BEWARE!!!!!! This guy and his business are veryyy corrupt!! Him and his female partner started hooking up my mothers car to the tow truck, she saw them in the process and started screaming and crying not to tow her. She was parked in a private property for 2 businesses but the sign was on the other side of the parking lot, it was not visible to a person from where she parked (I will be going to the businesses to bitch about that also). They said to pay them $100.00 CASH ONLY and they won't bring it to the impound.. not having the cash on her and them not allowing her to pay by credit card or check she had to go to the atm. When I spoke to Bobby about this situation he tried lying and saying that the car was completely hooked up and 3/4 out of the parking lot (and that's why the charged her).. this was not true, they did not have the car completely hooked up!! He also told me that the reason why they knew to tow it is because they went into the businesses to see if the owner of the car was in either business.. I could understand a little more if one of the two businesses called about it but thats not the case they were just looking for something to do and MONEY!!! He told my mom that the receipt he will write for her will allow her to get her money back from her ins company because it will look like it was broken down, im sure the ins company will love this corrupt business also! So disgusted with this business and how they handled this situation with my mother who is very sweet and innocent and can't stick up for herself. They should have understood that where the sign was placed is very hard to see and should try to fix that to help innocent people. Watch out for Mcdonalds in Poughkeepsie, this company works for them and has been window booting people's cars, happened to my girlfriends daughter after she went and got food from McDonald's, she walked away to the store next to Mcdonalds for less than 2 mins for vape juice and came back with the boot.. they charged us 275 and while cops was there, the tow company was booting other windows and having arguments with them. Police said you can cut the window off not damaging there equipment but have to tow the car your in back to your house. Very crooked group of people working out of a dump in Poughkeepsie... they lurk around McDonalds on Main St in Pok and if you walk on the other side of the fence by the deli they run over and slap a boot on your car. So don't try to say hello to somebody on the street while at McDonalds they'll get you. They are obviously desperate for business. CASH only... and if you don't have $85 in your pocket they'll tow you to their dump on Smith St.... and then charge you $366+ for the tow. Stay away from McDonalds Pok and Main St that area in general. A sad group of derilicts that feed on the vulnerable in our town. EVERYTHING the other reviewers said is true. Bobby Scores is a crook. Charges double the legal limit, makes sure you can't get your car till the next day so he can charge a $60 storage fee, and promised a rental car company, before multiple witnesses, that he would make sure it would be nearly impossible for them to get their vehicles back. This guy was in criminal court for illegally booting cars in Poughkeepsie. He has been in court so many times on so many matters it's incredible. I was told he's had 32 employees quit on him in 3 years. Wonder why-maybe he never paid them. I was also told he can't talk without yelling and swearing. He's a crook and a nut!
