Service was lacking. No one greeted us. Walked to bar, and bartender pointed to a table for us to sit. The menu is extensive. Ambiance is nice. I ordered the stuffed eggplant...it was EXCELLENT. The food came to us piping hot. The macaroni and cheese (I sampled) was too salty for my taste. Had to ask for refill on water. The guy never came to ask if all was well or if we needed anything. He had to be hunted down to even pay the tab. He was out FRONT smoking a cigarette. Not a good look. I would go back just for the food. My complements to the chef. ‍

Came back to Cleveland and I just had to visit one of my favorite places in Coventry! Bodega always brings back fond memories and the food does not disappoint! This was the first time i ever dined in... normally I get takeout. I went with my family and I'm only sad I didn't get to try everything I know and love! We started off with drinks and apps. We got the strawberry basil, Mojito, and pineapple ginger martinis. All three were delicious! We also got crab croquettes and calamari. Oh my goodness. The crab croquette was spicy, soft, and perfectly fried on the outside! Jam packed full of flavor and larger in size than any crab cake you can get. The calamari was fried to perfection and so tender! Definitely must tries. For entrees, we got the lobster risotto, Mediterranean seafood pasta, ribeye, filet mignon, and braised short rib. The steaks were both over cooked... we asked for medium rare for the ribeye and medium for the filet, and we got medium and well done respectively. The filet still melted like butter bc that cut tastes amazing even if it's over cooked. The other 3 dishes lacked in enough salt this night, and That would be my only critiques. The lobster risotto is a classic and a must try in my opinion! The braised short rib was large in quantity, and the Mediterranean seafood pasta had a LOT of cheese so be prepared for that! I've gotten food from bodega enough to know that they normally don't overcook their steak and skimp on the salt... but for the purpose of this review I had to dock them a star for that. Aside from the dishes we got that night, one of my absolute favorites are the lamb lollipops and the duck entree! SO GOOD!

A cute cozy spot. The food was very tasty. Service on point. I also loved the Salmon Bites. Will definitely return.

The vibes here at bodega are amazing. If the weather is nice out I definitely recommend that you sit outside at their patio. The patio is completely covered and is blocked off, so you are safe from mosquitoes and any wind or sun. The food here is very Well cooked an extremely flavorful; however, the reason why this got a three star review is because of the slow service. We ordered drinks which took about 10 minutes for it to come out, but I was OK with this because the bar was looking pretty busy that night that I was there. The food took almost 45 minutes to be served to us. Our server was extremely polite and attentive, but the long wait for the food made it a slightly sour experience. I would still recommend that you come here to try their restaurant, but hopefully their service is not always this slow. The calamari and steak were an excellent choice - both had so much flavour and the steak was slightly over cooked but the quality of the steak was great so it was soft and juicy even though it was Cooked to a medium well. The crispy calamari Was not to over fried and the seasoning on it was very tasty. The stuffed salmon is not a bad choice either but I probably would go with another option instead. The crab stuffing is not anything special and I found it actually took away from the salmon itself. I probably would have liked the salmon more if there was not any crab stuffed in it. There is free parking available on the streets near the restaurant after a certain time. There isn't really a convenient parking lot nearby to park for free.

I went here on a Friday night, and it was not super packed, which I liked because it's in a busy part of town. The food was good, but be aware the kitchen is small, so there was a wait time of about 30-40min for food, the ambiance was great.

Used a Groupon. Had reservations but they appeared to have some room for 2 on a Sunday evening anyway. Immediately greeted by very fishy smell permeating entire restaurant. Cocktail list uninspired and basic and disappointing and overpriced. The bouillabaisse was chock full of scallops, mussels, and some shrimp on a not too greasy tomato chunky broth. It was wonderful! The server did a good job of removing the sugar from my drink but they were entirely out of cachaca so I couldn't get a caipirinha like I wanted.

Awesome ambiance and great drinks to pair with a very well made meal. Lamb was perfectly cooked and came out in great time. Bar service could've been better, especially for a Wednesday evening with not many guest. Drinks still came out awesome but she could've been more attentive.

Great food and service been there a few times and is always nice the food was amazing i ordered the 3 meals for 52$ and for the quality and quantity of the food was really worth it with for my meal i had the stuffed salmon absolutely my favorite so far and honey glazed wings and i got a cheesecake drinks weren't included but that was fine and gratuity was automatically taken out so i spent about 80 on my full meal great date night place or like us i just went for a girls lunch that turned to dinner because of all the amazing choices they don't hover over you and they will honestly only take about 15-20 mins for your food to come out the most underrated black owned restaurant in town you should honestly stop by if you have a chance I've never been there since management changed but i feel as though as business picks up and more people start going I'm gonna end up being a regular soon

One Pot is excellent, the food is high quality, the decor is exceptional and the experience is all kinds of fun. Prices are reasonable, $20 at lunch and $30 at dinner for all you can eat. Service is great, the food comes out quickly and they pay attention to the little things, clearing extra dishes, replacing the grill cover, refilling the fluid in the hot pot. If you haven't done this before the food comes out raw and you cook it yourself at the table either on the grill in the center of the table or in the boiling pot in front of you. Cooking the food can have a bit of a learning curve and different food can be easier or harder to get right, but even so most of the food comes out great. Some of the proteins come out premarinated, others can be enhanced with the sauces, oils and seasonings at the back bar area. The protein choices include meats, chicken and seafood, there are a nice variety of vegetables, rice and in the hot pot noodles and various dumplings. I really need to call out the decor; One Pot has a great Korean pop art style that is amazing. My friend Dan did a trip to Korea this spring and he said that it really reminded him of being in Korean. If you want to have a great high protein meal that is fun and a bit of an adventure I would highly recommend giving One Pot a try. Previous review: I finally got to try One Pot for a Friday lunch and boy did I enjoy myself. One Pot is located in Coventry Village in a free standing building next to the parking garage. From the outside One Pot looks upscale and conservative, that changes as soon as you walk in the door, the front alcove has a giant silver spaceman and multicolor bears plus plenty of chrome. Inside you get even more of the Pop art bears along with other great décor touches; this would be a great stop before or after going to the Murakami exhibit at the Art Museum. One Pot offers a choice of either all you can eat Korean BBQ or Hot Pot. The menu is clear and allows you to choose what you want with pictures to assist. I choose the BBQ even though I was a bit limited with only the fish, seafood and vegetables. The tables are all set up with receptacles for the hot pots in front of each seat and a grill in the middle of the table. Ordering was easy and they also have QR codes that allow you to order directly on your phone. The food comes out incredibly quickly, of course no cooking is necessary to slow things down. The grill on my table took a bit of time to get heated up, but once it did I was ready to go. The actual cooking is fun and easy, you place your food on the grill, keep an eye on it, flip it over and when ready you take it off and eat the fresh, hot food. I stuck mainly to the proteins: garlic shrimp, giant shrimp, spicy calamari, spicy fish and mussels. I did also get some eggplant, oyster mushrooms, sweet potato and white rice. There are a couple of little buffets with sauces, toppings, kim chi and some daikon and jalapenos. I went through quite a bit of shrimp, calamari and fish all of which were great. Among the best were the garlic shrimp, the spicy calamari, the jumbo shrimp, eggplant and mushroom. A couple of things to note, the giant shrimp were excellent, but they do come still in the shell and with the head on, not a big deal for me, but some people could be grossed out; I could not get the sweet potato to cook properly on the grill, just a bit disappointing. As a Korean place I was also a bit disappointed that the banchan (side dish) selection was so limited, but that is just nit picking. I do have to shout out the service, it was attentive and helpful, without being rushed. One Pot is a great experience and it is great to go to an AYCE place and have delicious high-quality food yet still not feeling overstuffed. The décor is outstanding, the menu is clear and concise. Despite the grills in the table I never felt overheated or had any issue with smoke from the food cooking. Really well thought out all the way around. While not inexpensive One Pot is a good value for what you get. I will be going back both to try the hot pot selection and to do the Korean BBQ again. This is your place on the East Side if you want some great Korean BBQ or just feel like protein loading. Get yourself to Coventry and enjoy.

A Korean bbq and hot pot combo spot. Got booth seating and…read morereg table seating. Some of the booth seats are worn and you'll just sink into it. Did the kbbq for dinner. They don't put a cap to what you can order per round, but just make sure it's an amount you can finish. Beef brisket and tongue were some of my favorite. The pork belly was good but one of them was like American bacon almost. The steak was like a 4 oz steak so order per person. They also have a sauce bar that you grab sauces and kimchi for kbbq. Not bad, down to try the hotpot next time.

We were one of two couples in the restaurant at the time of service so it's not like they were swamped with orders. My seafood risotto came out within 10 minutes of ordering which I thought was oddly quick service for a sit down restaurant. It was boiling hot, it absolutely was microwaved. The "risotto" was clumpy with a flavorless, watery sauce/broth that seemed to be poured over it. The seafood portion was completely overcooked. On top of that, an only slightly opened mussel was served on my plate. Even if it was safe to eat, that is completely unappetizing and questionable to see. My partner ordered the Gorgonzola ravioli which were very clearly store bought. This place had really great reviews and I can't imagine why. The menu gives the impression that this is very true, authentic Italian, and they decline any alterations to your order. I guess that's fine, the only thing I wish I could alter is the past because I would go back in time and choose not to go here.
