Columbia Tractor sells John Deere equipment from lawn mowers to large tractors. Service is very…read morefriendly and helpful. You can also try the equipment right on their premises before you buy. The real plus here is that they service what they sell. So if you buy the same John Deere product from say Home Depot or Lowes I would think you're stuck if you have a problem. Also John Deere fixes their prices so there is no price advantage in shopping at the large box stores although I have seen 10% off sales at Lowes on in stock items only. I bought a large riding lawnmower from them and they delivered it for free. One caution is that if you order accessories they don't tell you that they charge for shipping if it's not in stock and that can be expensive.

Two months later after I entered into a auto pay agreement Tractor Supply went into my bank account and started taking 3 & 4 times the payment amount I had setup! I called to complain and after they had made me tell the story 4 times I'm getting irritated they pass me over to some guy for me to tell it again so I went to my bank account and used my balance transfer I told this rude guy I'm paying off my account with Tractor Supply, without him saying anything he cancelled my account. One month later I was going through my banking I found out my perfect credit @ 760 was reduced to 640 because Tractor Supply had hit me with late fees, when they closed my account my balance transfer never went finished the payoff . Tractor Supply is still sticking it to me 3 months later with late fees my balance transfer is waiting for TSC to accept but they will not because my account was closed. DO NOT LET THEM SUCK YOU INTO THEIR SCAMS OF FINANCING!

So I did. The message I got when I called was "leave a message". There were people inside by the cars parked there. They were obviously open, but doors locked. So naturally, I knocked on the door (being the call for an appointment was "leave a message," and I'm already parked right there). Eventually, a guy comes out, rudy pushes the door open, and walks past me. I thought, wow! This guy is a mad customer or something. I'm just staring at him, asking myself what was that was all about. The guy stops about 10 feet away from me, spins around (never once looking at me in the eye), and says, "we talk out here!". "Didn't you read the sign to call?" I told him I DID call and got an I call you back message, and I thought if I knocked, I would get to speak to someone, even if 6' away. I was inquiring about what equipment they had for sale. I felt like an idiot and like a child being scolded. Yikes. Hmm. I am not returning there for another round of that!

I brought a hydraulic cylinder in to have it repaired because oil was leaking all over and I was…read morequoted around $200 but unfortunately when I went to pick up the cylinder it was $295 Which I was disappointed but I thought I would live with it So I came back home and installed it and it started leaking so I called up browns northside and they told me the shaft must've been pitted I said no it looks fine there is no pits so he instructed me that I could bring it back in after I was through using machinery so after I was done I uninstalled the Cylinder again and brought it back into them and after a few days later they told me the shaft was bent I asked Shouldn't that of been checked, they replied the shaft was so slight that it wasn't noticeable my thoughts were how long would it have taken to put a straight edge on it. So I asked if they were willing to work with me on installing a new shaft and since I've already paid for the labor once And they told me they would and so I asked how much would a new chrome shaft cost, they replied around $60 I said that sounds great so my reply I said go ahead and do it. Well when I went in to pick it up they wanted $255 so like a good little lad I sucked it up and paid for it, keep in mind bobcat of Spokane Has a brand new cylinder for $666 and I paid out $550 but unfortunately the bushings on the ends of the cylinder that I have are bad, so I would been better off going to Bobcat of Spokane for a brand new one or finding one cheaper especially if I would've known that the shaft was bent to begin with this is my two cents
