As we were walking down the street to figure out dinner, we chanced upon Bodegar Wines and Tapas. Upon request for the a table for 2, we discovered that this place is actually a 3-in-1. The menu from Di Zucherro, 1950 Condado and Bodegar Wines and Tapas were all included. We had the option to choose from any of the menus. The rooftop seating was very enjoyable on a pleasant evening such as yesterday. We got The China Doll and Agave Margarita for our drinks along with calamari and bruschetta. I loved my drink and calamari was delicious. The bruschetta wasn't the best but enjoyable. For our mains we got pasta primavera in pesto sauce and it came loaded with vegetables which I loved. It was a little bit salty and we couldn't go through it a whole lot. Service was nice. The server checked on us a few times and the wait time for food wasn't as long as some of the other places we have been to. Loved the decor and the rooftop experience.

Wow this is interesting: one kitchen for three restaurants. We sat o. The second floor to watch the crowd. The staff was mostly new but were eager to please. Nice! We were drink and app skipping through town. Atmosphere was really nice and watching the passing crowd and traffic was perfect. The cocktails were fun. The China Doll is really special with its mix of botanist gin with an island flare of coconut and lime. Worth a try! The bubbly rose was refreshing. Definitely a place to hang. Food was good.

I was out walking in the area on Thursday afternoon May 26th where I came across a wine bar. It's a part of another restaurant, but the actual wine didn't open up until 4pm. I only came there for wine which first time I ordered half glass if Chardonnay. When, I seen how low the half glass was, and I asked the Server is that how it's suppose to be. Then, customers on my other side ordered Chardonnay, and they actual had a half glass of Chardonnay. I did love the Chardonnay decided to buy a full glass of that Chardonnay. I love the atmosphere of the restaurant wine bar, the staff members very helpful, clean restaurant and more importantly restaurant offers some great selections of wine.

This spot has a good ambiance. However, don't sit outside because your drinjs and menus will go flying in the wind!

El Vino Crudo - Beetroot ice cream and olive oil cake

It's a cozy little restaurant that was perfect for our recent short stay in Old San Juan. I was impressed with the wine list, which featured sparkling, white, orange, rose, and red options by the glass and of course a more extensive list of bottles. I opted for two different sparkling options, a Pineau d'Aunis (rose) from the Loire Valley (strawberry notes) and a Verdeca (white) from Puglia (melon, white flowers). I drink a lot of wine and have never heard of these grapes at all, so they were fun to check out and delicious to boot. We also tried a number of different bites. They were all good, but these were the most memorable: Apio gnocchi - delightfully pillowy and nutty Dulce de papaya and prosciutto - lightly sweet and savory all at once. This might be an even better version of the more popular prosciutto and melon dish. Partamra olive oil cake - so lemony and moist Beet ice cream - this was wild! For sure my first time trying beet ice cream. It was barely sweet and had a very thick, almost custard-like texture. Special shout out to the staff, who were all so nice and chill and knowledgeable.

I had an awesome palate experience. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. We tried…read morealmost all the entrees

I never had a bad drink here out of the two nights and many drinks had. The layout is amazing with multiple rooms, bars, and DJs. Anything from techno, pop mixes, to latin. On a Friday we had a short line at 10:30 and it was packed.

One room, the main area had salsa, dancing, and music and eventually at 9:30 PM a live salsa band came on. That was a whole lot of fun however it was very crowded. The second room had a nice house music going on. There was a bar and a DJ and it was not as busy as the main area was. And the third room was the bar that leads to the outside called La Cubanita, which was playing mellow lounge music with a tropical beat. The food at La Factoria was definitely overrated and just OK. I did not think it was worth the price and I probably would not eat there again. None of us really liked what we ordered, but we ate it because well... We were hungry. They do offer a wide range of beverages from your standard beer, wine, and top shelf brands, however, they are known for their own concoctions. All of the drinks we ordered were delicious. Overall, we had fun, and it was not too pricey for the beverages. I don't think that I would ever go again, especially not later in the week as it is so busy, and we went on a Monday and we were dancing cheek to cheek!!! Enjoy!
