Drone Boston has since moved on to work with another brokerage which is in direct competition with my firm. There was a job that was done incorrect and I was assured that I would be refunded by the owner Gene of Drone Boston. This has been dragging on since December 2019. I have made multiple attempts to contact Gene for months now to no avail. I have left countless messages and his admin advised me that I will need to speak directly with him to resolve the issue.
