Have been here a couple times, both times have been okay. Came in today 08/01/19 at 6:40. Ordered 3 items, a smoothie, milk tea, and a mango, I was called up for 2 of my items and went back to ask about my other drink the cashier told me I should've ordered the drink when I ordered my other items when I specifically asked for it, i was not given a receipt and I am currently still waiting for it is now 7:16 never coming back again. and the correct way to have dealt with the complain wouldn't have been to tell someone to order the item when they ordered everything else, maybe try apologizing. They also made the milk tea wrong. read more

It was my first time coming to Bobalicious and from the start the two ladies that helped me were extremely friendly and welcoming. I ordered the hot Cheeto corn, the mangonada, and the mango and it was DELICIOUS! Even my mom who is extremely picky loved it. Totally recommend coming here! read more

Tried this place for the first time, yesterday, after stalking their Instagram for a few months... It was a little bit of a let down but I'd still come again. I got the strawberry yum yum ice cream and it was delicious. I'm usually not much of an ice cream person, but I ate it all. And I also got the small taro tea with boba. I wasn't impressed by it; I've had better, and didn't appreciate the fake powdery flavor. The overall atmosphere of the place is super cute and a great hang out spot. My only real complaints are there is no AC- Just a huge fan in the back of the room. And they don't list prices on the menu, so you don't know how much you're paying until you get the receipt. Went in there the other day , the girl's there seemed to have had a rough day or something, they're attitudes sucked, it was my first time there, had no help with the menu, they were almost completely out of everything, even boba!!! Excited to try a new boba tea place.. the place was cute but kind of empty looking. Not much by decoration around store or on the walls. There was decent options and some pastry. I got jackfruit milk tea, my sister got taro smoothie and my daughter got taro milk tea. We also got some macaroons and cassava pudding things. I was pretty disappointed.. for the most part it was ok but the flavor was so mute.. I could barely taste the jackfruit flavor nor the taro. We ordered a tamarind covered mango and apple, we also ordered 3 macaroons chocolate, raspberry and mocha (mocha was our favorite) my husband had a green apple slush(very refreshing) and I ordered a mocha with reg boba(not too sweet, which gives them extra points in my book) . Everything was great except the apple we couldn't even taste it. When we cut it up to share we noticed it was bad inside that's why they get 4 stars from us... First timers! Location: Near Hatch and Mitchell. Next to Sabaidee which is an also tasty place. It was nice inside. Spacious with plenty of seating for you to enjoy your treats. The menu had plenty to choose from, mostly drinks and some eats. The staff was friendly and the environment was chill. What we got: Two fruit teas (cold) and one banh mi. I've never had a fruit tea but I must say it was enjoyable. I like the fact that they add jelly, fruits and wasn't greedy about the portions that went into the tea. The banh mi was good although they should consider looking into get bread with better texture to compliment the deli and veggies. If I could rate 0/5 star I would. I've been coming here since they opened back In 2017. This used to be my favorite spot. But now this place has seriously increased in popularity & an attitude problem. I went in the other day for the first time in months with my boyfriend. We ordered our drinks but I was still looking at what to order because they had run out of the Thai tea. "Are you ready to order" was literally all I kept hearing. While two girls had gotten two larges. Of the same one I had ordered yet they were some how "out of tea" how ironic that they would be out of tea when there literally known for teas. "Milk teas" to be exact. But these two girls were rude. One of them was so focused in flirting with a customer that's why the orders were taking forever while the other one just stood there for a good while. We waited for our drinks while they were on the counter the whole time. I was watching them and they didn't budge to tell us they were our drinks because there was people in front of us. I waited and our "blended drinks" were more like water downed drinks. So I decided to call and the lady "Tina" with an attitude. Described them as one being Mexican & one being Asian. Said "I can't do anything if you don't tell me which one it is." Mind you I'm not sure which one was Mexican and which one was Asian. Because they probably could play off as sisters. I told her "the shorter one". She went about saying "they are both short" acting as stupid as the word dumbass. so I said "again the shorter one" because she was shorter she then said "there both the same size" I then said so your not going to do anything? She said "no I can't" I found this very interesting. Because 1 our drinks were shit. 2 the boba was so stuck together it made you not even want the drink. 3 the customer service was completely unacceptable. I'm sad that I'm even writing this review. But the lady on the phone "Tina" seemed to not give a shit. So why should I? Please bobashitlis if you could improve on your customer service & hire new people that would be great. And another thing I'm not coming for every person who works there at this point. Just the ones who worked on 3/27 around 8pm & Tina with an attitude. I don't lie about food places because I'm a foodie but when your as rude as Tina you ruin it for everyone. If voices could kill I would be 6 feet under. As for the drinks they got thrown away. And there not the cheapest place to go to. When we went back they were closed so yeah I couldn't get a refund that night. And when I called to complain Tina went all in. Protecting the employees with shit customer service won't do you any good Tina the ticking bomb. Try hearing people out. And actually offering them a better experience for next time. Thank you. First time i ordered a peach smoothie and mango boba and then they gave me a strawberry smoothie with these brown jellies and it was disgusting. Customer service is lacking. This was our first visit there and it took 25 minutes to get three things: honeydew slush, s'mores crepes, and vanilla ice cream without fruits. They showed lack of organization and competency when it came to customer service and providing a decent product. The honeydew slush was a bit sour. The s'mores crepe was diabetes in each bite. A crepe is a flat desert with filing. As for the vanilla ice cream, they lost our ticket and the girl that was doing the ice cream could careless. She ended up finishing the order after us which had three ice creams rather than interjecting our order since we were there prior.
