The rolled ice cream was definitely worth the longer wait! I got the what the fudge flavor and it was really delicious and not to sweet. We also tried a coconut macaroon and the tasty taro rolled ice cream. These were also delicious. read more

Guess it depends on who makes the drinks because as opposed to the first time, this time was not as good. The Okinawa tea was too dilute and there's no tea taste. They were also out of crepe. I also think the workers could be a little more enthusiastic. read more

First thought when I walked in was, wow it's busy. We waited in line for awhile till it was our turn. The menu is on small TVs and kept changing so that was confusing. It was also dirty. The floors, tables and little standing menus they have above the macaroon display were dirty. The bathroom was also filthy. We ordered two of the rolled ice cream. ($15) for two. Kind of pricey for a small rolled ice cream cup. It took more than 45 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got them. The staff was very unwelcoming, they also were making food and drinks with their long hair down.. who knows what happens on the other side of the doors they have blocked off where they make/prepare your corn and boba. The young lady working the rolled ice cream station put on gloves then she continued to touch her hair, roll up her sleeves with the gloves on? I also didn't like what the flavors were named. I wouldn't want to walk in there and say "can I get I'm in love with the coco" with my grandma. They play new hip hop/rap music loud which was also uncomfortable. The ice cream it's self was grain-like which grossed me out. The flavor also wasn't there. I took about 2 bites and tossed it. I won't be returning I'm not sure how it was still so busy.. read more

Bobalicious is exactly what the Valley needed. They have such a wide selections of teas, slushes, juices, and desserts. All so freaking good! I get something different every time I go in. The fact that they always come out with something new is exciting. If you haven't tried their tamarind apples...... girl, TRY IT. I live 20 minutes away and it's definitely worth the drive. The staff at Bobalicious is so friendly. They make an effort to get to know you and make your visit pleasant. If you're just wanting to hang out they have a great space for that as well as a cabinet full of games. The owners Judy and Randy are so sweet and always smiling. Never have I met a couple to genuinely happy with their business and show appreciation to their workers. Just the fact that you can't see all the different creative ideas flowing through their shop draws a big crowd in. Bobalicious is honestly the best. Definitely a must try place! read more

I was really looking forward to trying this place as I love boba drinks. I tried the watermelon squeeze and was very disappointed. It was way too sweet with a terrible, sugary aftertaste. I asked if they could exchange it for another drink and the girl told me that the bottom of the receipt states that there are no refunds or exchanges. It would be helpful if there was a sign that indicated that BEFORE you buy (I would've stuck with my typical order of blended milk tea). I also ordered a hot cheeto elote. The corn tasted like it had sat in water for a long period time as it was soggy when you bit into it. The hot cheetos tasted stale. The macarons were also disappointing. They also tasted stale. Overall, I was very disappointed in the whole experience. I don't think I will ever go back there. If it had only been one item I didn't like, I would give it another try. The store hours say it's open 'till 9 pm. We drove two hours to get to this place for the rolled ice cream got there at 8:36 and got the news they stop serving ice cream at 8:30. I told the girl I was coming in from far and she just said sorry without even asking manager if they can help me out since I commuted just to try their rolled ice cream. Mangonada was too watery and no real mango chunks. It was more like a mango juice than smoothie. My son was brave to order the Hot Cheeto Elote. It tasted horrible. The Pan Rolled Ice Cream saved this place. My wife had a Carmel Delight and it was delicious. Our little one had the Tasty Taro and I can't describe the flavor other than it was bad. read more

First of all my fiancé and I have been to Bobalicious a handful of times. We recently decided to go to Bobalicious because we were craving a good boba drink and a sweet strawberry banana crepe. When we arrived to the site, it seemed that there was no A/C, it was extremely hot and stuffy in the room and only the employees had fans. My fiancé and I decided that we should take our order to go, since it was uncomfortable to eat in there. When we received our order we got a mango boba which it's boba pearls were extremely disgusting with no flavor. We then got the crepe whose banana and strawberry slices were hot. It seemed like the microwaved the fruit. Overall, I would definitely not recommend this place there are much better places in the Central Valley. I will not be returning any time soon. read more

Came here before and a more adult-like woman helped my group she was the sweetest and most helpful but I came in today and it was a group of young workers. there was about 18 people inside when the sign on the door said 5 people only, the issue is the own young worker invited everyone in. the youngest looking girl at the register kept taking orders grabbing money and then touching the food area and food itself without even washing her hands or putting gloves on. she directly stuck her fingers inside cups to hold them together. she repeated this multiple times. none of the workers had masks on. two of the other girls a little older looking than the cashier did put gloves on out threw them away soon after. Not to mention there was no greeting when anyone walked in and the youngest looking girl looked like she didn't care to be there kept having side conversations with the other coworkers. when asked a question she answered rudely. all i have to say is yes the snacks are solid from here but there's no cleanliness, organization, or welcoming. I tried this place on a whim during my lunch break a couple months ago and now I crave it at least once a week. The Banh Mi are really good (I get mine with extra pate and jalapeño) and I love the drinks. The owners are very friendly and take the time to help me pick what I want and make sure I like it (and she remembers to make mine with Splenda and the first time I asked). I work at Denny's in Ceres. One night a lady that works there and her family car in for dinner, I recognized her though. I only get macaroons and honeydew milk tea (no boba), my pregnancy regular. She asked if I've ever had a hot Cheeto corn and I said no but the next day I would be in for one. The very next day myself and 2 of my coworkers ordered the last hot Cheeto elotes and OMG best decision we ever made!!! Thank you so much for suggesting it. This place is awesome. I love their fruit teas and they have so many flavors. I had been dying to try rolled ice cream and this place has great flavors! They work really hard and their quickest to get your order out. Their Okinawa is my personal favorite. They have so much more to offer compared to the average boba place. I live about 30 minutes away from here, but it is so worth the drive. Every time I come, I try different flavors of slushes and teas and I'm never disappointed! The staff is the best! They're always greeting me with smiles. They're all so hardworking. Bobalicious is such a great place to chill out with friends on a hot day. Best boba shop in town! Everyone is so welcoming and always in a good mood when I walk in. Everything is really good. Their pan roll ice cream is delicious! My favorite is the strawberry yum yum. For the drink, I usually get a strawberry slush with boba and that was also very good!
