Came here recently for our wedding anniversary and what an experience! Firstly had no trouble making a reservation. I was a bit bummed that we made our reservation days prior but when we got there we would've had to wait for a lakeside table. So we ended up not sitting lakeside due to the wait. Regardless, still a great experience. Our waiters name was Eggy and he was AMAZING. So kind and personable, knowledgeable of the menu, and just on it. Fast and friendly service. The food was also incredible. The jumbo shrimp cocktail was so tasty! The crab cake was perfection. And the lobster bisque was also pretty good. Entrees- I got the clam linguine. Soooo tasty. Loved every bite of that. My husband got the risotto with the sea bass, shrimp, and I think it was scallops? I forgot exactly but his was so good I would definitely get that next time. He also got a seafood pasta I forgot the name of but it was also really yummy. Lastly we got the baked Alaska. This was okay. It was fun to watch but it burned quickly and had an off taste. Definitely will be back to try more of the menu and hopefully sit lakeside next time! Oh also my espresso martini! To die for!

Had a lovely lunch at Boccaccio's today. Freddy was our amazing and professional server. We started with margaritas and bread. My wife had the chicken marsala Toscana and I had the Dover sole. The ambiance was amazing at lakefront and the food delicious. The service, environment and food was quite good. Highly recommended

Another amazing experience at Boccaccio! This has become one of our favorite restaurants in the area. The lake views are absolutely beautiful, the service is always warm and attentive, and the food is consistently excellent. The crab cakes and lobster bisque are the stars of the show and are a must-order every time we visit. That said, everything we've tried has been delicious. The portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh, and you can tell they take pride in every dish. If you're looking for a restaurant with great food, outstanding service, and a beautiful setting, Boccaccio never disappoints. We'll definitely be back!

Boccaccio's has an absolutely beautiful location with stunning views, which is what initially drew us in. I was expecting to be impressed, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. The service was underwhelming from the start. Simple requests, like asking for straws, had to be repeated multiple times, and overall attentiveness was lacking. One thing that was particularly disappointing was that we visited during lunch and asked if the kitchen could make the beef stroganoff from the dinner menu for three people. The restaurant was not busy, but the request was declined. While I understand menus and kitchen policies exist, a little flexibility would have gone a long way. As for the food, it was just average. We ordered the French dip, which lacked flavor and wasn't particularly memorable. The Caesar salad was good. Surprisingly, the desserts were better than the entrées and were the highlight of the meal. The scenery and ambiance are definitely worth noting, but based on our experience, the food and service didn't live up to the beautiful setting.

Hello Friends and Fellow Foodies, Five Stars All The Way!+ I have to say, these days it's becoming harder and harder to find a restaurant that delivers both outstanding food and exceptional service. Too often, one or the other falls short. However, my experience yesterday at Bocaccio's on the Lake in Westlake Village was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The service was outstanding the moment we walked through the door. We were seated immediately, and within minutes, the staff had brought fresh water with lemon, warm bread, butter, olive oil, vinegar, and Parmesan cheese. The attention to detail and level of hospitality were impressive. Our server was friendly, attentive, professional, and provided excellent service throughout the entire meal. As for the food, it was simply phenomenal. I ordered the Beef Stroganoff Pasta, which featured tender filet mignon and an incredibly rich, flavorful sauce. In all honesty, it was the best beef stroganoff pasta I have ever had. The side of sour cream elevated the dish even further and brought everything together perfectly. We also ordered the Chicken Parmesan, served with spaghetti and meat sauce. The chicken was cooked perfectly, and the flavors were outstanding. It was a classic Italian dish executed exceptionally well. Since we weren't drinking alcohol that day, we ordered the Passion Fruit Iced Tea. It was refreshing, delicious, and beautifully presented with fresh orange slices. A perfect complement to the meal. To top it all off, the weather was gorgeous, the lake views were stunning, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The pricing was also very fair by today's standards. The Beef Stroganoff was around $28, and the Chicken Parmesan was approximately $32--both excellent values considering the quality of the food, service, and dining experience. Overall, Bocaccio's delivered one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. Great food, outstanding service, beautiful scenery, and reasonable prices. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience in Westlake Village, I highly recommend giving Bocaccio's a visit. Five stars all the way. -- Jerome

A nice quiet local spot that feels like a quick getaway with it being on a lake. You get a nice peaceful water view with your meal. The portion sizes of their plates are huge. I saw a chicken parm come out and it looked big enough for 2 or more. Drinks are great and servers let you sample new seasonals sometimes.

Steak fries, served perfectly. Medium rare.

Been to Boccaccio's several times. Love the view and food selection. Don't know why it always pisses me off when I get the handheld credit card machine the waiter always selects the 25% tip selection right when he gives me the machine and stands right there so he can see me hit approve and sign. Yes, I can choose the 20% but still, he should not be hitting the 25%. Service was good but not great. I rather give the 25%+ to the chef cause the food was delicious. I went there this past weekend and had the following: Steak and Fries - cooked perfectly - Medium Rare. juicy and tender Spaghetti Primavera - very tasty Cesar Salad with Chicken - Definitely my favorite, lots of tasty tender chicken. I need to make an effort to go more often, especially the summer for lunch to view the beautiful lake.

There is nothing as beautiful as sundown at Boccaccio's! Vivid colors, cool breezes and electric boats silently cruising by! Add to to the incredible ambience amazing food and you have Boccaccio! My favorites? Fried Calamari Eggplant Parmigiana Chilean Seabass And for dessert, Baked Alaska! Try to sit as close to the water as you can and enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!

I came here with my family for lunch. We were seated pretty quickly. And they brought us out our waters and bread shortly after we were sat down. We shared Burrata Caprese which was good. My pasta was yummy. I'm a vegetarian while my party was not. I had no trouble eating here. It was so nice to sit outside on the lake. Good environment. I would definitely come back. And dog friendly!

What a great experience! We came out for Valentine's Day weekend and expected it to be very busy, but luckily it wasn't bad at all. My boyfriend made reservations, which definitely helped. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted nicely and seated right away. We decided to sit outside because they have a beautiful view of the lake, and the outdoor heaters made it perfect for dinner. The patio looks so pretty with lots of seating and chandeliers running through the middle, making it feel very nice and fancy. The service was amazing. Our waiter took great care of us, answered all our questions, and gave us the best food recommendations. For appetizers, we ordered the clams. They were okay--not my favorite, but not terrible either. They were marinated in a lemon sauce but were lacking a little flavor. For the main course, I couldn't decide between the lobster ravioli and the seafood soup. I asked our waiter what he recommended, and he said the lobster ravioli--and when I say it didn't disappoint, I MEAN THAT. It was one of the best raviolis I've had in a long time. So creamy and flavorful, I would come back just for that dish. My boyfriend ordered his usual ribeye steak with potatoes. The steak was cooked perfectly and very tender. I do wish it came with mashed potatoes instead of roasted potatoes, but it was still good. At the end, we got the dessert menu, and how could I say no? We ordered the crème brûlée, and wow--it was one of the best I've ever had. I can't wait to come back again. Strongly recommend!

From the moment we sat down, the entire experience was exceptional. First and foremost, Santi and Paul, the bartenders, were absolutely terrific. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly elevated the entire evening. The food was outstanding from start to finish. We began with the zucchini appetizer, followed by the Angus beef meatballs, both of which were excellent and full of flavor. We then had the Caesar salad, which was perfectly prepared and very fresh. For our main courses, we ordered the Dover sole and the eggplant parmesan, and both dishes were absolutely fantastic. The quality, flavor, and preparation of the food were truly impressive and made for a very satisfying dinner. One of the things that made the evening extra special was sitting at the bar and being surrounded by great guests. The environment was lively, positive, and filled with good conversation and laughter. It was one of those nights where everything just comes together -- great food, excellent service, wonderful people, and an overall great vibe. If you're looking for delicious Italian food, fantastic service, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere, Tuscany is definitely the place to go. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our evening and will absolutely be back. Highly recommended.

We were attending a celebration of life not far from this amazing restaurant and since we were dressed up I felt like enjoying dinner out and remembering what my co worker mentioned I thought let's do it. My co worker and fellow paisan was so right and why the hell did I wait years to try this place. We were seated at a 2 top set up very elegantly and our server David was quick to greet us and fill us in on the nightly specials and his favorite dishes. We started with a Aperol Spritz and a Lemoncello Spritz (by the way Rustico makes the Lemoncello in house). Great start to cleanse our palate, complimenting the bruschetta and I have to say I haven't had anything better than their bruschetta short of our trips to Italy. I went with several nightly specials such as the grilled octopus and calamari salad, very tasty and incredibly prepared. Followed by the Almond crusted Sole, my wife enjoyed the house made tortellini in a light cream and pancetta sauce. David our server was very attentive not only to just our table but the nearby tables as well, friendly smiling and so helpful, an important quality in a server rarely found these days.
