I had lost every key to my travel trailer and was completely locked out. I was expecting the worst, but Miguel immediately put me at ease. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. He got me back into my trailer quickly, without damaging anything. It's rare to find someone who combines great technical skills with exceptional customer service. Miguel kept me informed throughout the process, treated me with respect, and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. If you need RV service or help with a lock issue, I highly recommend asking for Miguel at Giant RV. Honest, friendly, and efficient service like this is hard to find. Thank you again, Miguel!

We purchased a brand-new 2025 Winnebago Adventurer from Giant RV in December 2025, expecting years…read moreof enjoyable travel and camping. Instead, our brand-new motorhome has spent the majority of its first seven months of ownership in repair facilities, making this one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we've ever had. During more than seven months of ownership, we've only been able to use our motorhome for approximately six weeks. The rest of the time, it has been out of service at either Giant RV's Wildomar service department or a Ford dealership undergoing repairs. Our motorhome is currently at Giant RV, where it has been for three months awaiting warranty repairs. Unfortunately, this isn't the first extended repair visit--it's simply the latest in a long series of mechanical and warranty issues. Since purchasing the coach, we've experienced major problems including: * Transmission failure requiring complete replacement * Brake, rotor, and drum replacement due to reversing issues * Macerator failure that made it impossible to empty the black tank * Refrigerator malfunction * Generator and fuel sensor problems * Holding tank sensor failures that caused the toilet and generator to stop functioning while camping * House battery, relay switch, and battery replacement issues * Interior coach computer displaying inaccurate tank, water, waste, and fuel levels * Additional warranty repairs still awaiting approval and parts While we understand that mechanical problems can happen with any RV, what has been far more disappointing has been Giant RV's customer service. Communication has been extremely poor. We have repeatedly had to leave multiple voicemails just to receive a status update. Numerous messages left for both Dan Vasquez and Service Manager John Meyke went unanswered, and we often had to call several times before receiving any information. On one occasion, after leaving four voicemails over the course of a week, the only response we received was that they were short-staffed and hadn't been able to return our calls. We also emailed Giant RV owner Frankie Baruti in hopes of resolving our concerns, but we have never received a response. Throughout this process, we've received inconsistent explanations regarding warranty approvals, parts availability, and repair timelines. We understand that warranty approvals and parts delays are not always within the dealership's control. However, keeping customers informed, returning phone calls, and providing honest updates absolutely are. Instead of enjoying our new motorhome, we've experienced: * More than seven months of ownership with only about six weeks of actual use * Multiple lengthy repair visits, including the current three-month stay at Giant RV * Numerous canceled camping trips * Monthly RV payments on a coach we rarely get to use * Five months of storage fees * Hundreds of miles driving to repair facilities * Significant fuel and travel expenses * Countless hours spent making phone calls, sending emails, and chasing basic status updates Buying a new RV should be exciting--not exhausting. We genuinely hope Giant RV and Winnebago ultimately resolve these issues because we simply want the reliable motorhome we paid for and the level of customer service that should accompany the purchase of a new RV. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend Giant RV's Wildomar service department. If you're considering purchasing an RV from Giant RV, don't just research the sales process--research the dealership's service department and warranty support as well. The true test of a dealership begins after the sale.

Since things got better and we are now satisfied with the assistance we received from Corporate GM Mike J On Friday June 5th I received a call from Corporate GM Mike. Mike came across my review and decided to call me because no one had made him or any member of management aware or our situation we were dealing with. Immediately Mike apologized for the terrible customer service we were provided at this location and assured he would do whatever it took to make things right. I advised Mike we were going to drive the trailer back to Giant RV's shop in Wildomar and leave it there for them to deal with it. Mike went out and met us there in person and explained he wanted to make sure we redeemed for our experience. Starting with the reimbursement of gas spent from Yuma to Murrieta and the refund of the cover we purchased to protect the trailer from further damage. The trailer was fixed and also delivered to us in Yuma. In addition he added an accessory for our trailer. Mike went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Most importantly what satisfied us the most is that Mike assure me there are new policies in place to make sure no other customer goes ignored and unheard. Especially when purchases are made during a weekend, Mike assures there will always be someone to assist in case of any urgent matter. Thank you Mike, We appreciate we appreciate you assistance and delivery

The owner at Temecula Valley RV (TVRV) identified as Rhonda claims this company is very customer…read moreorientated with open communication and stands behind their work. Well, here's my experience. After waiting about a month for an appointment I dropped my RV off at TVRV on 9/3/2025 for an adjustment of my bedroom slide which was out of alignment, uncentered and askew and contacting the RV's slide frame causing slight damage (See pics). My RV was returned to me on 9/18/2025 and after inspection of the slide alignment I immediately noticed the slide was not nicely centered which I expected, I reluctantly accepted the work and paid TVRV $780.00. We used our RV 9/27 through 10/5/2025. Sometime while we were traveling I noticed the slide was not closing correctly and upon inspection of the slide I observed it closing in exactly the same off centered and askew manor as it did prior to leaving my RV for repair at TVRV on 9/3/2025. Disappointed, I called my service advisor to complain about my slide not being correctly repaired. I believe I was told the slide technician is not at TVRV very often and is incredibly busy when he is and that I would get a call from my service advisor to schedule a slide adjustment, a second time, sometime in the near future. So I waited for my service advisor to call back which never came. Nothing but crickets so I called TMRV two more times on 10/27 and 11/17/2025, trying to facilitate the repair, and I was told by my service advisor the same story as before along the lines of the tech is not here often and is busy but don't worry I've got you covered and we'll call you. On 12/1/2025, after two more weeks of crickets from TVRV I wondered if I could be being scammed by TVRV so I reluctantly disputed $780.00 for TVRV's work on my RV via my credit card. Since initiating the dispute there's been nothing but crickets from TVRV. I thought I'd at least get an email, phone call or text from someone at TVRV questioning why I had disputed the charge. Two weeks later in mid-December I contacted my service advisor one more time to let him know I had disputed TVRV's charge of $780.00. I asked him to schedule an appointment to get my slide properly adjusted...he told me "we've got you covered" and he'd get back to me and let me know when I could bring it in, yeah right. Crickets as of this writing on 2/3/2026. It's obvious TVRV does not have the technical expertise or personnel to properly adjust an RV slide. I don't know why they just didn't tell me they couldn't properly complete the slide alignment on 9/3/2025. At this point, I have to disagree with Rhonda's claim that TVRV is customer oriented with open communication and standing behind their work. While shopping at TVRV's Parts/Accessory Store on several occasions since 9/3/2025, I have noticed political messages on at least one of the office doors adjoining the store. Politics are fine at the right time and place but I don't think it's appropriate for a retail store to display political messaging where the public sees it. That's my own opinion and observation and since this is not my business, TMRV certainly has the right to make political statements if they choose even if those statements are offensive to others and don't make much business sense to most business owners. The question is, are politics worth losing business and offended customers over? I think TVRV can and should do better, therefore I'm posting this review hoping to see improvement. Rhonda's Response TVRV Why didn't you post a negative review that I could respond to for the public to see? It's hard to argue with facts and truth! Are you embarrassed of what truths I have to say? Say anything that's true about me but don't slander me. I am not going to go into any defensive remarks about our work, it will do nothing for someone like you! I wrote this review to inform and show others about TVRV's work ethic. Pictures tell a thousand words don't they? We know that we are good and honest people and you are the type that will never be satisfied as I can see in all of your negative reviews of different establishments. Honest? Okay maybe? Honestly, I've written only five (5) negative reviews on Yelp, that's it!! I've visited hundreds of Temecula businesses with competent owners and without any issues. You were not happy with us in 2023 and you came back in 2025 and still not happy. Why did you return? Original review was removed because I was giving TVRV a second chance to earn my business but TVRV chose to string me along and drop the ball! In-between 2023 and 2025 I did have one really good experience at TVRV, I thought they had improved. I guess not. I will however remark on the sign on MY door! When did the 1st amendment become not okay for a business owner!! I LOVE our President and am proud of it! If someone does not want to visit our business because of my beliefs in our Commander in Chief or that I am a God loving Patriot, than that is their choice.
