Still under warranty, but they won't come and repair it. After many calls all we get is the run around. Our claim is " being reviewed" by the repair dept. Don't REVIEW IT- come and fix the damn machine. So while we wait and wait we have to pay to go to a laundry mat. So done with them and their terrible customer service. When you spend over a $1000 on a washer it should work more than 12 months, and if it breaks should be repaired quickly.

The installers arrived on time and were somehow able to install both washer and dryer into our tiny "closet" utility room, which previously had a stacker type of washer/dryer from 1985. We have had no trouble at all with either unit - both installed perfectly and running beautifully (every day since purchase!). The installers were professional and personable, and we could tell this work was something they had a lot of experience with. This past week we were helped on the showroom floor by Deb, who advised us on our options replacing our microwave, gave us the pluses and minuses of various models, and we picked the perfect one for us. Again, the installers (different pair of guys) were on time, professional, friendly, and only took a few minutes to install - amazing! Both pairs of installers called beforehand to give us the heads-up, which we really appreciate. We will return for a new fridge and range soon!

Mr. Short provides a good estimate at a fair price, but goes above & beyond what is expected. I would not hesitate to recommend Short Service to family, friends, neighbors, etc. I am very pleased with the outcome of this service call, given that it was an oven that had not worked in almost 2 years. We were using a smaller wall oven, and I expected this to be a complex & costly repair, and it just wasn't.
