I place my order on the app, arrive when the food is supposed to be ready, actually enter the building, my order is hot and ready the overwhelming majority of the time or I wait the extra couple minutes (gasp!), I pay, open the box(es) before I exit the building for a quality check and then drive home. I don't think I've ever received the wrong food/toppings and the people there are always friendly. For $9, you can't expect or ask for much more, in my opinion.
