Next day, it's squealing louder than I've ever heard before. Called a few days later, like, "How is my Jeep worse today, than it was when I brought it in?" The explanation WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING, was "You might need a new bearing in one of the pulleys!" This was AFTER the courtesy check they're supposed to do when installing a new part. After I said no to the $2K tires they recommended, no to the oil change, no to transmission and transfer case fluid change the final $1300 bill with a bundled Fuel System Cleaning that I didn't ask for, I now have another problem I didn't have before. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK! Try to stay local, and end up like this. I will never go back to a Firestone!

The M40 is a high performance car and requires a specific type of coolant made by BMW and the washer fluid I use is different. I had to have the components power washed to remove the spillage from the engine bay to stop the burning oil smell blowing through my vents. Oil levels were reported as dangerously low when I had my car looked at too. So did the oil leak out the bottom? Cost me almost 400$ to have this negligence corrected by the dealership. I don't understand what happened. The situation translates as carelessness.
