the window "you can't have that!" Then, we go to the door and he touches the m&m guy and she snaps, "don't knock that over!!" ....should have left then, but no, I'm an idiot... So we go inside and she follows us in. Lurking, lingering, hovering around us as we are sampling the frozen yogurt, (which btw was nothing special, pretty watered down, the cheesecake tasted like Pina colada...etc, etc.) I grabbed a cup and poured my frozen yogurt. Went to the candy and poured my candy. I poured a few mini m&m pieces in my hand and tossed them in my mouth. Immediately she declares, "we charge by the weight here!" And starts pacing around like someone just hacked into her bank account and drained every last penny. Making it abundantly clean just how unhappy this made her. So I said, "If you're that worried about it then why don't you add a few ounces to the weight?" She replied, "oh, I already did.".... And boy did she, my frozen yogurt cup cost me $8.50!! $10.00 because I still took the high road and left a tip. As if that weren't enough she got on my son AGAIN for touching the railing below the candy dispensers. Needless to say, this woman is NOT kid friend, not even people friendly, obviously she cares about her money, her profit, and herself. I will NEVER go back to this place and I would not waste my time if I were you. read more
