Simply put, its great place for any of the drinks :) I ordered the milk tea with Boba and also the Thai tea. Milk tea is different taste it's there special brew tea I don't think I will be ordering again. it's in a small plaza makes for getting in and out of the parking easy. read more

BobaHolic was literally right next to our hotel, so took a quick pit stop before we end our day. It was a great find, and we all enjoyed out drinks there. Please see the descriptions below of the boba drinks we got to share. - Mango Yogurt w/ Boba [GET]: My boyfriend and I got this drink to share. There's a strong mango flavor, and a hint of tartness from the yogurt. Texture was slightly milky and creamy, but not too heavy, more like a smoothie than a slushie. I like how it's refreshing too. The tapioca bubbles were nicely cooked and got a nice chew to it, not too soft or hard. - Watermelon [GET]: My brother got the watermelon slush with standard sweetness. It tasted just like a watermelon and not too sweet at all. It was refreshing, perfect on a hot summer day or after a heavy meal. Didn't taste artificial at all and you can still taste the fresh watermelon chunks in it. - Peach Mango [GET]: My sister got this drink, and once again it was so refreshing, LOL. I like the high-quality ingredients they used, but I wasn't a big fan of this one. Maybe there's too many fruits in here that I couldn't really have a distinctive taste of either. It is located in Anaheim, close to the Fairfield Hotel, and parking is easy to find, since it is located in a large parking lot. Price: 4.25/5 - Prices here are great for the quality of drinks they serve here. The regular sized smoothie / slush here are $5.25 before taxes. Ingredients are fresh and toppings are well-prepared. I'd say we were all pretty happy with our purchase. Service: 4.25/5 - We arrived like 30 minutes before closing, but the staff was friendly and patience. He was explaining the variety of popular drinks that they serve and what he recommends. You can order with the staff at the counter or online apps. Looks like a brand new place! It is very clean with a lot of outlets. It is a perfect place to study that's for sure! They have shaved ice in a cup, perfect for people who aren't about sharing their shaved ice (that's me! ha!). I ordered Red bean shaved ice, which was a fruit shaved ice that includes red bean. It came with vanilla ice-cream originally, but I am not a big fan of ice-cream with shaved ice so I told them to take it out. I do like their fresh fruits and red bean, the size was perfect. The only down side was that the shaved ice did not have the typical milky/condense milk taste to it. It tasted more like coffee to me. Then again, I did ask for them to remove the ice-cream which might cause the flavor change? If you don't feel like going to The Source for boba this place is right across the street. Plenty of parking, it's located in the fudruckers/subway plaza. The lady at the register was really nice and they even have stamp cards. Pricing is fairly decent here! They have plenty of tables and even outlets available for when indoor dining does resume. So I can see this being a perfect study spot! I ordered the peach green tea and it was extremely sweet. Sadly there's no way to adjust sweetness level for it. We got a honeydew milk tea and a Hokkaido milk tea. Unfortunately both drinks were not good. The honeydew flavor wasn't strong, the Hokkaido drink tasted like coconut for some reason. The boba was also overcooked resulting in the boba getting stuck in the straw. read more

Came here with a friend and the staff was really nice. I got their Passionfruit green tea with Passionfruit jelly and I thought it was good. Not many places have Passionfruit jelly, so I enjoyed it. My friend got their frosty milk with caramel, pudding, and boba. I tried it and thought it was good, but I had to compare it to half & half tea express, and it doesn't really come close, but I would say it's better than most that have attempted. I would definitely give them a try if you are into the generic drinks, nothing too crazy. read more

I like the lady that used to work here. But everything is gone down after they employed these young inexperienced teenagers/kids, they are rude and think they know everything. First my wife came and ordered a green tea frap, but the guy cut her off and didn't let her finish her order, when she got her drink it was a green tea drink not a frap. But what made me angry is that today i went in thinking i was going to get a free drink from the 10 stamp and get one free card. The girl said i couldn't get a free drink yet until next purchase. When i asked her, " why does the card says 10 stamps= free drink? Shouldn't it be 11 then?" I told her they need to fix that. Then she said oh yes it should be 11. Clearly she doesn't know how to read and that she was wrong and didn't even apologize or gave me my free drink. Very unprofessional. read more

This place ranges from mediocre to great depending on what you order. The menu is extensive so there is bound to be something you like but it is a trial and error. I think their milk teas are definitely better than the fruit teas. Their strong point is the boba quality which is nice and chewy. I think it is cooked just right to my preference and does taste fresh as they claim. HOWEVER, there is one thing about this place I hate. They charge you extra when you pay by card and I think that is stupid and a little sketchy. It is 2022. Everyone uses a card to pay for their shit. That extra hidden fee really bugs me and it is what keeps them from being a "great" boba shop. Just raise the prices or remove the hidden card fee. Stop trying to have it both ways. It is not cool and you lose respect from your customers. The boba tastes a little worse knowing this, you know? read more

This is like your typical Korean owned boba spot like It's Boba Time, Boba Loca, or Boba Ya. Here's what I ordered: **Milk Tea w/ Boba: The milk tea base was actually not bad and plus, the boba was great! (3.5/5) **Matcha Latte: Their matcha is not bitter at all, which is great. The drink I got was very milky though, so the flavor was very weak. (2/5) Price is very affordable! They offer stamp cards which reward you with a regular drink of your choice after 10 drink purchases. read more

I was so happy with my experience at BobaHolic. I tried a pistachio frappe with boba and it was a FANTASTIC flavor. The frappe had pistachio pieces in it! I love texture, so it was so good. The lady at the register was so kind. A simple smile that could be seen even with the mask and her patience as I asked questions and tried to decide made the experience great (especially since it was busy within an hour before closing). I will definitely be back and can't wait to try other items like milk tea or the shaved ice or açaí bowls! read more

Ordered Honeydew along with 6 other drinks. All the other 6 drinks were ok but this honeydew had a chemical taste. Look at the color in the picture. We have ordered this elsewhere and it was never this neon colored. Told the owner(?) about it and she said sorry she drank it. Never been to a place where the boba shop refused tomake a new drink. I haven't tried the boba here, but I came here based off a recommendation from a friend who drinks boba quite often. The decor is not the best and leaves much to be desired, but the plus is that there is enough seating if you want to sit down and chat with friends while avoiding the crowded Source mall nearby. I ordered the mixed grain drink (misutgaru) and wow! It was excellent! I've tried the mixed grain drink in many different places, but I really like the one here. It's not too grainy and not too creamy, while retaining the sweet nuttiness of the grains. My friends enjoyed their drinks too. Their words were "Mm! Not bad!" This place is a good option if you're looking for no frills boba with a place to sit and chat without a large crowd. Note: The bathroom has a sign indicating that it's only for the employees, but the workers usually just let you go ahead when you ask. read more

The written menu advertises nondairy milk and ingredient modifications, but the kiosk doesn't actually let you select any of them. Staff told us to put substitutions in "special comments" and promised they'd be honored. They weren't- on a single order, twice. We ordered two coffees (oat milk, whole milk) and two customized breakfast burritos. It took 40 minutes. We were the only customers in the cafe. When the food came out, nothing was labeled / not the drinks, not the burritos- and staff couldn't tell us which was which. When I explained that one of us has a dairy allergy and asked them to identify the allergen-free items, I got a blank stare. We opened both burritos: both had cheese, despite my explicit no-cheese request. Their solution? "Can you pick it out?" No. You cannot pick out melted cheese from an allergen order. I was not offered a fresh burrito, just another blank stare until I specifically stated "I need you to remake this with the proper ingredients and confirm what you put in." Once again the burrito came out with no label, and when I asked for clarity on what was in it I was again met me with a blank stare. My partner's burrito was also wrong (pico she'd asked to have removed), but by then the 40-minute wait had made her late for work. When I asked for a refund on her incorrect meal, I was told they couldn't refund it "because she left." When I asked to leave written feedback: "we don't accept written feedback." Manager? Not in. Manager's phone number? Don't have it. But here's what pushed this from bad service to abominable: there is no way to hold this place accountable. At no point did anyone acknowledge a mistake had been made or make any real attempt to fix it- every wrong order was met with a shrug and the expectation that I'd just live with it. When I asked to leave written feedback, I was told they don't accept it. When I asked for the manager, they weren't in. When I asked for a manager's phone number or someone to contact, the employee "didn't have access to that." A business that serves people with food allergies MUST have a way for customers to flag problems in real time and reach management. This place has built a system where mistakes can't be reported, refunds can't be issued, and no one is responsible for anything. To be clear, this isn't on the line staff - one employee clearly hadn't been given the language support or training to succeed, and that's a management failure. The other younger employee was just incompetent and unhelpful, even though she was clearly aware of the requests. If you advertise allergen accommodations, you have to execute them, label them, and answer for it when you don't. Until this place fixes its ordering system, its labeling, and its total lack of accountability, spend your money literally anywhere else.

One annoying thing is the amount of single use disposable plastic they use. All the drinks come in plastic cups, even water, the salsas come in those small salsa containers with lids. I'm no tree hugger, but i think we do have a responsibility to be conscientious and not create more waste and trash than necessary. Just buy reusable and wash the dishes. It just seems lazy. You can tell the owner is trying to save money wherever they can, to the detriment of their customers and the environment. If they had servers taking orders at your table and real serve ware, the experience would have been better and maybe we'd plan to come back, but as it stands now we won't be back. My husband said "they don't know who they are", and I agree.

I was gonna pay through my chime account.
