This review is SPECIFICALLY for Moses. I came in like a week ago with nip piercings that were done by another shop. The other shop gave me bars that left NO room for swelling so they were embedded horribly and were causing me the worst pain. I almost took them out because i couldnt stand it especially since when i went back to the OG piercer, she said they looked totally fine and that "this was supposed to happen" .... Well Moses was so extremely sweet and understanding and was able to get them changed to something longer. He suggested we check in every week or so to make sure healing is smooth from here and i know thats not alot but genuinely he handled everything so professionally and wasnt rushing or anything. Just over all an amazing person and experience. The piercings after even a day stopped hurting completely and i havent had a single issue with irritation ever since. Had my stud piercing fall out for the 2nd time since getting it in March this year. I'm not even surprised that as I'm writing this, someone else just left a review within the last HOUR with the same negative experience. I came in here YESTERDAY 02/22 and asked if they do vertical labret piercings, not only did they say YES but then they showed me a case with different metal options for the specific piece of jewelry that goes with it. They just let me know they were full on piercings for that day but that I could come back the next day. I come in again the next day, 02/23 at 7:20pm and the piercer had just finished with a group of people. They got checked out and the piercer requested a bathroom break. It's my turn and the guy at the front wearing a dress and a granny cardigan let me know that not only do they NOT do vertical labret piercings but that they were ALL OUT of the specific piece of jewelry I would need for it. Huh, imagine that! Oh and they decided to cut off "those types of services" too so I can come back another day. Closing up shop 1 hour and 30 minutes BEFORE you guys close? Mind you, this place states on their website Monday-Saturday 10am-9pm Sunday 10am-7pm. Change your hours and hire people who actually want to bring in some money. Not people who will decide to close up an hour and a half early, turn customers away and LIE about services just so they can lock the door exactly at 9pm? Dude at the front, maybe you should look into remote customer service jobs. This way, you can be on your phone uninterrupted and push your bad mood onto someone else. They lie! And sell cheap jewelry that will give you an infection! BUYER BEWARE!!! When I first came here I had a decent experience. I told them I could only do medical grade metal. My body rejects the fake crap. They said no problem, asked me if I wanted it oxidize to a different color. I thought that was awesome and got it gold. Had no issues. Loved it. Went back a year later wanted a new hoop for my nose. I CLEARLY asked the guy working there (slim build, long hair) if the hoops were hinge clasp hoops he said yes. I picked two paid walked out. Got to my car and saw they were not hinged and he straight up lied to my face. Went a third time with a friend, I told her to be careful and look at your jewelry before buying. I saw some gold nipple bars. I have my nipples done. I asked them behind the counter if they were oxidized medical grade metal. They said yes. LIED!!! They gold started tarnishing off!! The balls felt rough like sandpaper not a smooth ball. And now my nipple is all inflamed and swollen and looks bad. I'm currently going to my doctor to make sure it's nothing serious!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! They lie to make sales and don't care about their customers. I attached photos of the balls. I've gotten two cartilage piercings here by @unicornpiercer (on IG) and both experiences were great. You show your ID, fill out a form, and pay at the front counter. The piercing with jewelry cost $30, but I paid an additional $10 for titanium jewelry, which is recommended if you have sensitive skin. The piercer disinfects the room after each customer. The workers all wear masks and are friendly and knowledgeable. I also came here to buy a hoop for my helix piercing and the piercer switched it out for me. There can be a wait on the weekends, but you can always leave after paying and come back. read more

I went there randomly a few days ago because I was bored and got both my tragus (tragi, plural?) done. The shop was pretty busy and I had a 30-40 minute wait, but the piercings themselves were quick, easy, and painless and the healing process has been absolutely amazing so far. I keep forgetting I even had them done because there is zero pain and irritation. I'm a bit of a hermit so it was nice to see a good place that was close by that does walk-ins. This is horrible (but awesome) for me, though, because I'm pretty impulsive and I really shouldn't be getting random piercings done so I'm kinda just sitting here telling myself to at least let these heal before going in for more, haha. The QR scan application process was a little slow because it glitched out on me a couple times, but it still went through after like five minutes so it was no big deal. I'll most likely go back there again sooner rather than later for another piercing, whatever it may end up being, I have no idea yet. read more

Even my daughter got her ears pierced with ease. Quick and easy process. Feel much better coming here with trained professionals using the needle rather than the old needle guns. The prices are so good and they even will help put them in with the purchase. My wife has a few facial piercings spots that have been hiding do to jobs. But now they can be accessorized again. And they helped fill them In again. Depending on the jewelry they have some super colorful, glow in the dark, stainless and some even with decorations. Even saw some cool gold hoop/tribal kinda stuff. The layout and display are easy and some are on those cool rocks that you would see if you went on a science trip. I got my tongue pierced here and it came out really crooked. Sorry for the long text, I'm super pissed off. I made it clear before starting the procedure that I did't want a crooked piercing, so if my tongue vein is centered, it's best not to get pierced at all. The piercer checked the tongue and said that everything would be fine. Even though my tongue vein wasn't centered, the piercer still got the piercing crooked. When I came to the shop and said that it was crooked, I was even offered to pay an additional $5 to take out the jewelry (I refused and spent 3 seconds maximum to do this at home). All I got for $40 dollars was a week of swollen tongue, pain and starvation because I had to eat only liquid food ... I'm not rich to spend that kind of money on nothing. read more

This is the worst place ever I went to go get my nose pierced there for the first time ever in my life. The guy with the long hair work in the counter totally taught me out of the piercing jewelry that I wanted I wanted the real gold one and was willing to pay the extra money. He totally said no no no he don't recommend it so when I finally got this small little diamond in my nose, I was very unhappy with the look, but that's not the worst part. I went in on a Sunday to take my 10 yr old daughter to get one of her ears re-pierced, as no earrings would successfully go through a 9 yr old piercing. The guy working the counter was very polite and knowledgeable. He showed us our options for earrings and we went with a pair of titanium little flower earrings. We had a bit of a wait, but they were kind enough to call me when my turn was approaching. My daughter is terrified of needles and also in the spectrum, so I was more nervous than anyone! Her piercer was named Moses. He was AMAZING! So friendly and welcoming to us all (us two, little sis, and my bff) He asked us about our goal and explained everything from start to finish and was able to stretch her original piercing, cutting healing time by half (yay!) He made my daughter feel so at ease and made sure she gave consent and was comfortable with everything he did before he did it. My daughter didn't even FLINCH! I was flabbergasted! She let him do it and even let him put in the other earring. I can't say enough about how awesome Moses was and he is now a part of a core memory for us! im still unsure if im unhappy with my results. i couldn't find prices anywhere at all. in person the worker said, 45 for any ear. 90 for double lobes 45 for nose and im not sure what else im very happy with the jewelry and getting pierced. the piercer was very nice as well. i think im just unsure with the placement. it's pretty hidden, the marker dot before seemed to be in a visible place, so im not sure if it's just the shape of my ear. the pain was a 6/10 and i payed 45$ for the piercing, plus tax a total of 50$ for just my ear. speaking for my friend, they get their nose and ear pierced too by the same piercer. 100$ i think theirs came out perfect. and theirs is more visible then mine. read more

I heard great things about Brittany, the unicorn piercer so I called the day before to see if she would be in to do a double helix piercing for me. Person on the phone was kind and informative. They knew Brittany's schedule and told me the cut off time for piercings (6:30 pm). They also informed me that they don't book appointments, so they only accept walk ins. Super friendly and helpful staff! Person working the front desk guided me to their app to fill out forms for a piercing. Also helped me when I got stuck and made the process easy! Brittany was amazing! She was really nice and had a lot of helpful tips on cleaning piercings, sleeping with piercings, and when/how to change the piercings. She placed the piercings perfectly! It was also quick, and pretty much painless. She talked me through all the steps she took so I wouldn't be surprised/scared by anything. I am very pleased! Thank you for the great service and experience! It was a fun way to celebrate my 25th birthday! I'll be back for more piercings & jewelry in the future. The People here are friendly My issue here is the lead person who does piercing is letting his apprentice do piercings and stretches that they are not ready to perform on people. I had an attempted stretch done here going from 7/16 to 1/2 inch and when asking questions about how long they have been Doing this for. The apprentice tell me I have done 3 piercing in my life, that should have been red flag #1. The lead piercer said he had been doing this since he was 15 years old, I don't know how old he is now so he could have been certified. Red flag #2 when I asked if they were APP certified, I am told no they are not. https://www.safepiercing.org/ I am told what makes and APP compliant store even though I already know what makes an APP compliant shop For the stretch its self, the lubricant that was used on the taper was Vasiline and I know for a fact that you should never use Vasiline as a lubricant for stretching ears. The Apprentice was not confident in the stretch, and could not complete the stretch do to SIGNIFICANT pain in my ear. I asked if there was a tear after I asked can you please stop and place my original plugs in place. I was told there was no tear but there is some bleeding, that tells me the lead does it know what he is doing and if there is blood there is a tear. I left the store bleeding and when I got home there was dried blood all on the back of my ear and plug once I was able to clean everything off there was very clearly a blowout. I will not be coming back to this place, and I highly recommend that you avoid the place of Business at all costs for any of your new piercing needs. Buy any and all jewlry there but DONT NOT GET PEIRCED BY ANYONE IN THIS PLACE!! read more

Went in the first time for a 2nd nose piercing. He kinda slanted the piercing so the exiting hole was way farther back into my nostril. So now both my nose hoops are different sizes and it looks weird. I decided to give him another chance as I went in for a double helix piercing. I told him I wanted them spaced enough that if I wanted to put in a spiral hoop then it would be able to fit into both holes easily. It was until a day or two later after my piercing that I realized he had done these piercings crooked too. The back of both piercing bars touch in the back.
