I stopped in to buy a new hoop for an existing piercing. They insisted on putting it in, even though I've been caring for and switching out my jewelry for years. Although they were very nice, they sold me a "gold" hoop nose ring for $100 that turned my skin piercing hole GREEN within a matter of weeks. Don't fall for the expensive, fake jewelry they push. I had the pleasure of having my nose pierced at Piercings By Tracy on Jan 6th, 2021. As of now it is by appointment only and they are not doing any oral piercings. I called and was helped by Autumn. She was amazing over the phone. Making the appointment was super easy and they are very flexible in their scheduling. On the day of, my friends and I were greeted by Autumn with hand sanitizer and she took our temperatures. You do need to wear a mask, of course. Autumn was very friendly, bubbly, and informative about aftercare. She also gave us paper instructions to take home and some recommendations on what to use to clean our piercings. I haven't had a piercing in over 10 years and was very anxious but thankfully they allowed my friends to come in for support. The piercer, Samantha, who has 10+ years of experience was very kind and gentle. I hardly felt the needle! She was even able to pierce my friend's ear, too. I was referred to Ariel by a good friend... I wasn't disappointed. She did my conch piercing wonderfully. I asked her how the pain would be for this piercing and she told me it would be a "spicy meatball". She was right! The hard part is when they put the jewelry in/tapered it. Honestly, the best piercing experience I've ever had in my life. Right from the get go the girl in the front was so sweet and knowledgeable about everything. I was a bit nervous to get my septum pierced because I heard that you can either have it done in the sweet spot or have it done terribly right above it. Obviously I was nervous but I'm not sure why now. The entire process was amazing and easy. $60 I think for the piercing but everything was so clean, easy and smooth. When I got to the back to get it done, I expected much worse but it was over in a nano second. The best experience I've ever had.
