I visited Monet Spa & Nails for the first time yesterday, and I can confidently say I've found my new go to nail salon! I called the same day hoping to get an appointment after work, and Tracy was so kind and accommodating. She told me she'd take care of me, and she absolutely did. Tracy is professional, meticulous, and pays incredible attention to detail. My nails turned out even better than I imagined, and I couldn't be happier with them. Eric did my deluxe spa pedicure and did an amazing job on my gel French toes. Everything looked flawless, and the pedicure was so relaxing. The salon itself is a cute little shop that is very clean and welcoming. I also LOVE their massage chairs, they massage both your back and bottom. Overall, I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and so happy with the results. Highly recommend Tracy and Eric. I've been trying to find a good nail salon near me but it's not easy finding a place that does a solid job on both nails and toes especially for french, something so basic. UPDATED REVIEW! Monet Spa and Nails is about convenience for me because it's down the street from my daughter's jiu jitsu class. I took a break from getting my nails done recently, but decided to come in this weekend to get a pedicure for our upcoming vacation. I made an appointment for 9:45am and was immediately greeted and seated at a pedicure station - I was also offered water too. I went with the Deluxe Pedicure which was $42 + extra for the Gel polish. The lady who did my pedicure was very friendly while taking her time - she did a great job! They're very personable at Monet Spa which I also like - the owner remembered my name and that I'm married and have a daughter. The staff is always so grateful to see you back too! Overall, I'm glad I decided to come back and give them another chance. This is definitely my new favorite nail salon! read more

1pm Gel x removal (other salon) and hard gel set FYI-The person who removed my nails was not the person who did my hard gel set. Before I received my requested soak off the nail tech did utilize another nail tip to push up my lifting(?) Until it couldn't go anymore then proceeded to cut it off before applying the acetone and foil. The person doing so did seem nice and checked to make sure I wasn't hurting, but whenever that nail tip comes out it gives me the ick. I believe I paid $65 for my hand set which didn't include the design that the tech did discount off. This is my first time trying hard gel and my whole purpose is trying to grow out my natural nails. I asked to see if the tech could use the hard gel to make my shorter nails the same length as the longer ones but this wasn't possible- she'd have to cut my nails done, add tips then the gel which defeated my whole purpose. I do think the gel could've been applied a bit thicker? I got them done three days ago and my pinky nail unfortunately begun to chip. I also noticed that some parts of my nails are actually bare/lacking from any gel/polish, and after taking these photos I noticed my flowers are actually lacking symmetry as well. The lady doing my gel set seemed to become a little frustrated when I wouldn't hold my hand upside down stiffly (again 1st time with hard gel). She also laughed when I asked for a multi-flower design a cause my nails are too short. Sigh. 3pm - two pedicures The lady who did my pedicure was EXTREMELY kind- my feet came out soft- massage was nice- however, my only remark is to ask regarding nail shaping- I've NEVER had a circular toe shape in my life these babies are usually more square and sharp, but by the time I actually looked it was too late. Also, not sure what happened with their scheduling but my friend ended up waiting almost an hour before her pedicure was started (I already finished mine) and we left around 5pm from our 3pm appointment. The store is cute and small you'll almost miss it if you drive too fast. It's just not for me. read more

Stopped by Money Nails with a friend around 3:30pm on a rainy Saturday without a reservation and were immediately welcomed and offered seats. It's bright and quite spacious inside, with nice comfy seating and a good variety of polishes to choose from. I opted for a classic manicure ($25), took my time picking a color and then was quickly seated. Eric did my nails, and was very professional and efficient. We were in and out in about an hour, and paid via Venmo. There were a few people who seemed to be regulars who came in throughout our visit, and it definitely seem to be a popular business in the neighborhood. For the price and quality, I would definitely consider coming back here for a manicure! read more

I called and made an appt for 12 pm because I was going on lunch time. When I got there, the lady asked me to pick a color and I picked a maroon color that specifically matched my dress for my sisters wedding. She started on my nails and when it was time to paint my nails, she didn't have the color. Why not check if you have the color before you start? Anyways I picked another shade close to it and they didn't have that color either. I ended up getting plum/ deep purple cause that's the only closest dark color they had and it didn't even match ny dress. The lady took 2 hrs just for a full new set and they were kind of bulky. a week and half later, my nail started lifting and I had to crazy glue it down to keep it from coming off since I was out of state for vacation. First of all I paid $50 for the luxury pedicure, which lasted a whole 45 minutes! Fastest pedicure l've ever had and wasn't worth the price! Within the first 15 minutes she did 2 scrubs on my legs then immediately started cutting my nails, then 2 minutes later did the paraffin wax. I've been going here for a few years, but it's been a while since the last time I came. The last time I came many months ago, my pedicurist was so friendly, patient, and provided quality service. The gal who did my nails was not interactive, didn't take her time, they didn't look as good as they should considering the price I paid. She rushed me out and didn't really do anything that amazing. The same thing happened this time. My pedicurist was friendly, patient, and checked in frequently. She did a great job. I'm very satisfied. I had a different gal this time for my nails but the service was even less than the last time. She wasn't helpful in helping me figure out what to put on my nails, was inpatient, didn't take her time, appeared frustrated by me, and left me without anything amazing (no hand massage just wiped oil on my hand and that was it) all for around $50 just for the manicure (around $100 ish for both). I did ask her to fix my cuticles but she said she couldn't. I also told her that I hurt my thumb nail and to be gentle. I even showed her where it hurt. She wasn't as gentle with my nail as I think she should have been and twice I jumped back because my nail really hurt. I really try to be flexible. I even left my manicurist a tip even though I wasn't happy. I know they work hard all day so I don't want to be a jerk. It's only been one day and I'm not satisfied. Too bad. I used to like coming here but I'm going to find a new place. I pay too much not to walk out feeling nice and pretty. read more
