I gave them documents and showed them the work to be done. They agreed. My car sat in the garage for a week waiting for a call back. A week later, I logged into Statefarm's website to check my claim and saw SWC Autobody had denied the work the day of the appointment without notifying me. I never heard from them again. Statefarm notified me SWC's excuse was their computer system was not functional. So they lied to my face, wasted my time, and don't have the courtesy to make a phone call. I'm unable to provide an accurate description of how I feel about SWC Autobody as my feelings are against the terms of service of Yelp and the lowest rating I can give is 1 star. They deserve worse.

Orlando's estimate was not the cheapest but it was a lot less than the most expensive by over $3k . They were the nicest and most professional . They explained the whole process. I got the feeling that they cared about me more than the rest of the other shops combined . I looked at some of their finished cars and they all looked perfectly done . I dropped my BMW off and they got it fixed faster than expected , they let me know what was going on during the repair and the repair bill was less than the original estimate .
