For example, I could have availed myself of some Ropa Vieja (shredded beef) with hunks of boiled cassava (Yuca) alongside. A nice big hunk of roast pork (Lechon Asado) or, indeed, one of their whole fish preparations also sounded incredibly tasty. But as it turns out, I decided to focus on one their less-discussed specialties, Cuban-style pizza.
